He was happy to exchange the pump for the correct one and send me a return slip for the one I mistakenly ordered. Thank You Mark for helping me out! I will definitely use Aqua Paradise (Hot Tub Supply Store) to order parts in the future. The caveat here is, be very certain of the part specs and number when ordering. When in doubt, remove the part and check it closely for labeling, electronic specs and features so you can make an exact match. It did suck to have 12 days go by to get a response. He's rarely unavailable but when he is, he makes sure we are covered. He ALWAYS lets us know when he is on his way, which is, predictably, about the same time weekly, He takes a photo after he is done servicing and lets us know if anything needs further attention. My orientation was done by Joe who was outstanding, professional and knowledgeable answering all my questions and educating me on overall spa care. I signed up for their O-Care program which keeps me current on my spa treatment supplies and provides free delivery as well as a $10 discount on my orders all while extending my heater warranty to their Lifetime Heater Warranty.
