I think I've finally found the place for my optometric needs. After mom & pops, Costcos, neighborhood locations, Forever Eyes may be it. Sad to hear that Dr. Noemi Larragoiti will be retiring as she is very thorough, knowledgable, & friendly. Her staff seem very customer service oriented & doing a good job so I had a wonderful experience here. I'll have to see the other optometrist if I return next year so hopefully that person is as educated & experienced as Dr. Larragoiti. This office definitely does more extensive testing than any other office I've been to & being nearsighted since age 10, that's a lot of offices I've encountered. Will update after I get my glasses if anything goes awry. For now, definitely recommend. read more

I've been a patient of Eastgate Optometry for over 10 years until the Dr. ghosted her patients with zero notice. I was sad since I really liked the Dr. but wasn't willing to follow her to her new location due to the way she gave zero notice. Now I'm kind of glad this happened because I randomly picked Forever Eyes due to the fact it's across the street from my housing tract and the instant I walked in the door I was greeted by the nicest people. . The office staff are so nice! After using some state of the art devices to pre-exam my eyes I wait in the room to meet the Optometrist. Dr. Naik walks in and I instantly like her. She does the exam and said my vision has only changed a smidge so it's up to me if I wanted to update my glasses. I appreciated the fact she wasn't upselling me or pressuring me to buy. I did want to update my frames though so I went ahead and got a new pair with the new prescription. I'm glad I did because I really like my new frames. Excellent experience from start to finish. Everybody is so nice! If you're looking for a new optometrist look no further. An added bonus is Burnt Umber coffee shop is across the street! read more

I used to come to this optometrist as a college student! They are so thorough and kind and respectful. I only stopped when my husband's insurance no longer covered them. Well, now I'm the mother of five and my four year old daughter just failed her vision test. Dr Noemi worked with her for over an hour patiently trying to help us find the best prescription for our daughter's one eye. The test to see the health of your entire eye is available (like an MRI for our eyes). The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Larragoiti is an exceptional optometrist. She really cares about people, patients of not. I am not her patients but had a concern about a contact lens lost in my eye. I stop by without an appointment with the hopes she would be free and look in my eye. I spoke to the receptionist and explained the situation. Because of Covid-19 I waited outside until she spoke to the doctor. Within 30 seconds, I was sitting in her chair and she was examining my eye. She even gave me an anesthetic so my eye would not hurt. She put my mind at ease immediately by understanding my concern. I highly recommend her professionalism and willingness to help someone in need, in these times when so many people would have refused services because I was not in the books. read more

Glasses I bought from them in 2018, I called to see if they could fix them. I got a same day appointment, they were able to fix them in under 15 minutes, and charged me nothing. This is a great optometrist . I have been going there for over 3 yrs. I recently went there after my eye surgery . My vision had been blurred and so the Dr. who did the surgery told me that I needed a change in eye prescription . I went here for my eye exam and it turned out I had something called a glaucoma crisis , whiched ending up be a reaction from the medication the surgery had given me .. She immediately called the surgery and they had me stop taking the medication and had some other medication called in .Had I gone much longer I could have lost my vision . I love this place my boys found great glasses they love and now wear everyday and the staff is awesome. The girl at the front dest is very friendly and greets u with a smile. The staff is very friendly, but every time I make an appointment I end up waiting an extra 45 minutes to be seen.

My mom has been telling me about this place for a while. Despite the fact that it is rather pricey, I decided to give it a try. Here's what I found: the facility is clean, staff is relatively friendly and the doc is knowledgeable. I opted to bring in my own frames for my prescription since they did not carry a style I was sold on. After 3 days of wearing my glasses the lens popped out of the frame on its own. I realized the frame was cracked and retuned to the facility. They told me that there was no warranty on the frames I brought in myself. They never told me this and pointed to a sign they said I should have read and the only thing they could do for me was to help me choose a new pair. I spent roughly $1,000 here and now I have to spend more? I wasn't even offered a discount for a new pair which I probably would have taken on the spot. I'm very disappointed with the end result. I now own a pair of $300 glasses that I cannot use. I won't be coming back because customer service here sucks! Buyer beware. read more

My husband has been a patient of Dr. Larrogotti's for years. He kept telling me to switch optometrists and go to her. Finally, I took his advice. Glad I did! The machinery in her office she uses for testing your eyes is state of the art, and she really took the time with me during my appointment. In no way did I feel 'rushed'. She really wanted to make sure I was comfortable with my new contact lens prescription - even giving me a few one-day samples to make sure I was happy with the new prescription before placing a contact lens order.
