On Super Bowl day, I was desperate for wings. I ordered the wings and they said wings are out. Ugh, so I decided to order a burger. It tasted like salt. They ruined my mood for wings.. but ice cream & fries were good. The waitress was good. I paid her some good tips. I give 3 stars because I wanted wings! read more

Be sure to try the pretzels! They are terrific! honestly, everything on the menu is fantastic! If you're in St. Augustine, near the outlets, and if your hungry, or even if you are not hungry, go on in. The atmosphere is like, well a garage. :-) They have old engines, cars from the 20's and 30's all hanging off the wall. very nice. We really like this place. It's fun, it's easy, it's delicious. read more

Service was very good. The decor and ambiance was very family friendly. We loved eating at this nostalgic dine

I've only picked up my food but it was SOOOO GOOD. The guys on the phone and in person were also friendly and helpful. Inside was packed, kind of a sports bar vibe. I'd like to dine inside next time to get the full experience. read more

The food was good, as was the service, but it is very noisy. However, overall, I would recommend it.

We've driven the NY to South Florida route over 100 times, sometimes stopping here at the outlets and staying over, putting up with bad takeout. This was a pleasant surprise, from greeting to service to among the best burgers and IPAs we can recall, Watched other plates drift by and everything looked good. There are good restaurants in St. Augustine proper, but these days we're on the road home. Cool ambiance to boot! It is crowded, so a wait may be in order. read more

To all readers who saw my negative review of Ford Garage, I want to retract the management failure. First, my review was intended for the new Ford Garage in the Ormond Beach outlet area. Second, the managing partner called me to discuss what happened and explained to my complete satisfaction why the concert venue happened. The employees had been notified not to change the music system which was set by corporate. The partner who called explained that he was away and also was surprised by the volume when he returned. He apologized and said an electronic fault was behind raising the volume. As he said. "I don't want to run a nightclub." I deeply appreciate his effort to discuss the problem. So, yes, we will be returning to Ford Garage with smiles!! read more

It says they're a "Prime" burger joint on their sign, but the only thing I saw prime was the price. I ordered the Signature burger with wedge potatoes. My meal shows up with fries. I asked the waitress about the wedge style fries and she informs me that they got rid of the wedges and replaced them with regular fries. It would have been nice to know that up front just in case I wanted something else?? Or at least, change your menu? Either way, I will not be returning. The bun was soggy and the burger tasted like it had been frozen. read more

I was looking for a cool place to take my dad for a father/daughter outing in the St. Augustine area. When searching the web, I came across this new restaurant concept that is located at the St. Augustine outlet malls attached to the new Lincoln dealership. I knew it was newer to the area so I checked out some reviews from my fellow Yelpers and knew it was the perfect spot to take a dad who loves working in the garage on cars. We arrived and were immediately greeted by the hostess and asked to sit on the patio. We were seated immediately and greeted by our waitress, Jodi. She was very sweet and we placed drink orders while we looked over the menu. Drinks arrived within two minutes and we already knew a few appetizers we wanted to chow down on. We ordered the giant funnel tower of jumbo piston onion rings and the Edsel's hot pretzels. We received the apps in about 10 minutes of placing. The onion rings come on a metal gas funnel - very cool and served with homemade chipotle ketchup and ranch. The hot pretzels were deep fried and soft in the middle served with a beer cheese and honey mustard sauce. We dove right in. The onion rings were perfectly crispy and the pretzels were a good mix of salty/sweet. As we munched on the apps, we put in an order for the hand battered chicken tenders. The waitress let us know that the chicken is brined overnight and are freshly battered and fried to order. The tenders came with wedge fries which were very crispy (could of used some more seasoning) and honey mustard and ranch sauce. The chicken was very crispy but juicy on the inside. It seems they are more known for their burgers which we didn't get to try this time around but looking at the burgers being served around us, they looked delicious and everyone seemed to be enjoying. Jodi, our waitress was very attentive and refilled our drinks without being asked and was very nice to chat too. Overall, the atmosphere was definitely a 10/10. Bring someone here who loves all things cars! Food, I would give a 6.5-7/10. It is typical bar/American food. Nothing super special but definitely want to come back and try a burger! They have tons of craft beer and others on tap as well. Before you leave, make sure to check out the bathrooms. They say they're known for them and have cool sinks. The decor inside is definitely very cool and they have some antique cars outside. read more

Terrific service, great nachos, outstanding burger (perfectly med rare, hallelujah!) and happy hour prices! What's not to like? Fun ambiance and location, but they had a server shortage... we didn't notice, everything came out perfectly. Highly recommended! read more

What a great place to bring family and friends. Ford really worked on branding. Kudos to the marketing department. Their restaurant up-cycle car parts and turn them into usable everyday things. We've been here twice. The day after their grand opening on Sept 26 and Oct 24th. We were seated right away and the restaurant was busy at both lunch times. Customer service is good. I love the burgers. I had the signature burger on the 1st visit and the Cali burger on the 2nd visit. My daughter can't enough of their berry salad and fried pickles. What's stopping me from 5 stars is that the 2nd time we went. The waitress saw that I gave a 22% tip. I got an eye roll and a Look of disgust. I just not know what is customary tip that people are giving to restaurants by the Outlet Malls off SR 16 in St Augustine? If looks could kill, I'd never make it out of the restaurant. read more

How much time do you have on your hands? If you come here, you better have a lot. In fact, I'm sitting here writing this review while I'm waiting for the check and partial to go order that I requested more than 40 minutes ago. Our story begins on a Sunday morning at 11 am showing up to a restaurant that's about half full. We checked in as a party of 2. The confused hostess tells us that the wait is 15-20 minutes. Given the amount of empty tables, I asked why. The hostess said- "our servers are overwhelmed ". We requested a table inside and the hostess said she would text us when our table was ready. We walked Ford dealership next door to see the new cars. About 5 minutes later we get a text that says "come to the check-in counter in the next 5 minutes or you will lose your place in line". After hustling back to the restaurant, the annoyed hostess takes us to our table - outside. Politely, I asked if they had any tables inside (it was raining and there was already a large group outside) . She said "I put you down as a 'first available'". Whatever, let's eat. The waitress said were known for our "Three B's". Burgers, Brews and BATHROOMS. She then said "you have to make sure to check out our bathrooms before you go. They are really special." I asked her about the food and she said all of the burgers are amazing and "what we do best". Great. I ordered the brisket burger with BBQ sauce on the side. My GF ordered the patty melt but swapped the bun. After waiting about 45 minutes our food arrived. Ummm - these aren't the burgers we ordered. She apologized and said she could ask the kitchen to re-make them. We declined and ate them anyway because we weren't going to wait one second longer. At that moment (So it would be ready when it was time to leave) we placed an order for a turkey burger to take home to our daughter. She said "no problem, I will make sure that it's out with your check". After taking my first bite, I wish we just would have just left. The Burgers were Ice cold, the fries were stale and had all of the flavor of packing peanuts. After popping by the table a total of zero times during our lunch, our server appears and asked if we would like to order dessert. No thank you. We will just take the check and the to go order that we requested. She gave me a confused look and said "OK? I will check on that and be right back." She vanished. Mind you we had been sitting here more than 45 minutes since asking for the check. (I'm finishing the review after finally, mercifully, leaving) Finally, my girlfriend gets up, and go to look for the manager. After explaining how long we had to wait for an order, and now eight to go order and a check, the manager replies "sorry, the kitchen had a little bump. " If anyone can explain what a "kitchen bump" is, I would like to know. I have worked in food service, and have not heard that expression before. I assume it means complete and total incompetence, because that is what I experienced. I took this opportunity to visit the "amazing bathroom". I'm not sure what they think " amazing" means but here's what I saw. Te urinals were pair of hollowed beer kegs, and the sink had a lever to turn on the water into a tire shaped basin. Yes - if you want to wash your hands, you have to put them on a lever that has been touched by everyone that just used a toilet. Has anyone told these people that there is technology to make sinks touchless? I'm not sure. Maybe someone should let them know. After returning to my seat and waiting 20 minutes longer(and partially writing this review), our server returns with our to-go order and check in hand. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. If for no other reason than to post this review and warn the world of what a horrible waste of time it is to try to eat lunch at Ford's garage. Stay away. Stay far away. read more

This place is great IF they aren't busy. Been here several times, but Saturday night was the worst. Waited over 45 minutes for food and all we ordered were Mac n cheese skillets. They forgot the blackened chicken on one and the "fix" was to load it with diced chicken and reheat. Overall, a waste of 2 hours and 15 minutes. Usually, the food and service are decent. read more

Passing through the area and discovered this place (thanks Yelp!). My husband the car guy loved that it was nestled between two car lots, and thanks to text-waitlist, we could wander and check out cars while waiting. The place is a cute theme, fun, open space and wonderful service, delicious American classic comfort food. We had burgers, but the fried fish looked amazing too. read more

Not a single table in the restaurant, showed up with three hungry friends visiting from out of town. Sat at our table for 15-20 minutes and weren't greeted by anybody. Had to ask for service and it seemed as if nobody wanted to wait on us. Decided to leave. Very interesting and fun burger joint, adjacent to Bozard Ford dealership. Arrived at 1:30 pm to crowd & 20+ min wait. Went to the bar while we waited on our table. Bartender was friendly and prompt. In about 10 mins., we were seated at table. The Low Carb-urator was excellent, as was the patty melt and Calli-burger. The chocolate shake hit the spot. It's loud but not some much that we could t talk to each other. However, by around 2pm, place was half empty and almost quiet. We'll go back. About $30 for two meals and a shake. read more

For the first time coming here, I was amazed. The theme of this restaurant was SO COOL! I loved how everything was car themed. The restaurant was very busy, but our food got to our table very fast! The side salad was doused in amazing ranch, which was incredibly good. The onion rings were huge and so crispy! We both ordered the crispy chicken sandwiches and they came out so flavorful and crispy. I loved this restaurant and I plan to come back soon. read more

Ordered take out and got there 20 minutes after I ordered. Then I waited another 30 minutes for my food, which you would think meant the kitchen was backed up and that I would at least get some fresh food. NOPE! All my food was lukewarm and my side of mac was cold. My burger that I ordered medium was well done and dry. The FIVE DOLLAR portion of mac was about 4 bites. Delicious burgers, great beer selection, fantastic bar staff. Everything you could want if you're looking for a good beer/mixed drink and a fat ass burger. Apparently the onion rings are really good too. I saw almost every table had them. I'll have to try them the next time I come back. Looking forward to trying more of the burger combinations too.
