HIGHLY RECOMMEND Foleys AC. Mark was super nice, informative and the installers, estimator were all so professional. Best prices in the valley as they usually get work by word of mouth. Thats how I found them. 2 of my neighbors highly recommended them and they were right!! Call them before going anywhere else!! read more

Provided same day service on our unit that was not heating. Repaired the unit and charged a very fair and reasonable rate. I will use Foley's when service or replacement is needed in the future. read more

Unbelievable customer service. Their process on replacing the entire HVAC system was easy and reasonable. The whole process took about 2 weeks to set up and it took less that 3 hours to completely replace the outside and inside system. Trane unit is excellent and very energy saving. Thank you again for you customer service and communication! read more

These guys were great. Starting with Jake who came out to write a proposal. He explained everything about the units and what would be replaced and why they install Trane A/C in Arizona. The 3 installers worked very well and efficiently together and kept working till the job was done. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure we knew how it all worked. We had a couple small problems a day or two later and Alex and John came out right away to solve the problem and get it repaired. It's been 2 weeks since the install and we couldn't be happier. Thanks Jake, Mark, John, Alex, Landon, Garret and Brian. read more

Very professional and reasonably priced. We own a few rental properties and have used other AC companies in the past. I really appreciate this company and will use them again! I feel they were honest and did a excellent job. (We had a new heat pump and air handler installed). read more

They came out and installed two AC units today. They are not only professional but also their service is amazing. I wouldn't consider going with other company when it comes to installing the units. Their price was very competitive also. I would highly recommend Foley's! They are the best company that I have worked with. read more

Service was quick, honest, and kind! Have already recommended them to friends! Thanks for fixing our unit and keeping us cool

Thanks to Leo at Foley's for a quick repair! My AC stopped blowing cold last night at 10pm, of course. Called Foley's and left a message. Git a call back first thing the next morning and,was told a technician would be out between 9 and 11am. Doorbell rang at about 9:20. Leo quickly had problem diagnosed and blowing cold air in less than 10 minutes. I had him install a start-up kit too. Very friendly, fast and efficient service. NO upselling or contracts! Will use again! Thanks Foleys. read more

Over the years I have followed companies that always get great reviews - I had never used Foley's but I always noticed their reviews - so last Fall when I needed my two systems replaced I decided to have them give me a bid - best decision ever!! Their bid came in the lowest so I decided to go with them even though I had never used them in the past - three guys showed up at 8:30 and they were done by 2:30 - they worked non-stop - they even filled out the paperwork for the SRP rebates - if you don't give Foley's a chance to replace your system you're both losing money!! read more

Another local AC company did the install of what we were told was a top of the line Trane triple zone system on my brand new house. The system was horrible and we complained to the builder from day 1. After 2 years and over 16 visits to my home, the "other" company told me there was nothing more they could do. I had Foley's come out and review the system. They were confident that they could fix our issues and make our home comfortable (the way it should have been from the beginning). They were right!! Foley's knows what they are doing. If you are looking for a GREAT company....stop looking. Foley's is the one for you. read more

Foley's Cooling & Heating - Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC Near Me

These folks did an excellent job removing my old AC/Furnace system and replacing with 2 new Energy Efficient Trane systems. They were fast , efficient, and completed the job in roughly 6 hours. I am now experiencing a great savings in energy cost (due to the Tranes) and they run soo quietly. Highly recommend Mark and his install crew. read more

Had Foleys out for estimate to replace 2 central air units, and furnace, was going to get 3 estimates, after Foley came out canceled other estimates, they were terrific from the start to the finish, prompt, professional ,never tried to sell me ups and extras, just a great experience from the engineer to the installers, to the owner Mark, great price, great service from start to finish, highly recommend. read more

Leo from Foley's heating and cooling just came out and fixed our Ac for 70$ when another company wanted to charge us for a full replacement. He said the part is still under warranty if it should break and they would be able to do the work. Shout out to this amazing company saving us thousands of dollars in such a hard time! Wish we called them in the first place. read more

Purchased two brand new air conditioning units in the heat of the summer. The prices were great! They gave me a discount for paying cash. They came out right away, explained everything clearly and fixed our problems without a hitch. This was after we had another company out who left Freon leaking into our attic and left us with sick headaches. We really appreciate Foleys and will call them back for any heating/cooling needs! read more

I had Mark setup a visit to get a quote to replace my aging and failed unit. Leo visited and provided a very fair price. Sadly, I could not swing the price due to recent medical bills. Leo wanted to check my unit when he was there, but I did not want to throw good money after bad. I decided to sweat it out for a while. That lasted a couple weeks, and I had Leo out for a repair visit. It took him no time to find the issue, fix it and get my house cooling. Awesome pricing and awesome service. Highly recommended for repairs or replacement. read more

I have been through 4 different AC companies for my house and 3 for my business. Foley's is the one to trust. They are 100% honest, truly care about you and your family/business, extremely responsive and prompt. They know their limitations. They will try inexpensive options before gouging you into something you may not need, and to top it off, will credit their work towards future work if their fix didn't work. Leo tried 2 times to do a sealant before moving onto replacing coils. The sealants didn't take but he didn't charge me the second sealant and on top of that, credited me with the charge when I had to get the coils replaced (coils were just too bad and the sealant wouldn't take). When the guys installing it came across a problem they knew they couldn't solve, they got a hold of someone that could come out and do the final fix. It was all done quickly and well communicated to us. I also use Foley's for my business. I always receive an immediate response and their technicians are thorough. I would not recommend anyone else in the east valley for your a/c needs. It is so nice to FINALLY find an HONEST company! Thank you Leo, Mark and everyone else at Foley's - you care enough about your business to provide excellent customer service and not just because you have to, because you really do care! read more

This company got us a new AC unit and on the schedule within days. Jake was honest and quote was very reasonable. His team was fast and efficient with the install. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend! read more

Been fighting replacing my ac's the last few years where this year would have been 20 years for the units. I always get 3 random quotes for a job and base it off of the customer service above anything. Hands down from Mark to Jake to Garrett.... everything ran smoothly for the install and communication. I would recommend them to anyone that is not only looking for a fair deal on units, but the confidence that the investment will not require immediate attention going into unpredictable summer months. Happy I finally did it but looking back I should have done it years ago. Thanks again guys. Jeff J read more

My AC wasn't working correctly. Called Leo Friday 5 PM and he came out next morning, Saturday! and added refrigerant. Said he would call & followup later in day to ensure it took care of problem & he actually did. Unfortunately AC still wasn't working correctly. Came back SUNDAY morning (n/c) and was able to make a quick repair and now it is working great. Called again late afternoon to ensure AC still working well. Quick response times even with the 115 degree temps this weekend. Knowledgeable, thorough, good problem solving skills, efficient, pleasant, patient, listens well, outstanding follow up, reasonable pricing as well. A RARE find these days. Showed up with mask on too! Thankful I have quality and dependable AC company to call upon, especially with living in the desert. read more

Foleys is great! I had them replace both my HVAC units in my house last year. Very reasonable price and the installation team was friendly and efficient. Today my down stairs unit stopped blowing cold air. I called Mark at around 7AM and he called me back around 8AM. Someone was here by noon and the issue was fixed in under 5 minutes. Blown fuse was replaced. You do have to call and leave Mark a message on his phone sometimes but he always has gotten back to me and helped with whatever issue I needed. I HIGHLY recommend these guys =) read more

It's too bad they have only 2 reviews so far because they are by far the best service provider I have ever experienced. Mark & his team are absolutely stellar - responsive, honest, timely, skilled, professional & have great communication skills. They evaluated my AC issue, gave an honest second opinion, provided options, were prompt, and went beyond my expectations with communication. They provided me nothing but exceptional customer service from the beginning to the end. I imagine I will be recommending them to any of my friends in the area... it's not often that you find reliable & trustworthy service providers especially when you're in a bind after your home warranty company screwed you. They have my highest recommendation. read more

Great experience from beginning to end. What began as a routine service call, or so I thought, turned into a full blown system replacement. The initial quote, pre-install measure, scheduling and installation were all handled by true professionals. Nobody likes having to replace their HVAC system, but if you need to....do yourself a favor and call Foley's. read more

Foley's just installed two Trane HVAC systems. I give them the highest recommendation. From the Jake who came out and did the estimate to the installers ...all great! I was getting 5 estimates, Foley's was number 4. I cancelled the last estimate because there was no doubt Foley was the most honest, trustworthy, fairly priced and best labor warranty of any of the others. Never felt like I was being taken advantage of with hidden costs and unnecessary work. They had great communication, were on time and did everything and more than promised. Look no further, Foley's is the only company you need for your A/C needs. read more

Best AC company I've worked with out of many over the years with my homes. Honest, affordable. The owner is awesome! They don't try to sell you upgrades you don't need. Although we haven't had to replace units yet, several friends have and they have been substantially less than others. read more

Just had two Trane AC units installed by Foley's and I am honestly shocked at how well everything went. The quote process was painless and the price was very competitive. Everyone was on-time, personable and professional. They thought they would have everything installed by 130pm which seemed impossible. To my surprise they finished right on time and to untrained eye the work looks immaculate. Additionally, they discovered the builder had installed a duct leading from the return that was to small and they put in a bigger one at no additional expense. I was dreading buying new AC units but things could not have gone better. They even took the time to say hello and play with my dog. Hopefully when summer rolls around everything will continue to work great. If not I am confident they guys will resolve any issues that might come up. Thanks to all the guys who quotes, measured and installed. It was a pleasure working with you. read more

My AC stopped, 109 outside the day before. I called at 8 am, Mark said between 10 and noon. Leo showed up at 1020, check up, repair and verification and back on the road at 1040. Great price and I'm very happy. Leo was out a year ago as the fan motor went out. Same fast, friendly, efficient, effective and great price service. They are GREAT! read more

Called Mark at 11am and he had John here by 1:30. Short time later we are up and running! We will be needing new units soon. I would not use anyone other than Foley's! They are honest and reliable! read more

These folks were highly professional and did a great job replacing my AC units. I recommend them to anyone.

My management company for my rental called them and they came out and billed me for a trip charge diagnosis and also an hour of labor which basically they spent chatting with my tenant ,blowing out some dust and changing some batteries in the thermostat I called them to complain and ask what they actually did To warrant the cost Was advised that someone would call me back and they did not so I had them removed from my call list from the management company read more

Jake at Foley's was top notch, explained everything in simple terms and was very professional. He had everything set up from purchase to install and all the technicians were polite and very professional from top to bottom with the service and install that everyone at Foley's provided. My wife and I would recommend Foley's to anyone without hesitation. Thank you to everyone at Foley's. Sean & Leah. read more

A/C needed service. We called this company out to take a look for our routine yearly service. They are a 1 for sure. Service tech comes out and does the inspection on both of our units. We just replaced one unit about two years ago and the other one is original. 15 years old. It takes the older Freon, which he stated they no longer carry because they stopped making it (R22). The service tech also stated it has a leak and we needed about 4 lbs of Freon which cost about $200 per lb. They stopped making new R22 Freon but still have it on the market. They suggested we replace the unit with a brand new one. So I made a call to a friend that is a contractor. Asked who he uses for service/new units and gave me the name and number of the company he uses. Came out to our house, did another service on the older unit, found no leak, only 1 lb low of the R22 Freon, topped it of and said we are good to go. Stated we do not need to replace the unit. read more

Everyone that we encountered with the company were professional and very proud of their work and company. We had a new ac installed within a week at a very good price, lowest bid out of 5. Highly recommend this company and will use them exclusively in the future. read more

Foleys Cooling &Heating is one of the companies that I must give a review. This is an awesome company with a great owner Mark, and my service person is Tony. I've had them for several years, at 2 different homes. I have never had a such a thorough AC and heating inspection with any other company! They do not charge you for things you don't need, they are very reasonable in their prices, and quick to respond during a AC failure. If you're looking for AC maintenance this is the company you need! read more

Great Service, knowledgeable, Friendly and fair priced. Serviced my A/C units in the middle of the summer and were great.

Best HVAC company to deal with. Once again Mark came through! Problem started in the afternoon on Tuesday and was handled by 9am Wednesday. My first experience with Foley's was two years ago. Our upstairs unit was leaking into the adjacent closet. They came out and blew out the line which worked and only cost me the $69 service fee. Fast forward to today...my downstairs unit is shot and needs to be replaced (units are 17 years old). I have out of town guests coming in 5 days. They made sure to have this installed prior to my guests arriving. I had another quote from last year and Foley's was about $2k cheaper. read more
