The place appears to be a total scam! I ordered a fridge to pick up from their store and they said…read morethey don't have it and can't order it at that price. My spa was ready ahead of schedule and the delivery team was great, they kept me up to date on delivery, did an excellent job at placing my spa and answering questions. I had a hiccup scheduling my free spa orientation but that was cleared up by Julian who made sure to get my appointment set up in a timely manner. My orientation was done by Joe who was outstanding, professional and knowledgeable answering all my questions and educating me on overall spa care. I signed up for their O-Care program which keeps me current on my spa treatment supplies and provides free delivery as well as a $10 discount on my orders all while extending my heater warranty to their Lifetime Heater Warranty. Joe also got me set up with the ability to control my hot tub through an app which is a wonderful feature. I can't forget to mention how wonderful the hot tub itself is. If you're in the market for a hot tub I highly recommend Bull Grills & Spa.

Jorge was knowledgeable, spent a lot of time educating us and did not pressure us to buy at all. He worked with us to find a hot tub that met our needs and was delivered in a few weeks. On the day of our delivery, after we started filling our tub in the evening, there was water leaking from the tub. They sent a service technician the next morning who repaired a disconnected air hose. Joe, was outstanding! Found the problem, fixed it quickly and then spent extra time going over how to use the hot tub and how to add the chemicals. I am impressed overall with the salesmanship and the service that quickly followed when needed! You should consider them if you are looking to buy a hot tub!!

I was a supporter of San Diego Hot Springs and referred multiple customers. Unfortunately, my…read moreexperience after the sale has been disappointing. Between warranty issues, repeated fees for service calls, and commitments that were made but ultimately not honored, I found it increasingly difficult to get concerns resolved. I reached out directly to Ryan to address these issues and never received a response. If you must do business here, I would try to work with on of their other associates. To be fair, the service technicians who came to my home were generally professional and did their best to help. My concerns are with management's follow-through and customer support once problems arise. Based on my experience, I can no longer recommend San Diego Hot Springs and would encourage prospective buyers to carefully consider the level of post-sale support they may receive.

She's a true asset to the company, and I couldn't be happier with my spa or the experience. Highly recommend asking for Maya if you're shopping for a hot tub.

UPDATE: Changing my rating to…read more 4-STAR - Everything mentioned below is now corrected. Mark, called me apologizing for the delay in responding to my email inquiry on the circ pump exchange. He was happy to exchange the pump for the correct one and send me a return slip for the one I mistakenly ordered. Thank You Mark for helping me out! I will definitely use Aqua Paradise (Hot Tub Supply Store) to order parts in the future. The caveat here is, be very certain of the part specs and number when ordering. When in doubt, remove the part and check it closely for labeling, electronic specs and features so you can make an exact match. It did suck to have 12 days go by to get a response. But in the end all was made right. I really appreciate getting the call from Mark and following through with the exchange. Thank You! v--- Excerpt from my old post ---v Via "Hot Tub Supply Store", my initial order and delivery was great! * I'd rate it a 5-STAR. I got the brand new parts I ordered in a timely delivery. However, I realized that I had ordered the wrong circ pump and the website did mention no returns on circ pumps and DCU's. So I sent an email to the appropriate email account on Dec. 2nd requesting the possibility of an "exchange" for the right pump. 10 days went by with no reply, and the Hot Tub Supply Store doesn't list a phone number I can't call to speak to a person or leave a vm. * So that is a 1-STAR rating for getting back to the customer. Exchange, no exchange, no returns aside, they just didn't even get back in-touch while I have an empty Jacuzzi waiting for a pump replacement. To be clear, the low rating is for no response. Not that they didn't exchange the part.

I highly recommend reaching out to Zier Pools if you are thinking about transforming your yard with…read morea pool. The entire team at Zier Pools was professional, friendly and focused. This review may seem overdue as Zier Pools completed my project in August 2025. I can speak not only to my Zier Pools construction experience but also to the quality of their work and their follow-through post-project completion. We reached out to Zier Pools and began working with Andrew and Jay on a full front & backyard remodel, including a pool, spa, kitchen, hardscape, landscape, deck, etc. We had purchased a home with a yard that was basically dirt, concrete, brick and overgrown trees. We shared a few ideas with Andrew and Jay about what we were looking for. By our first sit down meeting, they had brought the project to life better than we had envisioned. Working with Andrew, Jay and the entire Zier Pools team was phenomenal. We prefer to support local family businesses and Zier Pools did not disappoint. Jay has immense experience and a ton of valuable contacts he connected us with. Communication throughout the project was incredible. Andrew always had time to answer questions or address issues that came up. Both Andrew and Jay were very present throughout the entire project. We ended up with a front & back yard, completed in the estimated timeline, that exceeded our expectations. Post project, we reached out to Zier Pools regarding a patio cover and a pool light issue and both were handled quickly and completely. Neighbors and people who pass by stop and comment on how much they love the front yard and anyone who has seen the backyard raves about the design and functionality. Zier Pools most definitely delivered the WOW factor and created a space that feels like a vacation retreat. We are beyond grateful to Zier Pools and highly recommend that anyone looking to install a pool check in with them before choosing a contractor.

Some were large corporations and some smaller operations. Most estimates came in very close in price. To me price was not the number one factor, after reading reviews and talking to people in the industry, we chose to go with So Cal Custom Pools. I was very impressed with Jimi and how everything from start to finish was handled. Little things to me are important, like show up when you say you will, complete a job to the best of your ability. Jimi showed up every time when he said he would, the pool was completed on time and looks amazing. I would always know when someone was coming to the house, I received either a call of text prior to someone showing up. We started with demo, the demo crew removed all the old plaster, tile and cooping, when the crew was completed the yard was swept and cleaned after. Everything looked clean and the crew took pride in the work. Next we had the tile and coping installed. I did have 2 small change orders. I changed the water feature and had the tile guys do a little more work than was originally expected. This was the only increase to the pricing and everything else came out exactly as expected. Once the tile and coping were installed the pebble was installed. The crew showed up and completed this in the morning. As soon as the plaster was completed we started to fill the pool immediately. The pool looks great and I was very impressed with So Cal Custom Pools from start to finish. I would use them in the future. Thanks Jimi, the pool looks great.
