Still new with the appropriate growing pains. My family went for dinner and told about 45 minute wait - this was acceptable considering the anticipated opening. Then I went to use the facilities. As I walked in I saw at least 1/3 of the restaurant empty. Either they didn't have staff to service every table or they were trying to give the impression of popularity. You would think a place that has been open for 3 months would have their act together but they had a shortage of staff to handle the volume of customers -- especially to clear tables (there were 4-5 tables waiting to be cleaned for 10 minutes and only 1 bus boy working). Little bit of a wait to get in but we'll worth it. Started with the Buffalo Chicken dip. Spice was spot on. Just enough to know that is was there. The ribs rolled right off the bone and we ordered The Estate Burger with most of the condiments on the side because we were not sure if we would like them. Pricey but good! I had the pretzels for an appetizer, burger for lunch. The next time we did the Buffalo chicken dip with a burger. All the food was consistent and good. After playing softball all day, this seems like only place in area open late. The service and food was awesome. Manager made rounds checking in on tables. You don't see that much these days. Our waiter Brenden was the best. Very attentive and proactive. The food was hot and fresh. Also make sure you check out the restrooms. read more

I have been to a couple different Ford's Garages and the experience and food was amazing. Not so much with this one. We went on a Saturday afternoon at around 2:30pm, in the middle of December. The wait time was 30 minutes, yet half the restaurant was empty. Finally got seated about 40 minutes later. We ordered drinks and one beer; the drinks came out fairly quickly but the beer took 30 minutes. When asking why, we were told there was only one bartender. The order took a long time to cook also. We asked if they were short staffed and they stated they weren't, this is how they have been scheduled lately. One bartender and not enough wait staff on a Saturday in the middle of December at a shopping area? Half the restaurant empty with over a half hour wait? That is managements fault all the way. We will wait until we are in a different city to go to Ford's Garage again. read more

Not a bad spot, but don't set expectations too high. It's a themed style place, branded after Ford, with plenty of old Ford vehicles on the property, and servers wear mechanic style uniforms. Overall, it's not bad. My burger was good and the fries were well seasoned. I did order a second beer but it never arrived. My wife ordered a steak, broccoli and mashed potatoes. The steak was very good, but the both the broccoli and potatoes were cold. She also ordered an Asperol Spritz drink, which we've enjoyed for years in the US and Europe, but it was flat. The replacement drink was improved. Not great, but definitely better than the first. My daughter in law ordered ribs, veggies and potatoes, but again some of the food was cold. Her ribs and veggies were cold, and the potatoes were so-so. Our server did a pretty good job. They had a pretty large crowd and it was pretty clear they weren't paying attention. Quite a few of the servers were standing around watching the TVs. All in all, not a horrible experience, but not likely I'd go back. read more

We went to Ford's shortly after opening and had a good experience. We live in the area and had great hopes. The ambiance is cool and fun with lots of things to look at and surprises to see. The food was a 7/10 overall. The potential was there for a better experience but you could tell they were still experiencing grand opening struggles. The menu choices were good and fresh, though were themed versions of what you typically find in this genre, with slight twists on the norm. Took a while to get our food and some condiments listed on the menu were missing. My burger seemed like it had been under the lamp for a few minutes more than it should of. None of this was a big turn-off as they were still new. A couple of months later on a Tues night, four of us entered and we were the only ones in the lobby for the 5 minutes we were there. We were immediately told it would be a 15-30 min wait. A quick glance around the main dining area revealed more than a half dozen open tables spread out through the room. There were a few table on one side that appeared to be pushed together for a large party. There was at least one table and a booth on the opposite side of the room, not adjacent to the large open table. When I inquired as to the reason for the wait, I was told they had a party of 40. I had tried weeks earlier to make a reservation and was told they don't reserve. I took a quick lap around the main dining area and found everyone was seated and as there was no one outside either, I was not convinced they had a party of 40 waiting to be seated. We typically would have waited but felt like the excuse was a little disingenuous. There are more than a dozen really good choices within 5 min so we opted to go somewhere else. As a result of this experience, Ford's is not not likely going to be a first choice for us. Hope you have a better experience than we did. read more

Very noisy food was ok I had chicken tenders and ff. I didn't like the seasoned fried. My husband ordered the fish and chips. He started eating when the waitress came by and said they made a mistake on his order. He received the fish sandwich by mistake. She said they were preparing the correct order. My husband said the sandwich was fine didn't need any else she insisted and we brought it home. waitress was friendly and attentive , food was over price and mediocre. read more

Don't get me wrong the food and service were great. Nice portions great presentation but what ruined the experience was the noise level and arctic temperature. The sound system is up a few notch's too high and that in turn makes the customers talk very loud conversing with others. Proof is in between songs the verbal noise would drop substantially. As for the temperature, my guess is it was in the mid 60's. And with AC vent blowing on my neck halfway through my meal I was wishing I had a pair of gloves and a parka. Ford's has been a disappointment with service since day 1. Although there are a few good servers and the bartenders are great, last night took the cake. First off all there is no reason this place should have a 45-60 minute wait. On a multitude of occasions I saw tables that took more than 10 minutes (yes I timed it) to be turned over. This is a clear issue on management's inability to run a restaurant. After being seated, it took our server who went by the name Bolkai or something made up (check said Zachery) 10 minutes to ask us what we wanted to drink, 25 minutes after ordering an app to get the app, and me having to ask another server for drinks, another 10 minutes to get our refills. After dropping off our checks, I waited 20 minutes before I finally got up and gave the bills to the waiter. It was nearly 3 hours from when we arrived til we left. Not to mention our server never brought any of our food nor checked up on us, relying on other servers instead. Although the food is good, the service and lack of leadership here is still missing after all these months. This isn't fine dining. An absolute mess that starts at the top. read more

To be fair, we ordered for delivery. We found the burgers to be average and nothing to write home about. They weee overcooked, dry and appeared to have some seasoning on them that totally distracted from the taste of what we were craving as just a good old bacon cheeseburger. Avoid this restaurant at all costs. My wife and I were excited to try this restaurant, but the excitement quickly changed to disappointment. We ordered a tower of onion rings and two hamburgers no sides. The onion rings were to be our sides. The onion rings were good, until they became cold. We sat for an hour waiting on our hamburgers. When I ask our waiter where our hamburgers are, he said that the hamburger station was busy and yet people who came after us were getting their food. Our onion rings got cold so I asked the waiter for our check. The question threw him off so he had to go to a manager. I explained to the manager that we had been sitting there for an hour. She got an attitude and said that they were only human. The server came back and said since we only had half a thing of onion rings and water and tea, we wouldn't have a check. My wife and I got up and went to Texas roadhouse. While we were there, an elderly couple fell while going out to the parking lot. People standing outside, went over to help them. The comment from one of the women at the host stand was, "Well there's a lawsuit." read more
