And now they've canceled my service "effective immediately" because I've reviewed them honestly and as to my personal experience ... unprofessional. I guess that's what you get when you give feedback on overcharging. Someone who can't take the feedback and instead cuts tie. The owners use every opportunity to rip you off. I swear every single month there's some additional charge for something. Then they quote one price and charge another. The final straw was the excessive credit card fees they charge acknowledging it's the "cost of doing business". But they inflate the charges they are actually paying. Do not recommend. Also while the pool service person is fine he definitely doesn't spend enough time on the pool. Happy to be moving on to another company.

I happened to call the day before July 4th weekend (or course!) when I realized my pool and spa heater would not turn on. Kevin, the owner, answered the phone himself (rare these days to have any live person answer the phone!) and told me he would have Lance, the equipment tech, get back to me. Despite it being probably THE busiest day of the year for these guys, Lance did indeed call me back within minutes. I let him know what model heater I had and exactly what the problem was, and Lance let me know he would have to order the part so he would not be able to fix the same day. I never in a million years expected it to be fixed that day anyway, and was completely stoked when he called me back a few days later to let me know he had the part and could swing by and install it. Lance is the consummate professional, it only took him about 10 minutes to get my heater back up and running again. I very much appreciate the immediate response time and professionalism exhibited by both Kevin and Lance, it is almost unheard of these days. If you have any pool related needs, these are the guys you want, hands down!

If you ask Dwayne any questions he takes it very personal that you're questioning him. For example, one of my actuator valves went bad so he quoted me $517 for a new valve and install. I found the same valve on Amazon for $120 and it will literally take me 5 minutes to install it. Dwayne didn't like me questioning him so he put my account on hold and Kenney didn't come out to service my pool. Unbelievable considering they charge me $200/month. I initially hired them because I was having issues with Calcium buildup on the tiles. They told me they couldn't fix what had already been done but it wouldn't get any worse. Not true. In the middle of swim season - last, July - Westin 's negligence allowed a full algae bloom in my pool. Instant scummy pond water within a week. I could not have my grandkids over for a swim as planned because of this embarrassment. My pool had not been the same until the new pool service took over last week. The pictures of my pool filters combined with Westin's email records confirmed that he had not cleaned my filters IN OVER A YEAR at the time I terminated his services a week ago. I never solicited or hired Westin in the first place; My pool account had been sold to Westin from the previous pool guy. I couldn't terminate him fast enough after this last go round with algae in my pool and my repeated request over several weeks of Westin to do more than just pour a double portion of chlorine in the pool. Westin is young and inexperienced and has a negative attitude towards hard work.
