The clerk indicated that it's on your receipt. I don't know about you but I don't keep my receipts for shoes for 90 days but even so we're not talking about returning shoes that were not wanted or wore out too soon. We're talking about a pair of shoes that were defective from the onset. The clerk and the helper that was in the store both acknowledged that there's nothing they could do but gave me a phone number for customer service which I called immediately. That was over 24 hours ago and I can only leave a message. Thus far nobody has called me back and I doubt that anyone will. For any company that doesn't stand behind their products I don't think they deserve our business. If they sell defective products they should make good on it not tell customers the 30-day warranty is out so too bad. You're out your $75.00.

I have never been to this store and still have no clue what the worker was talking about. Ive been a customer for two years and after telling him that he has the wrong guy he doubled and then tripled down that i was the fraudster that did a massive charge back. And throughout the whole interaction i never received an apology. But, It makes sense that the worker wouldn't remember who he was looking out for considering the shop always smells of weed and the employees are always high. Ive grew to love this little store over the past couple years but unfortunately after today myself and my family will no longer be going.

Tried contacting them on eBay about a return, and even offered to cover return shipping but the message went ignored. Tried escalating a claim with eBay but since the shoes were "guaranteed" by their authenticity team, it basically got auto-denied. Now I'm trying to deal with PayPal and my bank to get the problem fixed or else I'm stuck with damaged shoes that I'll have to resell myself, no doubt at a loss. Extremely, extremely disappointed in how this sale was handled.
