Having remodeled two homes…read morebefore, I can honestly say I've never worked with a company that handled a flooring project this well. We had them replace existing hardwood through out the entire home with luxury engineered hardwood. Their communication was exceptional, especially since I was living out of town during the remodel. They kept me informed every step of the way, and their professionalism, craftsmanship, attention to detail, and execution were second to none. Our hardwood floors turned out absolutely beautiful, and because of this experience, I've already hired them for additional projects. They're truly a dream to work with. To top it all off, their pricing was better than other companies we considered, yet the quality of their work was unmatched. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Soleil Floors to anyone looking for a company that genuinely takes pride in what they do.

We contacted Timbercreek and loved the speed by which they could come and give us the quote. the gentleman that showed up was very professional and nice. He measures our house and then sat brought in some pieces for us to look at. My wife enjoyed the quality and selection that they had and I enjoyed the app that showed what the finished product would look like in our home. They took a picture of our living room on their phone and then the app would add the flooring we wanted to see. They also had the samples with them. So with both of those we felt like we were able to make a well informed decision. After we picked the flooring they sat down with us to go over the quote so we understood each part. They were very professional every step of the way. The total cost of everything was broken down so we felt well informed on everything on the page. When installation day came the crew showed up right on time. They didn't give us a four hour block of time that we had to be there for like some other service oriented businesses. We knew what time they were going to show up and they came on time. The installation crew were professional and answered the few questions we had. I was amazed at the speed by which they could do things. Our whole project was completed in only a day! It looks fantastic. We love it. We get complements on it when friends visit. The value it adds to our home in just appearance and feel is awesome. The professionalism by which everything was done from that first call to set up an appointment to the time the crew left and the house was finished was flawless. We highly recommend Timbercreek to anyone who is looking to redo their floors. I attached some before and after photos.

We're honestly really disappointed with our experience. After reading so many great reviews, we…read morespecifically chose a company that specialized in flooring. Our floors were installed only 2-3 years ago and are now cracking throughout our home. We paid to have the floors leveled as part of the installation, another contractor immediately noticed areas that weren't level and explained why the floors weren't holding up over time. Looking back, there were concerns during installation, including a suggestion to cut over six inches off a door to accommodate an issue with their work. They did come to understand why we were not willing to do that and we were grateful for that. We trusted that we were paying for quality workmanship, especially from a company that specializes in flooring. It's unfortunate to now be dealing with these problems after such a short amount of time. We've reached out about our concerns and never received a response.

In the fall, we finally decided to pull the trigger on remodeling our kitchen. The major elements…read moreincluded removing a load-bearing wall, relocating the water and gas lines, and expanding the pantry. We solicited bids from a handful of general contractors, but only a few responded. Interestingly, the one we ultimately selected wasn't even on our initial list. While browsing for LVP flooring samples at Fantastic Floors, I struck up a conversation about our project. Mazz, the owner, eagerly offered to bid on it. Though skeptical at first, I agreed. The very next day, he arrived with his construction team and cabinet partner to discuss our vision in detail. Just a few days later, we received a competitive quote, signed the contract within a week, and work commenced shortly after. Despite some unexpected challenges from the wall removal, they completed the remodel in about a month--far quicker than the 2-3 months quoted by others. If you're considering a remodel, I wholeheartedly recommend Fantastic Floors--be sure to speak with Mazz for outstanding results.

Super abrasive and condescending to his crew and employee K. Argued with my design choices, did not listen to me at all and seemed annoyed with my questions about product. Also, took a call in front of my husband and me and kept on speaker. Talk about awkward. It was business related but lots of cussing and yelling between the two. The kicker was they quoted me 5000.00 more than the amazing flooring company we ended up going with and they were going to go right over the existing floor. So less work, more money, when I called to inquire about the process because I researched and got other bids, K was explaining and answering my questions well, 1/2 way through the conversation owner took phone and was aggressively talking to me. I said, "wait did you guys just switch?" He replied, "I can explain better" wow. So disrespectful. If you are ok with going over existing floors and dealing with this behavior, have at it, but I definitely can recommend a much better choice. The company I chose was pleasant to work with, cost effective, and flawless from beginning to end. Doing it the right way, by pulling up the floors is the way to go.
