Maya at Aqua Paradise is the kind of salesperson you hope you get but rarely do. Most salespeople disappear after the purchase, but she's the exact opposite. She knows her hot tubs inside and out, helped me pick the perfect model, and made the whole process easy. What really impressed me was the follow-up. Long after the sale, she still checks in, helps me with supplies, and answers any questions I have. That kind of service is almost unheard of these days. She's a true asset to the company, and I couldn't be happier with my spa or the experience. Highly recommend asking for Maya if you're shopping for a hot tub. read more

UPDATE: Changing my rating to 4-STAR - Everything mentioned below is now corrected. Mark, called me apologizing for the delay in responding to my email inquiry on the circ pump exchange. He was happy to exchange the pump for the correct one and send me a return slip for the one I mistakenly ordered. Thank You Mark for helping me out! I will definitely use Aqua Paradise (Hot Tub Supply Store) to order parts in the future. The caveat here is, be very certain of the part specs and number when ordering. When in doubt, remove the part and check it closely for labeling, electronic specs and features so you can make an exact match. It did suck to have 12 days go by to get a response. But in the end all was made right. I really appreciate getting the call from Mark and following through with the exchange. Thank You! v--- Excerpt from my old post ---v Via "Hot Tub Supply Store", my initial order and delivery was great! * I'd rate it a 5-STAR. I got the brand new parts I ordered in a timely delivery. However, I realized that I had ordered the wrong circ pump and the website did mention no returns on circ pumps and DCU's. So I sent an email to the appropriate email account on Dec. 2nd requesting the possibility of an "exchange" for the right pump. 10 days went by with no reply, and the Hot Tub Supply Store doesn't list a phone number I can't call to speak to a person or leave a vm. * So that is a 1-STAR rating for getting back to the customer. Exchange, no exchange, no returns aside, they just didn't even get back in-touch while I have an empty Jacuzzi waiting for a pump replacement. To be clear, the low rating is for no response. Not that they didn't exchange the part. read more

Very disappointed in their customer service. We purchased two sets of stairs for our swim spa from them last year. At $700 a set we expected them to last longer than 7-8 months. One set of steps still look good but the other set delaminated and looks like it's 10 years old. They basically said, tough luck, the manufacturer will do nothing and neither will they. When I asked who I could speak to at the company as far as doing something, crickets. Their "Service Manager" must have zero customer service skills. This review is for the Rancho Bernardo location. read more

We have redone our entire back yard, of all the work done, & deliveries, I cannot express how careful the delivery guys were to not damage my pavers. Every person in this team took special care of us and our home. The owner/ sales team by far are there for the customer. read more

These guys are wonderful to do business with. Jay is really a joy to work with when purchasing a new Jacuzzi spa. We love our new spa, and our kids love it even more! It gets used about 3-4 days a week, and we've had it for six months now. Never an issue with it, easy to maintain chemicals, and looks great! Our spa was part of a new backyard remodel we did and we couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. I've added pics so take a look and enjoy! Please make sure you support your local Jacuzzi dealer, and remember these tubs are worth every penny! read more

We purchased our Jacuzzi spa from AP about 8 years ago. We also buy our supplies and have the spa serviced by them. They are great with any questions I have, are friendly and very responsive. We have referred them to our family and friends. read more

I'm a first time hot tub owner. I wasn't able to be there myself for my initial install so I found myself confused as to the basics of how to use my hot tub. Lee came out and went over everything with me, answered all my questions and now I feel much more confident in using, caring for and maintaining my hot tub. Every time I call or have a question they are quick to answer and help me. I appreciate everyone there! read more

I bought my spa 22 months ago from Jay at aqua paradise in Rancho Bernardo.I have been delighted with it! I have continued to visit the la Costa store for supplies since it is closer. The Jacuzzi warranty is exceptional. I had a small leak in my control panel and sent Jay a picture. Lee came out and replaced it free if charge. Once he was at my house replacing the the control panel we noticed that there was discoloration on the Chrome jets. He offered to replace those as well for free. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the Jacuzzi and the high level of service I received from AQUA PARADISE. Lee gave me tips about maintaining my spa water and my spa. Everyone at aqua paradise really seems to care about the customer experience. read more

One pump for our hot tub was not working and someone came from this company to fix it. He took about half an hour to fix it and we were not watching him during such period. After such half an hour he came and said it is fixed and presented a $650 bill saying he replaced the pump with a new one. We said we should have been informed before such an expensive fix first and we had a new pump to be replaced and after that he reduced the bill to $150 for visit and fixing saying he can get our new pump instead and he took our brand new pump with him. We got suspicious after he left and checked the pump and we saw it is our old pump and he did not put a new pump as he said he did and charged and extra $500 for that. We called the company soon after we realized that our new pump is stolen basically and we were responded quite rudely and the person on the phone hung up the phone after a few minutes when we told him that it is practically impossible to replace a pump without emptying the hot tub and it would take at least 2 hours to do that whereas this guy fixed it in half an hour maximum. We called back again in a couple of minutes and no one answered this time and we left a voicemail saying we will report our new pump as stolen, with witnesses here, to the law enforcement unless they get back to us soon and they got back to us soon after this voicemail saying that the guy confessed he stole our pump and they would bring it back. The same guy who stole the pump brought it back and we did not get a simple apology neither from the company nor from the guy who stole the pump to this day unfortunately and we would not leave this review if we got one. We leave this review to warn future clients of this company. A young person may make such mistakes in life and that is ok if that person realizes that mistake and offers a simple and sincere apology. We did not get it and the fact that the same person still working for this company must be a serious red light for all the future potential clients and we would also leave a 5 star review here like many others if we did not get suspicious of the guy and feel the need to check the pump. If you have to use this company make sure you watch very carefully and demand the old spare part if they claim they put a new one, and also make sure a new part is really needed. Also the pump that is fixed for $150 stopped working again after about 10 days. read more

Look no further. We purchased a Jacuzzi 415 from them. They gave us a great price (far better than the Del Mar Fair Special offered by one of their competitors) and did everything they said they would do. No pressure to buy. Jay was extremely patient with us and answered all our questions. These folks are as good as it gets. read more

This is a review for both the sale and service of a spa... 18 MONTHS after purchasing a Jacuzzi from Jay at Aqua Paradise. First of all, I love the product. 100% satisfied from that perspective. What I really love... is the service. Jay is never more than a phone call away. Helped me learn how to manage the water, and other minor care and feeding of a jacuzzi. Jay even had someone swing by my house to make sure my water/chemicals were ok when I was on a 2.5 week vacation... and this was LONG AFTER the purchase. There was nothing to be gained for him to do such an act. He is just a can-do guy. He is knowledgeable, reliable, honest... and if you're going to drop car's worth of money on a spa... might as well spend it at a place where the owner truly deserves the business. My highest recommendation. read more

Jay is a knowledgeable and helpful resource. Recently purchased a Jacuzzi and arranged for install. Looking forward to my own personal oasis. I'd recommend Jay's shop in RB as Aqua Paradise offers a premiere product and fair service. A+ read more

Jay and his team really stand behind their products. We bought a top of the line jacuzzi and thought maybe we paid a bit too much, however when factoring in the service and repair warranty that Jay backs up, it now seems like a bargain! I would recommend to a friend.. Steven B. read more

Wow, I have had my Spa for almost 2 years. Aqua Paradise has been there for me every step of the way. At 12 months - new bulb time - Jay delivered it to my front porch (he lives a few miles away and drops goods off on his way home). Then I slipped up - 2 months ago my water "cleanliness" routine was interrupted by life. The water was not as crystal clear as I like it. Just a phone call got me back on track with e-mailed instructions how to empty, clean and install new filters. Jay and Andy to the rescue! I prefer the water really really clean - without lots of chemicals. It did work for a year and a few months, then I got sloppy. My point, and I do have one:) - without the resource of Jay and Andy to call, the spa would probably be sitting in my yard as another project to get to that is too complicated to take care of today. You know, something broken that you just do not have what it takes to fix? Instead - today is cleaning day. And I will get in when the water is cold because it is a muggy day. Thank guys. You are both the best. read more

I purchased a hot tub from Aqua Paradise a few months ago, and couldn't be happier with the customer service. We spent quite a while discussing options, placement, and pricing, and I was given a full rundown on hot tub ownership down the line. Jay was great in helping me select the right model for me (even though I had been looking at more expensive options - no upsell!). He is extremely friendly and helpful, and it is always a pleasure to return to the store for advice or to purchase chemicals. read more

We have had and continue to have a great experience w/ Aqua Paradise! We bought our Jacuzzi after thoroughly researching and shopping and are very happy with our product choice. But even better is the level of support and service has been phenomenal. Dealing with a company that is owner operated and that the owner knows sales and the service part is great! We couldn't be happier! We love evenings relaxing in our spa! read more

My wife and I had been talking about getting a hot tub, so we checked out Aqua Paradise, and were so impressed that we decided that same day to purchase a Jacuzzi. I highly recommend Aqua Paradise. read more

I pay very close attention when speaking to a potential vendor, vendor defined by me is anyone I spend more than $3,000 with. My outcome is to determine does this vendor have my best interest at heart or theirs. Sadly most people seem to believe consumers don't see through intentions. My belief is business owners should have a servants heart and seek to add more value than a consumer may expect to receive. Jay at Aqua paradise has met and exceeded all of these I have always wanted a spa and I do my homework before I part with my money. Jay has the rare belief system that if can " serve" his clients to the highest levels they will become raving fans rather than simply customers. I bought my spa exactly one year ago and frankly I have had almost no contact with Jay since, which is a good thing because all I do is enjoy the Jacuzzi. The purchase, which I would consider a major purchase was more than pleasant and Jay made it easy to want to buy from him. Why? Because it was obvious he had my best interest in mind at all times. read more

After looking for a spa tub, I settled on a Jacuzzi - in no small part because of Jay's laid back attitude to my questions. He never pressured me to make a decision, he was friendly and open about the costs and benefits of competitors (and his answers lined up with what their salesmen said). It seems to me that when you buy an expensive appliance for your home, you have to trust two things- the brand name you are buying, and the service backing up that brand name. The service here is top notch - I only wish my other service providers had this kind read more

Just bought a house and the first thing we wanted to get was a hot tub. I have never owned a hot tub but Jay at Aqua paradise made the purchasing process a dream. We walked in and right away he was happy to answer any of our questions but he never pushed us into a sale. He really let the product speak for itself, and let us choose the right hot tub for us. He was friendly and we visited Aqua Paradise several times before settling on a specific hot tub. Once we did he helped us find a contractor to set up the slab and electrical necessary for the Jacuzzi as well as a crane to place the hot tub into our backyard. We really appreciate the quality service that we continue to receive from Aqua Paradise. read more

A few weeks ago we purchased a Jacuzzi brand hot tub from Aqua Paradise. Now our backyard IS an aqua paradise! It's a pretty major purchase and I had a million dumb questions for Jay and his staff. I found them because of all the great reviews and my experience was true to the feedback I read about them. Look no further! read more

Shop no further...This is the place to purchase your Hot Tub My partner and I wanted to purchase a Hot Tub for therapeutic purpose. We decided what we wanted, researched it online, Made a few visits to different Hot Tub companies & made our decision. I contacted Aqua Paradise & made an appointment. All staff was awesome. We were greeted by a very polite and friendly Person (Jay) The owner. After making the initial call, Never did we feel pressured like we did at other companies."This was the deal maker". We already knew that we were purchasing the best hot tun brand in the industry. On the day of drop off, the crew was polite and respectful. We did encounter some cloudy water at the beginning, All it took was a call to Jay. Aqua Paradise not only responded immediately, their solution rectified the issue & followed up with me to find out if my issue was solved. Jay is Amazing! Our 470 always looks pristine and Jay is always willing to walk me through anything so I understand how the unit works. Jay is timely and fast. My friends with Other Hot Tubs are jealous, because they see what horrible service they receive from their Hot Tub companies!! Aqua Paradise has GREAT SERVICE & We Highly Recommend them!!! We bought a new house in Carlsbad and had to do a complete landscape job. We decided to include a hot tub in the back yard and shopped around north county for a dealer. We chose Aqua Paradise and gladly recommend them to anyone considering a jacuzzi. We shopped for a jacuzzi for several months as we settled into our new home. We went to both locations and did our wet tests and enjoyed the entire experience. Jay, Andy and Zac were extremely patient and helpful! Having our tub for the holidays has been amazing. After our purchase we realized we have other friends that also have purchased from Jay and raved about his after purchase service. I think the delivery team from Diaz needs a shout out as well. They took their time to ensure our tub was right where it needed to go. From start to finish the experience was perfect. Thanks Team Aqua Paradise! read more

Jay, Ken, and the team at Aqua Paradise were great. The team really helped us understand how Jacuzzis compared to other brands without any, well not too much, sales bluster. The install went off without a hitch and the team made it easy to understand how to care for the tub. If you want excellent service this is really the place to go. read more

When we were looking for a spa tub, we had checked out a few places, but Jay was the only place to offer to let us try them out in the store. So, we showed up in our swimsuits and tried out 4 different spas. He even moved the water from one to another that we hadn't anticipated trying out beforehand. Jay is very friendly and he worked with us to figure out what would fit what we wanted rather than trying to sell something he wanted for us.
