If you ask Dwayne any questions he takes it very personal that you're questioning him. For example, one of my actuator valves went bad so he quoted me $517 for a new valve and install. I found the same valve on Amazon for $120 and it will literally take me 5 minutes to install it. Dwayne didn't like me questioning him so he put my account on hold and Kenney didn't come out to service my pool. Unbelievable considering they charge me $200/month. I initially hired them because I was having issues with Calcium buildup on the tiles. They told me they couldn't fix what had already been done but it wouldn't get any worse. Not true.
