I read the yelp reviews and was super excited. It was expensive and my shellac came off within a few days. Also the color was NOTHING like the one I picked out. Would have rather spent my money else where. read more

Not what i expected based on reviews. Had my daughter nails done for wedding in 2 days and it looks like a teenager did them Don started then Kim finished. To much gel and poor quality of workmanship. He seemed more concern on seeing who had a SIM card so he could make sure his hacked phone would work for his vacation to Vietnam in a year then on his client in front of him. Will nit go again. Just lost 2 customers. read more

Kim is the best!! I'm so happy I FINALLY found someone who knows what they're doing! I definitely found my permanent nail place.

Wasn't impressed. I stopped by for a basic pedicure and was left feeling just "meh". My polish chipped within a week, the last pedi I got lasted over a month without chipping. I was unsure from the get go with the cleanliness of the place...I didn't see them sanitizing the bins after they finished with me, not saying they don't, but I didn't see it happen and usually the nail techs start sanitizing as soon as they finish with you. I also prefer the nail salons that use the disposable plastic in the bins instead of nothing at all, they don't use those here. I also wasn't pleased that a basic pedicure didn't include a basic foot scrub. Any other salon I've been to has always included that, I mean without the sugar/salt scrub, just a normal scrub with a stone. Here, she said I'd have to pay $5 extra. Overall, just meh. There are plenty of other nail salons, I wouldn't return here. read more

I went to Forever Nails today for the first time. Kim did an excellent gel manicure! Kim tells me that I should get AT LEAST 2 weeks out of them, and she really pays attention to detail. I look forward to making this my permanent nail salon. read more

Kim and Don are amazing! My first time having my nails done at the salon was for my middle school winter ball. I never returned until my high school prom, but that was only because I didn't do my nails at salon's frequently as a kid, instead I did them on my own at home. Since my high school prom I have been getting my nails done here on a monthly basis (on and off ). Not only are Don and Kim such sweet and funny individuals, but they always make sure to make me walk out the door a happy customer. I have been to very few other salons & I have always felt like the nail stylists are only trying to make money off me, instead of caring about what I want. Don and Kim are the complete opposite. Of course they're trying to make a living just as all of us are, but they are all about YOU in the process. As Don says, "You are the boss, baby!" Make sure you tell them what you want beforehand if there's a specific shape you want (show a picture if you have one, they don't mind!) Check out my cute manicure he did for a wedding. read more

Forever Nails - First time at Forever nails and not my last! I love how they did exactly what I wanted! - Nail Salons Near Me - Vista, California

I really love how they do my nails. They take their time and do a good job. I've been there a couple of times and I never make an appointment and they take me right away The staff is also very friendly However, the reason why I gave it 3 stars is because of what I noticed on my last two visits there. I am really picky on nail salons because of how sanitary I want them to be. When I went, the lady soaked my nails in acetone for about 10 mins to take off my gel nails. When I was done soaking, she poured the acetone I used back inside the bottle where she got it from!!!! I was really grossed out! I decided to forget it and went back again in a month. When I went in, 2 ladies were working on a pedicure. One of them stopped and helped me. When she got her tools I noticed that she got them out of a packet that was not sealed! I was hoping they were clean and that those were not the same tools she was using for the other ladies pedicure. However, when I was done with my manicure, the lady just RINSED the tools she used on me and put them back inside the same unsealed packet!!!! I was so disappointed! Because the least they should do is soak it for 24 hours in the blue sterilizing liquid! I'm so bummed because they do a great job on nails and for a very reasonable price. But I rather find a place where it's clean, and I don't run the risk of getting an infection. read more

I recently moved to Vista and found Forever Nails via Yelp and couldn't be happier. Lisa is awesome. If you have ingrown toe nails and a fantastic pedicure, I highly recommend Lisa at Forever Nails. Overall the nail salon is very very friendly you feel at home the minute you walk in the door. Don is very customer friendly and goes the extra mile to ensure your visit is what you expect, and then exceeds those expectations. LOVE.. LOVE... LOVE them. Thank you read more

First timer and I absolutely love my nails! Literally walked in, was helped by "the nail guy" (duong I believe), knew exactly how I wanted my nails done and on top of that gave some valuable wisdom on love and life itself. Highly recommend their service! read more

My elderly aunt just moved to Vista so I was looking for a good place to take her; I read the reviews on Yelp and decided on this place. I was very pleased. Horrible experience today I called in on Thursday to make an appointment with Kim and Don sch my appt With Kim at 945am. I got there at 940 am and Kim was not there so another lady started to help me and I sad I had an appt with Kim at 945 she said that Kim was on her way running late so I said ok so she starts my pedicure so I was thinking once Kim gets there she will continue my pedicure instead she got there and helped another person that her husband was already helping. I told her Kim I made an appt with you at 945 she reply but I have her the other lady sch at 930. That's when I got upset and told her that it wasn't right for them to sch two people for Kim one at 930 and me at 945 doesn't make sense. They stared talking to themselves in their language which I thought was very very rude. So I paid and left and was not satisfied with the lady that was doing my pedicure she did a horrible job painting my nails. She didn't even put the top coat even on my Nials only half way. I was really disappointed and therefore will not go back again! Horrible experience!! If you can don't go there. Bad service and they move from person to person which it shouldn't be like that I made an appt with Kim I expected her to do my full pedicure not jump around from client to client. Don't go there. read more

Don is friendly and makes the time go quick while he's doing a great job on my nails :)

I've been going to this place for the past 3 years! Kim does AMAZING nails! I'm probably one of the most pickiest people in the world and she is the only one who can do my nails! She takes her time and makes sure you are satisfied with the results! She always has people just asking for her!! She is the best in there! I really think everyone should get their nails done by Kim!!! read more

I would not go anywhere else if I were you. I have been coming here for over 20 years. I am extremely happy Don and Kim are back. They were MIA for 2 years, took a little break and my poor toes suffered without them. I have ingrown toe nails so they have to be maintained- Kim is my specialist. Without her I would have to spend $100.00 a visit at the doctors to fix. They do excellent work and take great pride in their work. I did read some not so good reviews from some people. To bad. Can't please everyone. For me I would not go anywhere else. There is a reason so many of us travel far for Don and Kim and why we continue to come back! Look forward to 20 more years. read more

I went here for pedicure several times in the past months. I went here again last week for a pedicure and it was the worst pedicure ever. It seemed that she pretended to trim the dead skin around my toes and really did not remove any dead skin. I politely asked but she did not reply. I felt uncomfortable but thought that she might not hear or understand me. The paint job was sloppy and horrible. If i desperately need a pedicure, i just dip my feet in the warm bathtub, scrub, then paint them myself. It will be just as good and save money. I will never come back to this salon. read more
