If I could get the store negative reviews I would. They are so snotty and rude. This store used to be a great store five years ago but now it's just terrible. I will never shop there again, I simple walked out. Your snotty associate just lost $200 worth of my business tonight. Your store clerks are all robots and incredibly rude. You should be ashamed of your poor communication and lack of customer service. The only nice person who works there is the male associate. Asking someone if they have a mask in front of an entire line of people when They have identification of current "Covid antibody" is unnecessary. Today was a window shopping day. There were sales galore but I was able to restrain myself. I like coming here because I can always find an accessory or article of clothing to update my wardrobe. I think Forever 21 is also a mindset and sometimes coming here is simply a walk down memory lane to see what styles are returning. The store is well lit and the music is upbeat. First time coming into this store as I didn't realize they had a plus section, which would be awesome if there were more options! There's a small back wall and a few fixtures with plus on it, nothing is organized or on sale, there is no plus clearance either. The store was clean when you first walked in, then you get to the fitting room and the plus, of the back corner with the basics and it's destroyed. Hard to shop, employees say nothing to you not even a greeting or if they can help, would much rather shop online. Hard to believe an XL is plus! read more

I truly enjoy shopping. Whether its for house ware items, shoes, purses, clothes etc!!! But my most favorite store for a quick go to outfit is Forever 21! Although, I am not 21, I have always shopped here when I needed a quick outfit last minute at a great price. I think this store is exceptional for anyone on a budget, although you do get what you pay for. So dont expect for your $7 shirt to last more than a month. I love this store! The shop just recently opened at Tempe Marketplace. The f21 red store is a cheaper version of Forever 21, meaning most of the items in the store are under $25. I bought 2 dresses and a necklace & the total was under $20! My friend bought 2 dresses, a top, a blazer & sunglasses with the total being $50. I could come here all the time. Most of the items are basics but everything is super cute. The staff was friendly & always asked if you needed help with anything. I would definitely recommend coming here. read more

I was super impressed with this location. It wasn't messy and clothes weren't thrown everywhere. I could actually shop and not feel like I was stepping on or tripping over clothes on the floor. The store was set up great. If I wanted black dresses I found different styles of black dresses in one area. Red dresses were all located in one area too. (You get the idea) Great selection of clothes plus awesome prices. My only complaint is that I felt the dressing rooms Could have been cleaner. It's okay to vacuum or sweep the floors staff. First, this was my first time at the Tempe Marketplace.. so I figured I'd go check out the Forever 21. Mind you, I hadn't been inside a Forever 21 in a few years, so I guess I was expecting an experience something of the original stores. I first noticed the Red logo/lettering on the store front..so I thought maybe this was Forever 21's premium store, line etc. NO.NO.NOPE. For one, the store is incredibly smaller than the original stores. Normally, their other stores have 2 stories of overpacked merchandise. This location had just one floor; which is fine considering my assumptions of finding some great pieces easier and making my shopping experience much shorter than usual. What happened to Forever 21?? Just about all their merchandise was thin, cheap garbage. The sizes only go up to Large, but they don't even look like a Large. . Of course they offer a " Plus Size" but that's also garbage. The Material of the like items aren't even consistent.The bigger the size goes up, the cheaper the quality of the piece becomes. . I just can't believe Forever 21 has resorted to such low standards and such poor quality clothing. Also, it seems as if they just took a whole bunch of random merchandise and stuffed it into this tiny store. Could do a lot better F21.... But hey, What else can you expect from an " affordable mall brand" or " Quick Fashion"? I recommend this location for ONLY very young women and teens who don't care about quality and long lasting fashion pieces. Def up to age 21! read more

This store is very small and the cloths selection is not all that great. Customer Service is horrible!! I heard an employee complaining /bashing Forever 21 about not allowing her to travel to go see her mother to another co-worker. I walked by them and was not greeted or asked if I needed help finding something. Management and employees need to have a refresher on good customer service. Seems like everyone working at this store was miserable. I think the one at Az Mills and Fashion Square are the best to shop at. Don't waste your time here. read more

As soon as I gave what I was in for she snapped back with attitude and even cussed at me which is highly unprofessional. I went in to buy my daughter some sports bras while she was at school. Since she wasn't with me, I asked about their return policy. She said I could return it but lingerie was final sale. I said, can you please double check. She turned to her manager and she confirmed I could. Bought two and then left with the alarms on them. The alarm didn't go off in their store but it did in the Nike store. There I go back to get them removed. Both sports bras didn't fit my daughter so I went back to return them a week later. Girl at counter says to me rudely they can't be returned. I explained to her how I double checked with her coworker and she said I could. She says to me, that's your fault for not reading the receipt. With that said, I left store and will NEVER buy from them ever again. I will also be telling everyone at work, and relatives never to shop with them! read more

the customer service here is so bad. They stare at you in a rude way when you come in, which made me feel really uncomfortable. And then, when i checked out, they talked to themselves instead of talking to me, bragging about how many credit cards she got for the day, which made the whole experience so awkward. She also handed me the bag in an aggressive manner. This really needs to be addressed, the workers have zero grasp on good customer service. For the managers, I came in on March 11th at around 4:30 pm. There was a girl and a guy working at the front. You need to fix this. read more

Rude, rude, unhelpful staff. I asked about a boot that was on the mannequins in the front window which were not on the shelf. Not only would the staff not even check to see if the mannequins boot might actually fit me to sell, the manager walked away quickly saying "I would never put those on my mannequins because they're old" when clearly I saw them up front. I checked two different pairs on the mannequins and they would have fit me, but I needed an associates help to get them off and I was ignored from the minute I walked in and even after my questions when I flagged someone down. Maybe I don't fit the 21 age bracket, but I will not be going back to this location again. Absolutely unprofessional. read more

I for one was really excited when Forever came to Tempe Marketplace. So F21 is nothing like the real Forever 21.Is it Cheap Yes but the collection defeats the whole point of going to Forever21. The clothes here are very generic nothing too great. I also felt the store was small. The jewelry section is good. I did find some cheap jewelry necklaces and rings. I just hope they come up with a better collection for the f21 stores. May be i was just expecting it to be more like the Forever21 i'm used to so this store was just average for me. This forever 21 will never get my business again. This is the second time that I have had a bad experience at this exact location. The first time, an associate took a red sweater off the hanger because it was cold, mind you it was, however he put the sweater back on the hanger! I am afraid to buy clothes there if their employees just wear them as they please and resell them. That is not okay. Today, I went in after work must've been around 5pm and I walk in and some lady kept staring at me, she was wearing a denim jacket, at first I thought she was a customer, however she kept staring at me like I was stealing, mind you I shop here frequently and because of this I may never come back, come to find out SHES A MANAGER?! Why does a place of business have managers that stare at their customers and make them feel this way? Maybe she's new? She needs to be told not to treat people that way. However I do want to say the young short manager that kind of looks Asian, is a nice man, he's always keeping your lazy workers busy, and your cashier was super friendly tonight and even got me to sign up for a credit card. So some good news there. But the management team there has to get their shut together, I work in retail and you never treat customers that way ever, it's rude. The other day I visited this store to return/exchange an item that I had gotten as a gift to me from Forever21 since the sizing didn't fit me. I tried to see if I can get some sort of store credit or switch it out for something else when I realize the person at the cashier which I believe her name was Bianca gave me a very nasty and passive aggressive attitude. She informed me if I am not happy with their product to call customer service and that she couldn't help me going forward. Mind you, this was my first time in this store and I didn't know I can't exchange something without a receipt since it was a gift. She felt no remorse and kinda went to the next customer without any other help. Seems like she had this with another customer in the past. Do not waste your time here at this location. Very messy and a change of management needs to happen ASAP. read more

I usually shop at Forever 21 in Camelback. Today I decided to stop to the one on Tempe. From all the times visiting forever 21 I have never had this experience like tonight. Its 8:54 PM and I was checking out when they called the next person in line. I proceeded to pay when an older lady named Theresa asked me really rude "are you paying with card" I responded "yes". Before she was even done scanning all my products she notice me counting cash. She literally yelled at me. "I cant do cash, that's why asked you If you where paying with card" the people next to me paying stop and stared at me and me daughter. I was literally being patient organizing my cash I had in my bag. I never had in mind paying with cash. I wish I had the same disrespectful attitude to answer her and yell back just like she yelled at me. I felt disrespected and I sure know I will call tomorrow morning to talk to a manager. read more

Hey guys heads up! If your shopping for your wife of girlfriend lookout! For Christmas I got my wife some pants, sweeter and a few other things. Although the gal told me if it did not fit she Could exchange it that's not how it went down. No Credit, no Exchange no help. The pants were one size to big and all she wanted to do is get the right size. Yes I had the receipt, but at 30 days they tell you to pound sand. If your not a 100% sure her size or she will love it you had better shop elsewhere. Ok keep in mind unlike others at 30 days your stuck with it. read more

I love this location, it is the ONLY Forever that I can ever find anything without getting stressed out at. Most of employees are super nice and helpful. This location is a Red store which I had to ask to find out what they meant.. basically they are lower price ranger and have more basic clothing but are net, they keep items off the floor and everything is categorized which makes it easier to find the things I am looking for. The management there is great, also nice and keep their employees knowledgeable about the store and the items in the store. However, if you want expensive clothes that are hard to find go to Chandler, but if you want to find clothes and match outfits then definitely this store is for you! I noticed from the other reviews that some people clearly do not talk to the employees and do not understand that this store is the SMALLEST IN ARIZONA, so do not be surprised or discouraged that the store is small, it is net and easy to shop in! I definitely recommend going to this location over other locations. read more
