Loved this place. The decor was great and felt like we were in an upscale Ford shop. Had the bison burger and it was excellent. The bacon jam needed some extra spice like red pepper flakes or something but everything else was outstanding. Our server was friendly, attentive, and even took our picture with the Ford logo. It was a really nice experience. read more

Had ordered through door dash 2 burgers medium and medium well. Threw them both out after a few bites. Meat was not cooked to order, dry and extremely salty with no juices. The burger prices were over $20. When I reached out to the manager, I was told to get refunded through door dash which I don't see how. I was told nexr time to order directly. Not sure how that would change the way they cooked the hamburger and pouring salt! Very disappointed and big waste. read more

Our server Jessica was awesome. She checked back to make sure we had everything we needed. She was friendly, polite, and energetic. The atmosphere was way cool. You have to check out the back wall of their draft beers. I even love the model T Ford that's hanging from the ceiling. Burgers are amazing actually all the food is really great. I especially love their pretzel sticks, a.k.a. Etzel pretzels ! If you are ever in Brevard County and you don't stop at Fords Garage you're missing out. read more

Our server, Giselle, was awesome! Good fun, great service. Enjoyed lunch special and a shake!

The food was delicious and Jasmine, our server/bartender was excellent. We ordered a second beer and it had a very distinct odor of cologne on it. We asked for a new beer with Jasmine's trainee and explained the situation. After smelling, she agreed. Not even two seconds later, the barback walked by and had this distinct same odor as what was on the glass. We then explained this to Jasmine and she totally agreed. We observed him pulling his shirt up and wiping his side nose and cheek because he was perspiring. Then he would pick up roughly 12 glasses in a stack and lean them against his shirt that he just wiped his face with. It was also against his armpits... I just retired from the service industry and know that when an employee walked by and has an excessive amount of cologne or perfume on their immediately told, go and wash it off. What was even more upsetting was the fact that she never told a manager or pulled him aside to confront him and watch him do it two more times. I have some video and don't want to post it to get anybody in trouble . read more

Great casual dining. Very interesting building, lots os space, clean bright and well run business. The burgers did not disappoint. I don't even know what I could possibly say about the fish and chips except you have no idea what you're missing. The whole dining experience was made even better by the friendly attentive server. Definitely recommend! read more

Everything was spot on. The service. (Thank you Giselle!) The food. And that delicious Coffee cocktail concoction I got. Yes, I licked the rim, but it had this crunchy caramely sugar on it, so what choice did I have! I thought the prices were good and the atmosphere really welcomed you. And it was packed, even on a Wednesday night. We'll absolutely be back! read more

A good choice for a lunchtime meal in the Viera area Ford's Garage was established in 2012 in Fort Myers, Florida, near where Henry Ford had his winter residence. The chain has expanded to 22 locations across the United States. I recently visited the recently opened Viera, Florida location. It follows the motor car theme with Gas pump nozzle door handles, Classic Ford cars in front, hose clamp napkin rings, and grease rag style napkins. You check in at the front desk, give them your cell phone number, and they text you when your table is ready. The day I went it was less than a 5 min wait. The seating is a mix of tables and booths inside and tables outside. There is a bar in the middle that looked like they had a good selection. The waiter came quickly and took our food and drink order. The menu offers a variety of gourmet burgers, comfort foods, and a substantial selection of craft beers. The prices seem a little high but they have a good lunch special that I took advantage of making my lunch price of burger, fries, and a drink about $15. The food came out amazingly quickly and it was an excellent burger. I was not a fan of the french fries or the tea but I plan to return for another hamburger. It is a very open dining area and may not be ideal for those seeking a quiet dining experience. Overall, Ford's Garage in Viera was an enjoyable dining experience and a good choice for people wanting to get some quality food and excellent service, in a nostalgic automotive-themed environment. read more

I wanted to wait for the crowds to die down, but it wasn't happening so I finally decided to give this place a shot. Both times I've sat by myself at the bar for happy hour ( 4pm-6pm) and have been very impressed. For just 10 bucks, you can get a happy hour burger with fries and a beer. That is an incredible deal considering most beers alone these days are $6-$8. Now, the burger is a bit smaller -- a quarter pounder -- but it's still a solid deal. If you really want to combine portions and value, you can add a $6 happy hour order of the chicken bites. The bar crowd is always an eclectic mix of old car guys, futuristic viera yuppies, traveling salesmen and everything else you can imagine. It's a fun place with nice theming. I can see myself becoming a regular. read more

Amazing everything. We went on a Sunday, big crowd. 20 minute wait. Got a table with no problem. The guy that seated us was informed on the place. Service was outstanding. I would have to say the food was excellent. You have to try this place. We all loved it. My step son said it was the best hamburger he has had in a restaurant. read more

Great atmosphere. Get the onion rings. They are very crispy with a surprised way to serve them. Server had good suggestions and knowledge of the menu. Burgers had all around and all different with no complaints. Skip the truffle fries, they just don't taste good. Drinks were good just a little light on the alcohol. read more

Everything was great! Sean is an excellent server! He made it a wonderful experience! Thanks Sean! See you next time!

Came here for the great reviews but horrible salmon. Tasted very old and unsafe. Spoke with the manager who argued the point. Requested other patrons not to be exposed to this. Stay away. Sad as have always loved Ford's Gsrage. read more

Ford Garage is always a fun treat. This is a new location and the service was nice and friendly. Since it's new there was a bit of a wait but not too long. The bar seemed to have a little trouble knowing how to mix certain drinks. Newly opened restaurants usually have a few kinks to work out, but I know they will get it worked out soon enough. Look forward to returning once again. read more

My wife took our adult daughters and adult granddaughters here for one of their family ladies' night out last week. They all ordered something different and shared. All said the burgers were juicy and tasty and done to perfection. Service was good even though the restaurant was crowded. So, for one of our teen granddaughter's individual Grandpa & Grandma Sunday brunch turns, we went to Ford's Garage Restaurant for brunch. All I can say is, don't bother. Wait until lunch or supper. The burgers are excellent. My wife ordered the breakfast skillet and said it was good. Our granddaughter and I ordered the breakfast burritos. They were supposed to have: Fresh Scrambled Eggs, Crispy Bacon, Ford's Classic Tots, Pico de Gallo, and Tillamook® Pepper Jack Cheese Wrapped in a Warm Tortilla, Served with Chipotle Aioli, Salsa, and Breakfast Potatoes, (from the menu). Mine came with fluffy scrambled eggs, limp cooked bacon pieces, breakfast potatoes, a very tiny cup of salsa and Chipotle Aioli. The tortilla burrito was grilled on a quesadilla press. There was no pico de gallo. There was no pepper jack cheese. There were no Ford's classic tots. My wife ordered a glass of unsweetened ice tea to drink and the ice was completely melted before the food came out. We had to ask for more ice. I ordered coffee and finished the first cup before the food came out. I pushed my empty cup to the front of the table so wait staff, (counted 16), could see it was empty. My granddaughter had ordered hot soft pretzel for appetizer and when 2 wait staff delivered it, I asked for more coffee. They walked away, (not seeing the empty cup, not hearing me?). When our food came out I had to call the waitress's attention to the empty cup. She brought more coffee. Coffee was good-not excellent. So, bottom line: go to Ford's Garage for lunch or supper menu and be happy. Avoid Brunch. read more

Great service by Marissa , would come again. Salmon was juicy and well seasoned . I would recommend this place to people

Service was great. Had the onion rings which were very crispy. Also got the burger which was very juicy.

It's a busy place and I wish we could have reserved a table instead of having to wait for one. We came for a family dinner. The service was good and I love all the design details. The food was delicious and portion sizes were good. I switched out a bun for my burger, and we had a big party, but all the orders were accurate and delivered quickly. read more

I ordered a well done burger, but the two friends who ordered medium had less pink than my burger that I only ate the outside edge. The waitress said she was going to talk to the manager, but nothing further was mentioned and no compensation of any type offered. Service was slow and it was obvious the staff was short handed for the demand. read more

Enjoyed my burger here. Came on a Thursday and it was pretty slammed. Walked away from the table without my leftovers ( I ate half my meal and planned on bringing the rest for my daughter. ) Got to the door and realized and by the time I walked back table was cleared: made eye contact with kitchen staff hoping to ask and she ignored me so i left without it. Oh well will have to bring her back sometime. It's pricey so this will be a once in a while place for us, read more

Went to just get a drink at the bar. It's 9 pm on a Wednesday, so there are literally no other people at the bar. While seated right away, we sat there for quite some time waiting for our server Brandon. Once he arrived, he took our drink & food order. It was lunchtime and the restaurant was busy but we eventually got our meals. Brandon never came back to our table to refill our drinks or ask about our food. He finally surfaced about 25 minutes later when we wanted to pay our bill & leave. Good thing our food was good or I would've left 1star. We'll come back as we like the menu options but hope to get a different waiter. read more

Wow! Excellent environment especially for a car guy! I took my wife here for lunch today, (our first time) and ALL the food was top notch, cooked perfectly, and delicious! Burger was juicy, bacon was thick and crisp, bourbon bbq sauce was a great touch to the burger! Fries were hot, crisped and seasoned to perfection, not all soft and soggy like some restaurants. Our server "Kimber" was excellent! Fords Garage easily took the top spot for our new favorite American food place! Draft beer was excellent and smooth as well! If you are considering visiting this place, stop thinking about it and do it! You won't be disappointed! read more

The chili that i ordered came in a very small bowl that looked like a cup. It looked like a child's meal. The bowl was not filled up either. I was very very disappointed and then they have the nerve to charge $9.99 for this kid's meal. No crackers and then i had to pay $1.00 for 2 slices of toast to eat with my chili. The chili was good, but it should be served in a bigger bowl that actually looks like a bowl!!!! They should also have crackers available to serve along with the chili. Again, the chili was awesome. I am just not satisfied with the portion that i was served. This is not good. I would of had to order two bowls of chili to feel full. Shame!!!! read more

AMAZING burgers. Definitely dine in though. I ordered 2 burgers medium rare and they did just that. However, I also ordered a BOWL of their French onion soup to try. The pic shows a cup of soup which spilled on BOTH burgers still in their containers read more

Chopped salad is not a "chopped salad". The lettuce pieces are big. They should be chopped, no?? It's monotone in color... some lettuce turning brown. Bacon was forgotten. Had to ask for it. Hardly any cheese or egg. Probably only about 3oz of chicken. And overly loaded with garbanzo beans and red onion. Won't order that again. BURGERS ARE GOOD! The rest of my family really enjoyed their burgers. So I will get that next time. Loved the Ambiance! Really nicely done! We'll totally go back. Just will not get a salad again. read more

Our server, J.D., was fabulous! We would return just to have him again. Food was great, atmosphere good. We will return! My only minor complaint is I really don't like a teenaged hostess calling me "honey" multiple times. It's unprofessional and rather demeaning. Please ask her to stop saying that. read more

We always enjoy the food at this location. The service has improved greatly during this visit. Our server, Giselle, was very good, prompt, and took care of us very well. Reception staff were more friendly when we arrived as compared to previous visits. Only thing we noticed on this visit was how dirty the floor was between the bar and seating area. The floor was sticky on our shoes and there was a clearly visible "dark dirty" path. This makes you wonder how clean the rest of the facility actually is at this point in time. Tony has improved his front end staff. Good job. Now he can address the "other" issue mentioned in this constructive feedback. read more

A brand new restaurant that's very cute and well themed. Check out the restrooms! Service was standard. Our lunch was ok. Undercooked chicken and overcooked burger. The manager came by to sort things out, but lunch round two was about the same. I'd come back for happy hour or cocktails. read more

Overall an amazing place! No wait time on a Wednesday night and the service was amazing. Our server Jim was excellent, he was very attentive, funny, and kind! The food was yummy as well. I got the Thai salad, the toppings were delicious, but the sauce was a little too much. My dad got the burger which he claimed to be scrumptious, but the sweet potato tater tots were my absolute favorite! The tots melted in your mouth and paired amazingly with ranch, but the Carmel sauce they provided didn't complement the tots. We ended with the brownie sundae; you can never go wrong with one of them! read more

I'm super disappointed. We originally came to order off the happy hour menu, but our server told us it's only available if we sit at the bar. My son is 14 months old so that's just not an option. We order off the normal menu and I ask to have my $20 burger cooked well done (I am pregnant, and I tell them this) and this is the burger I receive. I ask to have it remade and it takes so long that I have to take my food to go. Our server hands us the bill and the burger was included, whatever. The manager comes by and apologizes to me, and at this point I'm upset and my son is crawling all over me so I barely make eye contact because I just want to leave. She tells me she saw the burger and it was definitely cooked wrong. She asks who my server is and I'm quick to tell her that he was amazing and kind (he showed me that he input "well done" on my order so he gets a pass!) I tell her that I am pregnant and she removed the charge for the burger off the bill, which I appreciated. The kind staff gets an extra star, but this unfortunately was not up to my standards for the price. It was still over $40 for just my husband and my toddler, even during happy hour. read more
