David is very reliable, knowledgable and friendly. He services for us twice weekly and has been working for us for over two years. Knowing our spas have the best service is such a comfort. He's rarely unavailable but when he is, he makes sure we are covered. He ALWAYS lets us know when he is on his way, which is, predictably, about the same time weekly, He takes a photo after he is done servicing and lets us know if anything needs further attention. He is quite the chemist and takes pride in his abilities albeit modest. He enjoys the science behind it but if he needs an additional mind to way in, he has no problem asking his peers. Suuuuuper honest guy. We hadn't used our jacuzzi in quite some time and we're in the process of selling our house and needed the pool cleaned and filters changed. We called several companies and received nothing but sky high quotes. Finally I contacted Dave and he came by and made our jacuzzi look brand new and literally charged less that half the cost of the other quotes that we received. The kicker is Dave had to come back the next day to re-check the condition of our jacuzzi and clean our filters if needed (we knew we'd need this filter service for sure). Low and behold, no filters were needed. Anyone else would've changed the filters, even though they didn't need changing, and charge us for it but not Dave. Color me impressed! read more

I spoke to Dave last week regarding cleaning and draining a spa that hadn't been used for 2 years. Also sent him a pic of the dirty spa. He was kind enough to make time for an appointment to come and clean the spa within the same week due to my urgency. When he got there, the spa cover was filled with water so it was a little difficult to lift. Seeing that he spoke very very very rudely as if I was forcing him to clean the spa. He said "I'm not breaking my back lifting this" and also "you never told me". I told him I sent u a picture and that I wasn't forcing him to clean it if he didnt want to and there was no reason to speak the way he was speaking to me. He said "I even made time to come and clean it for u". To which I said "I'm not forcing u to clean it if you don't want to". He said "I'm going to have to walk out" and walked away. I found this behavior extremely rude and uncalled for. If u had so much difficulty fitting me in your schedule, don't do it, but don't taunt me for it after u do it!!!! I thankfully found Marios pool service who gave me an appointment pretty soon within a few days and cleaned my spa for a much better price than Dave quoted and did a great job and was also a pleasure to work with unlike Dave!
