She knows her hot tubs inside and out, helped me pick the perfect model, and made the whole process easy. What really impressed me was the follow-up. Long after the sale, she still checks in, helps me with supplies, and answers any questions I have. That kind of service is almost unheard of these days. She's a true asset to the company, and I couldn't be happier with my spa or the experience. Highly recommend asking for Maya if you're shopping for a hot tub.

UPDATE: Changing my rating to…read more 4-STAR - Everything mentioned below is now corrected. Mark, called me apologizing for the delay in responding to my email inquiry on the circ pump exchange. He was happy to exchange the pump for the correct one and send me a return slip for the one I mistakenly ordered. Thank You Mark for helping me out! I will definitely use Aqua Paradise (Hot Tub Supply Store) to order parts in the future. The caveat here is, be very certain of the part specs and number when ordering. When in doubt, remove the part and check it closely for labeling, electronic specs and features so you can make an exact match. It did suck to have 12 days go by to get a response. But in the end all was made right. I really appreciate getting the call from Mark and following through with the exchange. Thank You! v--- Excerpt from my old post ---v Via "Hot Tub Supply Store", my initial order and delivery was great! * I'd rate it a 5-STAR. I got the brand new parts I ordered in a timely delivery. However, I realized that I had ordered the wrong circ pump and the website did mention no returns on circ pumps and DCU's. So I sent an email to the appropriate email account on Dec. 2nd requesting the possibility of an "exchange" for the right pump. 10 days went by with no reply, and the Hot Tub Supply Store doesn't list a phone number I can't call to speak to a person or leave a vm. * So that is a 1-STAR rating for getting back to the customer. Exchange, no exchange, no returns aside, they just didn't even get back in-touch while I have an empty Jacuzzi waiting for a pump replacement. To be clear, the low rating is for no response. Not that they didn't exchange the part.

I was a supporter of San Diego Hot Springs and referred multiple customers. Unfortunately, my…read moreexperience after the sale has been disappointing. Between warranty issues, repeated fees for service calls, and commitments that were made but ultimately not honored, I found it increasingly difficult to get concerns resolved. I reached out directly to Ryan to address these issues and never received a response. If you must do business here, I would try to work with on of their other associates. To be fair, the service technicians who came to my home were generally professional and did their best to help. My concerns are with management's follow-through and customer support once problems arise. Based on my experience, I can no longer recommend San Diego Hot Springs and would encourage prospective buyers to carefully consider the level of post-sale support they may receive.

MULTIPLE ISSUES with this company. This company acquired my account from Patterson Pools and had my…read morepool for service for more than 3 months and never realized it was a saltwater pool. It only came to light when I reviewed my service report and noticed they were adding liquid chlorine and questioned why. The company wouldn't return calls so I called them. Joe the General Manager took ZERO responsibility and only blamed the technician, who Joe said was not very good and didn't know his job well. Additionally when I questioned the company on previous occasions as to why my spa was not being cleaned, they said it wasn't part of the contract. I've owned that pool for 12 years and EVERY pool company has always cleaned the spa when they cleaned the pool. Plus I never had a contract with company. Update: The owner of the company personally called me on this and took full ownership of the issue and apologized. The owner is a good guy and does care about his customers and the company. I am still not willing to go back to this company, but at least someone in a leadership position took ownership of the issue and apologized.

Some were large corporations and some smaller operations. Most estimates came in very close in price. To me price was not the number one factor, after reading reviews and talking to people in the industry, we chose to go with So Cal Custom Pools. I was very impressed with Jimi and how everything from start to finish was handled. Little things to me are important, like show up when you say you will, complete a job to the best of your ability. Jimi showed up every time when he said he would, the pool was completed on time and looks amazing. I would always know when someone was coming to the house, I received either a call of text prior to someone showing up. We started with demo, the demo crew removed all the old plaster, tile and cooping, when the crew was completed the yard was swept and cleaned after. Everything looked clean and the crew took pride in the work. Next we had the tile and coping installed. I did have 2 small change orders. I changed the water feature and had the tile guys do a little more work than was originally expected. This was the only increase to the pricing and everything else came out exactly as expected. Once the tile and coping were installed the pebble was installed. The crew showed up and completed this in the morning. As soon as the plaster was completed we started to fill the pool immediately. The pool looks great and I was very impressed with So Cal Custom Pools from start to finish. I would use them in the future. Thanks Jimi, the pool looks great.
