Great prices and fair. I recommend to everyone and I have never had anyone not accept their bid.

Connor and Sebastian installed my new Trane air conditioner so smoothly. I hardly knew they were here. Very professional and efficient. They also gave me a new thermostat. I don't have to use a flash light to read the screen any more!! Mark completed all the SRP rebate material so all I had to do was sign and mail !! Jake had explained all the warranty benefits. John arrived on time to do pre measuring. All in all, doing the happy dance!! read more

When our a/c stopped working, Foley's was there first thing to check it out. We ended up needing a new unit and they installed it the next day. They had been recommended to us by several people and it's obvious why. They are very responsive, reasonable and professional. I highly recommend them and will use them again. read more

We've been using Foley's for 15 years and we always get prompt and affordable service. Our 17yr old original unit was making a loud grinding sound and I checked to see if there was any obvious obstruction and didn't see any issue. I also noticed the front of the house that this unit services was about 10 degrees warmer and more humid. We called Foley's (who replaced our previous unit for a below market medium price) and scheduled a service call the next day. They arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue as a dead capacitor. They had a new one on the truck and 10min later our unit was up and running again. They also confirmed the condition of the unit looked good, especially for its age. Like before their charge was reasonable (about 50% markup on the capacitor and limited labor charge). We've heard a lot of bad experiences from other A/C service companies so we are happy for the continued positive experiences with Foley's! read more

Beware!!!!! Did a horrible job! Highest quote for new system over every other company $13-15k for 3 ton unit. Other company came and had to fix what they did. They told me the put 4 lbs of Freon in until. While talking with honest company I told them that the canister he was using wasn't the same one the other company used. He showed a couple of different canisters until I said that's the one the guy used. Honest guy said that makes sense to what they found. Also was told by Foleys that I did have a leak but he couldn't find it. Honest company found it in 2 mins and even provided pictures and video!!! read more

Foley's Cooling & Heating - Notes from honest company! - Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC Near Me

Just replaced the second unit this year. Just like last year when I replaced the first unit, very responsive, customer focused, good pricing and prompt service. This system did have an issue that required a follow on but Leo came out and fixed it quickly on a very hot day. I don't like to deal with AC issues but when I had to do it in 2024 and 2025, Foley's made it a good overall experience. Highly recommended, not like a used car salesman experience I've had elsewhere. read more

I called Foley's after receiving a ridiculous quote from another company for a warranty repair on our AC. They came out promptly and gave a similar diagnosis but much different quote. They have been on my radar after seeing so many positive reviews online from long term happy customers. The reason they were not my first call is because I thought I had to go through the original company who installed the unit. After receiving honest communication and a reasonable remedy, Foley's earned my first call going forward. Thank you! read more

We've been using Foleys for a few years now on our units. After 20 year old units the time came for new ones. Everything went great from start to finish. Respectful, clean, and well priced. We couldn't be happier with our 2 new AC units. Will always recommend this company. read more

This is the second time we have used Foley's AC. I called this morning at 7 AM and someone was here by 9:15 to help with our AC being out, all is fixed and temp is going down! Thank you Jake, Mark, and Ian! read more

I needed an annual AC check but my husband having passed away 6 months prior didn't leave evidence of who we used prior. I asked my next door neighbor who Highly recommended Foleys. Gave them a call and they came out the following week. Everything was A-OK and I was happy with the price as well. Great job Foleys! read more

Amazing service and team! Replaced our A/C Unit as soon as our other unit died. Thanks to Mark and his staff.

Our 4 year old Trane unit stopped cooling. Leo was out the next day and spotted the leak straight away as he walked up to the unit. Within 40mins we were back up and running. Leak fixed, house cold. Thanks again for the quick turnaround service. Excellent and friendly read more

Foley's Cooling and Heating is a class-act organization, and this week reminded me exactly why I've been a loyal customer for nearly six years. I purchased a 5-ton A/C unit from Foley's during COVID, and when it recently developed an irregular vibration, I called after-hours not expecting much. Within ten minutes, Mark called me back personally and had an appointment scheduled before I knew it - and on my schedule, first thing this morning. Tony was the technician who showed up, and he was on time, courteous, and professional from the moment he arrived. He quickly diagnosed the issue, resolved it within 30 minutes, and took the time to explain everything in plain language so I actually understood what had happened. Best part? The repair was fully covered under the extended warranty we purchased at the time of installation. No paperwork headaches. No surprise costs. Just a problem solved with zero friction. That's what extraordinary customer service looks like. I recommend Foley's without hesitation to anyone in the East Valley. read more

Our whole neighborhood has had great experiences with Foley's, and when new residents ask for A/C repair/replacement recommendations, the group chat always includes several referrals to Foley's. We've called on Foley's to perform our annual check ups for several years, and they've never tried to sell us anything unnecessary. After 16 years, our unit gave out in mid-June, with temps above 110F. Foley's provided a provisional fix until the new unit was delivered and installed before week's end. Great service, no up-selling, and the new unit is saving us money on utilities, and came with a $300 SRP rebate. I've recommended Foley's to several friends, and they've all had the same great service, and all have saved money vs other companies. Highly recommend! read more

Excellent business and people. Professional, timely, and honest. Good work, they have my business from now on

Excellent service and knowledge. They give you facts; you make a decision. No big up-selling. Business partners.

THE BEST company! So glad I spoke to the board president (Jim Grennan) from this gated property who recommended this company. I called and Mark returned my phone call within half hour and he sent Jake to us the same day to give us the estimate. My wife and I were impressed with Jake and we signed the agreement right there. The price was right and we felt very comfortable with Jake. By the way Jake, thank you for helping us change the filters! We're touched by your professionalism, friendliness and your presentation. The entire team led by Garrett (hope I had the name correctly - please excuse!) did an amazing job to replace Goodman with Trane. We cannot thank you enough Mark! You're quick like the lighting. You sent us the rebate form right away and even filled out the entire thing and all I had to do was to complete my part and sign. I already received the rebate of $300 from SRP. You are the best and Foley's is the best! read more

This famly owned company installed 2 air conditioners in one day fall 2025. There was one team for each a/c. They were friendly, efficient and knew what they were doing. Although this is a major financial commitment, we were satisfied with the price and warranty. While we have noted cost savings, the real test of cost savings will be summer 2026. read more

This company is prompt, friendly, and informative, and likely does great work if/when you need a serious repair. I'd likely recommend them in those instances. However, especially as a return customer with older units that will soon need replacing, $354 for a simple capacitor replacement ($20 part) that took 20 mins of work is way too much. They sadly missed an opportunity to earn my trust and future business. read more

Just wanted to give a shout out to the Foley team. Excellent customer service. Very professional. Pricing is very reasonable. This is the second AC unit Foleys has installed for us. They know what they are doing and only install the best units and a great warranty Very satisfied customer read more

Had called Foley's come out to a rental property of ours to install two new air conditioning units that had broken down (really old units and both units in the attic were leaking). They let us know that they used the older refrigerant and that the cost of replacing just the units in the attic were going to be really expensive. So after some back and forth we decided to install new units which were Trane. Mark was really great in letting us know which units would be cost effective etc. When they arrived they were super friendly to the tenant and rolled out covers on the floor to keep things clean. It was mid summer so even though it was really hot, they spent hours installing it into the attic and the outside. Once they completed the work, they cleaned up the home nicely. Overall, the price/warranty/work ethic really sets Foley's apart. I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs. read more

Highly recommend Foley's. Unlike other HVAC companies, there was no high pressure sales to replace two units. Clean, efficient, and problem free install. read more

Outstanding service, friendly, quick to call back and arrive. Great prices, 2nd time using them, a/c is cold and quiet.

Requested service after another company would not contact me back. Foleys associates contacted me within 24 hours. I requested a routine HVAC service, and was on the books the same week. I was extremely happy to see the quick response time. I have air filters of my own, and their associate also changed my filters free of charge. read more

I was recommended these guys by someone I trust and they came through. I had a 20 year old Trane AC unit that was making a lot of noise, and then finally quit on me in the middle of the summer. Luckily I had a window AC (Midea U shaped thing) that worked pretty well to hold me over, although a bit tricky to set up on a horizontal sliding window. They were quick to schedule and came in at a good price. They helped with the warranty and SRP rebate process too which was really nice. read more

Professional and thorough from beginning to end. Efficient communication and installation.

I am very impressed with this company and the great service they provide. I had a new unit installed last year, it was a reasonable cost and the installation went very well. Jon came today to check the system out and I appreciate his vast knowledge and friendly attitude. I highly recommend this company! read more

Everything they promised, they did. They were on-time, arrived on - time at the time they said, finished as promised and hauled everything away. We were fortunate to be able to get a small rebate from the electric company. Foley's did their part and we got the rebate. No attempt to upsell or any other gamesmanship that other companies try. I'd have no issue recommending them to family and friends. read more

Foley's really came to the rescue for us. Of course, HVAC units die when the summer heats up, and ours did just that. Foley's performed an inspection, including ducting, attic space, electric feeds & interior square footage calculations. They presented different options and pricing. Made our decision, booked the job, and everything was completed within 2 days! Pricing was better than 3 other bidders. Will use Foley's again for sure! read more

Mark and his crew are ALWAYS so responsive. I thought I had a roof leak but after the roofer left, I suspected maybe a a/c issue. I called Mark and he had John come out a see the leak within 2 hours, talk about quick service, and its 107 in Arizona today. John diagnosed the issue, rescued my cat from the oven of the crawl space ( she went in to see what he was up to) and in less than an hour I was back on track. Foleys is the BEST, each and every time. Call Mark and the guys, they are courteous, professional and most of all, trustworthy and super fair on pricing. read more
