Foothill in the evening is the vibe. There's enough siting options available inside or outside. You may make reservations or walks in's. Parking is a bit tough if you're looking for street parking but you can do vallet parking for $5 dollars on the side by the alleyway. My favorite dish so far has to be the steak frites. The caramelized onions with the garlic frites always hits the spot. For someone who isn't a fan of garlic I wouldn't recommend. Today I tried the Coffee-Braised Short Rib and it was good. The short rib was tender and all the components of this dish really complimented each other. We also got the cesar salad since I really enjoyed that last time. To my surprise this time some of the romaine lettuce was a bit black. I just cut some of the pieces off and still ate the rest.
Good place to grab brunch with friends or family. The atmosphere is nice inside with cozy seating and staff was friendly. I ordered the short rib hash and brioche french toast. Others ordered the buttermilk pancakes, burrito, and chorizo chilaquiles. We all agreed the dishes were solid and good portion size. They have a small lot so parking is limited.
A very moody restaurant, dimly lit with a more inviting outdoor space. We were able to catch the tail end of happy hour, which ends at 6pm. Some classic cocktails, really nicely done. A small selection of craft beers. The truffle fries were delicious, crisp, flavorful. Wasn't the biggest fan of the spicy artichoke dip. The melted cheese on top ended up just being a hardened slab of cheese that didn't mix with the artichoke, so a little tough to share. I ordered the beef stroganoff, which was recommended by our server. It was solid, the meat was very tender. The pasta came out a bit more al dente than I would have preferred, actually a bit undercooked. Service was very attentive and pleasant. Luis was great! There isn't a designated parking lot, so will have to look for street parking, which wasn't too bad on a random weekday night.
We came here with a reservation for a group of ten, and everything was already set up for us when we arrived. Service was very good, and I loved the ambiance of this restaurant. In terms of the food, it ranged from just okay to pretty good. I had a few people in my party say that some dishes were just alright, but I personally enjoyed the ones I tried. Here are my thoughts: Fried Chicken Sandwich - I had a few bites of this and thought it was good. We got it with onion rings, and they were super crispy and fresh. The chicken sandwich itself was a bit sour, probably from the buffalo sauce, but the chicken was cooked well. Overall, it was pretty good. (4/5) Short Rib Hash - I personally enjoyed this dish a lot. The meat was really tender with a sauce that wasn't overpowering. It's pretty much just beef, potatoes, and eggs. Quite simple, but quite good. (5/5) Overall, it's not a spot I would run back to, but if someone were to ask me to come here, I would be okay with it. Note - They had a 3% kitchen surcharge as well as 20% auto gratuity for big parties so expect that. For some reason tax calculations was after these charges as well so everything is a bit elevated which is a bummer. Parking - Not so great, but we parked on a nearby residential street and walked, which wasn't too bad.
RESERVATION IS A MUST for the Boozy Brunch! Well, if you don't want to wait 30+ minutes, that is. Hahaha! We ended up sitting at the bar. The service was pretty good from the bar staff. They checked on us several times during our meal to make sure everything was okay. We ordered the Crab Cake Benedict and the Short Rib Hash along with their coffee. The food came out very quick... It seems the food was prepared in advance and just plated when ordered. The Crab Cake Benedict looked very good. The presentation was flawless. We dug into the poached egg on top of the crab cake. The yolk didn't run as much as we thought and hoped. However, it was good. The Crab Cake was barely warm and didn't have a crispy outside. It really didn't have much flavor at all either. It was quite disappointing. The sauce they used was quite bland and the English muffin that held the crab cakes and the poached egg on top was very chewy and didn't feel freshly toasted. I had expected so much more from this place. We asked for potatoes to be well done and crispy. They did cook it very well but it wasn't crispy at all and it was very salty. I guess the crop cake Benedict and the potatoes kind of balanced each other out, but that shouldn't be the way a dish is prepared. Both items should be tasty in itself. The short rib hash was presented quite well. The poached egg was a bit overdone as well. The short rib meats actually felt like they were actually lean meats on briskets. Flavor was good and the meat was tender. But I expected short ribs and got briskets. The sauce was good with the briskets. The potatoes... I actually expected hash browns but it was breakfast potatoes which was mixed into the sauce and was soggy. Potatoes were very salty and made the sauce salty as well. Overall, this dish was too salty for my taste. It looks like salt is the chef's favorite seasoning and they are very generous with it. We didn't make any comments about the food being too salty as we didn't want the food to go to waste. The bar staff did a good job refilling our coffee and checking to make sure our food was good. I probably won't come back because the food appears to be too salty overall for my taste. The atmosphere seems nice and they had many reserved large parties that were getting together for the Sunday brunch. Once again, make sure you make reservations!
Overall, the food was pretty mid, but there were definitely a few things I enjoyed. The fries were delicious, and the quesadillas tasted good, although they were super oily. The sliders were unfortunately pretty dry. For dessert, the peach cobbler and apple pie didn't really taste like what I expected them to, but the fruit itself was good and I enjoyed it with the ice cream. That being said, I do think it's still worth checking out during happy hour because the prices make it easier to try a few different things. There are just certain items I probably wouldn't order again. The restaurant itself is super cute and has a really nice atmosphere! Parking is limited though -- you might get lucky and find a spot in the back, otherwise you'll probably have to park in the surrounding residential area.the service was good out waitress was sweet
Foothill restaurant is located in east Pasadena, very close to the 210 freeway and San Gabriel Blvd. We visited mid-afternoon and were able to park right in front on Foothill Blvd, but I believe they have a small parking lot behind the restaurant off Wenger Alley. Seating options include the main dining room, at the bar or in the bar-half of the interior, or at a table on their spacious outdoor patio, which has plenty of covering, umbrellas, and heat lamps for colder weather. You can make a reservation on OpenTable. We sat in the main dining room. The interior has a cozy feel and good vibe, with music playing in the background at a medium level. We happened to visit on Sunday which is Greek Night. In addition to the main food and drink menu, there is an additional food and cocktail menu with Greek inspired items. We decided to share the Kleo-tini (gin, basil, Kleos mastiha, olive bitters, $14) with a Greek spirit you will probably rarely see. It was a healthy pour in what seemed like a slightly oversized martini glass. It was very good, and definitely had a unique botanical/herbal flavor unlike any I've tasted before. We started out with the zucchini chips ($16) from the Greek menu. They were thin-cut, had a light breading brading on them, with a sprinkle of I believe oregano on top. It was a good portion, and we enjoyed the zatziki sauce for dipping. For my entrée, I had the lemon herb grilled chicken (marinated organic Mary's chicken, julienne vegetables, roasted potatoes, lemon beurre blanc, $30). It was a surprisingly large piece of chicken with a nice crisp on the skin, and was smothered in that great lemon butter sauce. The chicken was nice and moist. The veggies were good, and I only had a few of the potatoes because I was stuffed. She had the grilled Scottish salmon (wild caught salmon, dill mustard buerre blanc, sautéed spinach, whipped potatoes, $36). It came with a good sized piece of fish with lots of butter sauce on top. The spinach and potatoes were also good, and she enjoyed the entrée. Our server Carolyn was friendly and provided good service. We enjoyed everything here, and the menu has a wide variety of items. They have even more offerings on Greek Sunday. We would definitely return when in the area.
So my hubby and I went for breakfast and sat at the bar. He had a Bloody Mary that he liked but thought it was a bit too spicy. I had a Michelada that was just ok. Later he ordered a bottle of an Espresso Stout from Japan that he really liked. And I got a yummy Aperol Spritz.OK. We split a Caesar Salad which was our favorite thing! The dressing is sooooo good. He ate the Short Rib Hash and he really liked it. I thought it was too rich to eat the entire plate. It was more like a stew with huge chunks of short ribs, big pieces of potato all in a rich sauce with an egg on top. I got the standard egg breakfast and it was fine. The atmosphere is really nice. The service was just ok. Bathroom was clean.
We arrived for an early lunch and they still had both the breakfast and lunch menus available, which was perfect! The aesthetics were really nice, and the ambiance was relaxed. No music playing in the background. They have TVs set up at the bar and out on the patio. Speaking of the patio--it's beautiful and a great spot to enjoy your meal outdoors, but we opted for the cool AC indoors. Our food came out in good timing while I happily sipped on my Bloody Mary. The food was good, the atmosphere was comfortable, and overall, it's a nice cool spot for lunch. Definitely a pleasant little lunch stop!
foothill has been on my list and I made a reservation for my friends' birthdays. I would have loved to sit inside but I had my puppy with me, so we sat at the patio area. We came on a Wednesday and it was happy hour all day! Our server was attentive. Always checking in on us periodically. I had so much fun with my friends I didn't get to take photos of all the food we had. From memory we ordered: fish and chips vegetarian tacos garlic truffle fries portobello fries charcuterie platter wings ceviche devil eggs angel hair pomodoro (no photo) My favorite dish was the portobello fries. I think we ordered another one after finishing the first plate. Love that this restaurant is kid friendly and pet friendly. Unfortunately, parking was difficult to find. I parked on the street and walked over.
This is one of those spots where you don't want something too fancy or too fast food ish. There's definitely something for everybody here whether it's steak, pasta, burgers, ceviche etc. I came here for my cousins graduation dinner and the servers were more than accommodating in helping us block out the sun when we sat outdoors! I'd definitely be back.
My brother in law called ahead of time and they let him know they do have a vegan option for me and that they'd work for me for anything else if needed. I'm vegan and I'm allergic to eggs, dairy, and seafood. They have a regular menu and a kids menu. I ordered the plant based burger but had to clarify because they didn't bother fixing the menu of the description that I was copy and pasted from the Wagyu burger on top of it. I told the server my allergies. For the plant based burger, I had to remove the brioche bun and cheese because they don't have any vegan buns or dairy free cheese. The server told me it's an impossible patty. Even though the buns and cheese had to be removed, he wanted told me I had to pay an additional $5 to add spinach on top of an already expensive $23 meal. I had to get the burger lettuce wrapped. He didn't work with me to replace what was taken out and wanted to charge me extra. While we were eating, the server was no where to be seen. We asked the bus boys to see if they could refill our water but we needed to ask more than 2 times. I'm not impressed at all with this spot. My meal came so sad and I was still very hungry afterward. It's something I can easily make at home. There's nothing special. This spot was not vegan friendly at all. Will not be coming back.
I came here on a Wednesday afternoon for lunch with my partner. Our server was extremely friendly and helpful when it came to guiding us through the menu, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to expectations. I ordered the fish and chips, and honestly, they were some of the worst I've had. The fish itself was not seasoned, and the beer batter was soggy and overwhelmingly tasted like beer--as if they were relying on it to provide all the flavor. Instead of enhancing the dish, it completely overpowered it. I also tried the Wagyu burger, and it seemed like the char on the patty was meant to be the main source of flavor. The fries were okay--nothing particularly memorable. I even tried eating the fish without the batter, hoping it would improve the taste, but it still fell flat. For the price, I expected much more in terms of flavor. Visually, the dishes looked great and were very appetizing, but the taste just didn't match. The restaurant itself is beautiful--the lighting is low, the ambiance is nice, and the music is pleasant. However, I came for the food, and for me, that's the most important part. I might consider coming back to try something else, but it won't be anytime soon.
My friend, who is a local, loves this place and said they have a great happy hour! I'm a sucker for a good happy hour! Foothill has a pretty decent happy hour, and if you go on a Wednesday, happy hour is all day long! The place was packed inside, and it was noisy too. They have a large patio area, so we were quickly seated outside. It was pretty hot, a mister might have helped a bit. They do a good job of keeping the shade off of everyone, though. I started out with the HH Old Fashioned. $11. Beautifully crafted with a large ice cube, a perfect orange wedge, and a Luxardo cherry, but way way too sweet. I think they must use syrup to sweeten it instead of a sugar cube. Big disappointment. My friend had the house red and the house white wine on the HH menu and enjoyed them both. For an appetizer, we had the deviled eggs in the HH menu. $10. Never thought of ordering deviled eggs for happy hour before, but there's a first time for everything, and these were pretty darn good. The bacon bits and the bits of blue cheese really make them pop, and they use a lot of mustard...just like my mom used to. Loved 'em! I had the Burger & Beer on the HH menu. $16. Pretty good deal! Perfectly cooked. It was OK, nothing life-changing, but it's good enough, especially for the price. It comes with the beer of the day. It was a lager that day and it was good. The burger only comes with a pickle wedge on the side, so be sure you know that. I was surprised it didn't have at least a couple of chips or fries with it...I'd gladly pay a couple of bucks more for a few fries or chips. My friend had the HH Shrimp Ceviche. $17. That's the winner! Wow, I had a bite and instantly regretted not ordering it. It's a super good deal, and it's beautifully done. Our server, Travis, was awesome. He really added to our enjoyable time at Foothill. They have valet parking in the back, but if you don't mind walking a block, you can easily find street parking on a side street on the opposite side of the street. Foothill is worth checking out. Lots of happy customers there and you'll probably be one of them, too! read more

Came here on a Sunday night for a work dinner (10 people). I think the vibes and spaciousness make it a great place for a large gathering. There is both indoor and outdoor staffing. I thought service was good, no complaints. The waitress was helpful and gave us some good recommendations. I would say the food was average and did not stand out, so I probably wouldn't come back on my own accord. We tried the following appetizers: shrimp ceviche, red beet hummus, portobello fries, and crispy calamari (I wasn't able to take pictures of all the dishes, sorry). Of these, the red beet hummus was really good and the favorite of the table. The shrimp ceviche was very meh in my opinion. The calamari was more rubbery in texture in it was crispy. As an entree, I ordered the beef stroganoff. The portion size was very generous and there was a good amount of protein. Flavorwise, I don't think it really stood out. It was also a little too salty for me, as well as my other coworkers who ordered the same entree. read more
This was the perfect restaurant for my boyfriend's birthday luncheon. His daughter and her dog accompanied us and were welcomed on the very pretty patio, with very nice seating. They had a great menu with so many choices that were perfect for lunch. I opted for the Cobb Salad, which came with delicious ranch dressing. His daughter had the seared Ahi tuna salad, which is their version of a Chinese chicken salad, but elevated by the beautiful tuna. And my boyfriend had the very best fish and chips I have ever tasted, including in London. The taste of their special batter still lingers in my mind. And, they had a phenomenal, huge, complimentary, hot fudge sundae with a giant sparkler for the birthday boy at the end. Our waiter Travis seemed to anticipate everything we needed before we asked for it. He could not have been more perfect. We will definitely be returning soon because this was a perfect lunch and perfect celebration. read more

The food was delicious I ordered a fried chicken and waffle and both were very tasty. We were sat outside and it was not too busy for a Saturday lots of empty tables. They have lots of shade for you if the sun bothers which was nice they had to move some umbrellas around for our table. Great spot that can accommodate big groups. read more

One of my favorite spots in Pasadena for some great drinks and food. Great vibe with an outdoor patio. The beef stroganoff was amazing. The fried portobello mushrooms were very unique and tasty. I would however pass on the fish and chips. It was good but it didn't stand out. read more
Fantastic brunch spot in a nice demure setting. The have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and it gets very busy on weekends. The food was fantastic and perfect for brunch. Absolutely not. All of my meals, up until this place were amazing. Don't waste your time or money, just go somewhere else. It was Mother's Day weekend and maybe that's why my food was cold, but, they weren't that busy. There was nothing on the menu that I wanted so I settled for settled for French toast, it was awful. I sent it back and just ate my fries. Go to "the serving spoon" that food is amazing. This isn't worthy that time or money. The service was great, the food... not so much b. I also had the capri sun which was really tasty, but I was still hungry. read more
Lovely spot in Pasadena with a pretty outdoor patio and cozy indoor seating. A solid choice for a dinner date or girls night (have yet to try brunch). We were seated right away on a Tuesday night for two and there is a small parking lot in the back. We ordered the lemon chicken, grilled salmon, calamari, and ceviche. Everything was delicious, the wait for food was not long, and our server was very friendly. Good service overall. The hostess wasn't that friendly but our waiter was very informative and attentive. We went to try the burger for Pasadena Burger Week. The burger was amazing! It's called their El Greco burger. We also got the birria quesadilla which was really good. read more
Foothill has been on my list forever, and I'm so glad I finally made it in -- what an experience! From the moment we sat down, the service was top-tier. Our server, Bryan, was absolutely amazing: attentive, friendly, and genuinely made the whole meal feel special. We started with the Portobello fries, and WOW -- crispy, flavorful, and instantly a new favorite. The hot wings had the perfect amount of heat, and the spicy artichoke dip was creamy, bold, and completely addictive. For the kids, we ordered the steak frites, and even they couldn't stop talking about how good it was. And the artichoke? So fresh and so tasty -- definitely a standout. Everything was so good that I literally forgot to take pictures... only remembered when dessert arrived That's when you know the food is on another level! From start to finish, every dish was flavorful and well-executed. For my first visit, I was seriously impressed, and I'm already planning my next trip back. Foothill just earned a spot on my Pasadena favorites list. read more

Came in after graduation with a large party and Abigail was really accommodating and provided great service! Inside is nicely lit with natural lighting, but you may have to raise your voice slightly to hear each other. The food delicious and reasonably priced, and I really enjoyed the french toast! read more
What was supposed to be a relaxing experience, well it was not! I was my own waiter at the foothill! The food was great, the husb and I got the standard breakfast. The hash browns were out of this world! The hash browns were tasty, although I ate them kinda cold, as I was waiting for our waiter to bring the pepper shaker. The toast was great, went well with my cafecito. The husb enjoyed his Bloody Mary. We ate the hash browns and scrambled eggs cold! We asked our waiter for pepper and hot sauce. He never brought them to us, I had to get them from another table! Me, me, me, again, I'm not a waiter! We did not see our waiter for over 20 minutes! He was nice and courteous. I get it, he probably got overwhelmed, but we just wanted simple condiments! He did apologize for the mishap. Well, we sat outside, nice day for outdoor seating. We will try to give the foothill a chance again. Also, to note, only two restrooms for the whole restaurant, just two! That created long waits. But they were clean. Great food, great ambience, but service needs to improve. read more
I really enjoyed the BLTA sandwich and Cobb Salad. French Toast was too sweet and crab cakes were soggy. I asked for the hollandaise on the side but I came on top which was a disappointment. Service was great and we were appreciative of the refills. It was a very hot day on the patio. Our pup enjoyed it but definitely too hot without the umbrellas. read more

Patio environment was super chill, service was very good although I think they spread their staff a little too thin. Seemed like putting two servers to handle the full patio was a stretch. We had to wait a bit for our server to make her rounds a couple times. Food was all excellent! Will definitely return. read more

Met some friends for Sunday brunch. Were going to sit outside but it was a rainy day! Inside was nice. Lots of small groups. There were 4 of us and we had a nice tall table in the corner. Our server was very nice and friendly, and gave us time t9 catch up with drinks before we placed our order. The food was delicious. My husband had the short rib hash which he loved and has been talking about since. He said next time he will ask for the eggs over easy or poached, so more yolk can run into the dish. I had the chicken chilaquiles with green sauce, and they were amazing. Loved them so much! My friend had the eggs Benedict and her husband had the breakfast plate and they both seemed pleased with their choices. Planning on coming back soon! read more

Perfect dinner date on a Sunday night! We were seated quickly and it wasn't too busy. Abigail is a wonderful server and we had great conversations Food was absolutely delicious! Spicy spinach artichoke dip 5/5 - a little spicy kick to the classic! I don't usually like spicy foods but this was a good level of spice Coffee-braised short rib 5/5 - meat was tender and falls right off; mashed potatoes were soooo yummy and smooth; green beans were tasty ! Mango sticky rice cocktail 3/5 - it was good but tasted just like a mango margarita; expected more mango sticky rice flavor My husband also got the 626 manhattan (3/5) and the beef stroganoff (4/5). read more
My partner and I have come here a few times. I don't know if the January fires affected the crowd but it was pretty empty when we arrived at 9:30am. We were seated right away on the patio. Our server was very friendly and attentive and our food came out in a timely manner. The Chilaquiles had a good kick of flavor and had some spice to it. My partner wanted good ol' eggs and potatoes. He was a little disappointed in the small amount of hash browns so he was still a little hungry. Overall we like the location so we will keep coming. There's a small parking lot in the back but there's neighborhoods you can park in that my only add a few minutes to your walk. read more

This is hidden gem on Foothill boulevard. I have been here a few times. This evening, we came to try their happy hour. There is a good selection on happy hour small bites and plenty of drinks to choose from. I ordered the fried fish taco and short ribs taco. My boyfriend had the fried shrimp taco and the Mediterranean shrimp. I had a glass of red. While eating for our food, we admired the decor of the restaurant. It has a casual vibe and I love the dark wood with grey and complimented well with the brick facade. The server was very attentive. Even though she knew we were here for happy hour, she was nice to share with us the dinner special. The food came out promptly. One thing I'd really like was the food temperature. It arrived hot and fresh. We were almost done and saw the owner who came out and said hello to us and made sure everything was good for us. I love this place. I will come back for more. read more
Foothill is a neighborhood restaurant in east Pasadena. We sat at their outdoor patio since I had my fur babies in tow. The waitress was friendly and I appreciated the attention she gave to my dogs, who came out from under the table to say hi :) The restaurant was still on their brunch menu when we arrived at 1pm on a Saturday. I ordered the garden wrap, one of the few non-breakfast type items listed on the menu (I was not in the mood for breakfast or eggs). To be honest, I wasn't expecting much, but the wrap was surprisingly up to par. It was a warm wrap with a housemade beet hummus, avocado, bell peppers, onion, and arugula. The wrap was satisfactory, though pricy for what it was ($18). ****************** My Ratings: 1 Star: Terrible; just thinking about it makes me angry. 2 Stars: Wasn't a fan so Not likely to return. 3 Stars: Meh. Food and service were top tier! Overall it was a 4/5. The food is great, it is not stellar for Pasadena, even at the reasonable price point. Ambiance and service are awesome though! Appetizer : The artichoke dip was amazing! The flavor was deep and the dip was thick! They could use more chips with the dip, but I didn't necessarily mind it since the dip was so good I could eat it alone. 5/5! Drink : The 626 Manhattan was a pretty standard Manhattan, so nothing special there. Pretty strong though, so that's a plus. Solid 3/5. Entree : The Beef Stroganoff was great! Definitely better than any other stroganoff I've tried before. The short rib tied it together nicely. However, it didn't necessarily amaze so I give it a 4/5. Service and Ambiance : The ambiance was very pleasant! The decor, lighting, and vibe made it feel modern but classic. I loved the look of the bar. Service was top tier! Our server was attentive, engaging, and just the right amount of friendly. 5/5! read more

Going to split this review into 2: Breakfast/Brunch: - Great experience since the food options are diverse and generously portioned and wait staff is very attentive and personable. Great way to spend your mornings on the outdoor patio. Weekends are a bit crowded but, the outdoor patio seating area is perfect for family gatherings and/or bringing your fur baby (yes, this restaurant is pet friendly and the wait staff love the fur babies). Dinner: - Evenings are a bit "bland" in comparison. My main complain is that the front desk people are not as welcoming and give the impression that the hostess would rather not be working / interacting with guests. It gives a bad impression especially if, as a repeat patron, I wanted to bring anyone to the restaurant. - waitstaff remains to be attentive and personable. I would definitely buy the 2 waitresses that came over to say hi to my partner and I + our fur baby a couple of drinks. - I recommend sticking to the appetizers for dinner. The Steak Frites was a bit too salty and had more fatty bits than I would have preferred (the fries are bomb tho). Wings and veggies are a hit! The charcuterie felt it was missing something but, it was a cute snack to enjoy with some wine. Overall, I would recommend visiting this restaurant for breakfast/brunch and sitting outside with some friends/family (and if you have a fur baby). read more

Where do all the locals go? And the visitors? Well, they go to Foothill who is open from early in the morning to dessert time in the evening. The menu was clear, short and to the point. The food was prepared as described and above par. The service (I sat at the bar) was good. I tried their Chorizo Chilaquilles which was absolutely delightful. I had them scramble my eggs however, an afterthought told me to try it again next time and get my eggs poached instead. Their Mimosa carafes were priced right. And the amount is perfect for 4 people to have a couple eye openers in the morning or for 1 person = whatever you decided to do. They are a sportsbar and american diner type location. So expect noise. So expect sports talk. They have a separate private room if you are interested in group events and they do have an outdoor patio dining area. Parking in the rear of the building. I expect they will run out of parking during their busier times. I did look at my bill minutes ago and sure enough! There I say the kitchen fee. I am not sure if it was mentioned on the menu proper (it should have been, or I think you could argue it) but since I didn't have a "large" group I can't speak to the automatic gratuity of 20% and if you weren't told in advance, I think it's an arguable point as well. First time at this place. Celebrated our company holiday get together here. Travis our waiter was super awesome. Took care of our 15 people group with the most exceptional service all around! My wagyu burger medium-rare was cooked to perfection and the side of onion rings were solid as well. The standout star at our table was definitely the portabello mushroom appetizer. Big thick slices deep fried and topped with garlic parmesan cheese and other house seasonings paired with a side of mayo based creamy yet a bit tangy side sauce. DEE-Licious and would highly recommend. Great spot with a large outdoor patio area that can accomodate large groups. The only negative is the parking here is very limited and during prime time lunch and dinner times is nearly impossible to park in their 10 spot lot. Is there parking?
There is a very small parking lot through the back alley and there is street parking. Can be pretty hard to find parking near by the business on a busy day.
Is it ok to bring a cake?
Yes! However we do charge a dessert fee of $2.50 per guest for any outside desserts.
Is there music during Sunday brunch?
Just over the speakers, not live (as of about a month ago)
Can you order off the regular menu during brunch?
We were told "no" when we asked about a month ago.
Can they accommodate a large group? Maybe about 30 people?
Overall, yes. Inside seating is a maybe but their outside patio is spacious and seemingly flexible.
Is there a weekday brunch menu?
We serve brunch on the weekends, Sat & Sun. Our lunch menu is available during the day from 11am - 3pm!
Do you guys have bottomless mimosas?
In my experience the answer is no. But they sell their mimosas by the glass or carafe.

Yes. Same owner(s), but they changed the name from Twohey's Tavern because people kept coming in looking for the same type establishment as the original Twoheys. The Foothill is more upscale.

We have some parking in the lot, and there is street parking.

I went in as a party of four on a Sunday about 9 o; clock. It was not crowded at all at that time...
Do they offer bottomless mimosa brunch?
We offer carafes of mimosas at brunch. Thank you.
If we do take out, can we also order cocktails to-go?
I am not sure about takeout cocktails. We have ordered take out from them several times and everything was very good but we did not order cocktails. You might call them and ask.
