Winter this evening with my family eight of us we're having dinner and drinks then a big rat a rodent started running around the whole dining room area. We asked for a manager. We immediately woke up from the table never got to eat manager came out so that we had to pay even for food that we do not eat we refused we called the police. She called the police. We want the paying the bill almost $400 never got to eat went to Applebee's after we were treated terribly by the manager. If she took nothing off the bill, very upsetting will never return again. I will be calling corporate office in the morning... do not eat your the place is completely infested with rodent not mice but big large rats's ....Argentina, Cowboys Boston mass......

Market Bar Buffet Plate

Love the atmosphere of this lovely, roomy, restaurant. The waiter was awesome. My friend and I had the buffet. It was enormous and very tasty. So many choices and very fresh salads, fruits and antipasti. The all you can eat "Market Bar" included soups and some non-vegetarian items such as salami and a delicious creamy chicken soup. Some of the food is gluten free. A really nice experience overall. Lots of parking in back of the Burlington Mall.

Beef Rib TOP NOTCH salt crusted yummy goodness, juicy and melts! -lamb chop not gamey and well cooked for us. -Chicken wrapped bacon chicken is tough, usually a bit dry passed after first round. -Steak wrap bacon - this was good the bacon wrapped was nice and crispy. -Flank steak dry didn't take more after first try. Flavor was good though, has the essence of the beef with some saltiness -Pork sausage dry, they only had normal sausage no spicy ones available during our time. -Garlic steak huge fat piece so if you like chewing on a large chunk of flavorful fat, this is its i opted to just bite it for the flavor and eat the beef itself. -Prime sirloin garlic, packed with garlic flavor and cooked well for us. Got few slices of this cut! Two rounds. Filet steak, lean meat but cooked medium and top with some butter... you good to go. Top Sirloin thin cuts, was a nice round off to our meal. Mash potatoes included in the price. Brazilian cheese bread balls superb, light chew and perfect cheese and hit of saltiness gimme more!!! But very filling. Plantains Salad bar Charcuterie setup Man, you have to show up hungry and pace yourself or you'll fill up super fast! Love this spot though and this location is clean, good AC, and servers are quick during lunch hour to bring over food. Now i don't think all the meat cuts were available or being cooked but either way we were full and happy. $49 for lunch cost which includes all good meat cuts! Be back when we aren't full anymore haha.. maybe in a month or two.

Today was my first time trying Fogo de Chão-Burlington! We decided to go for lunch while at the Burlington Mall. Initially, we were interested in doing the "Best of Brazil" special for $49/pp that the chain is having until the end of the month, however, this option does not include certain meats, such as the beef ribs and sirloin cuts. The regular AYCE lunch full churrasco price is $49/pp anyways and included everything, so we went with the normal AYCE lunch full churrasco option since it's the same price & has better meat cuts. This comes with premium meat cuts, the market table, and Brazilian sides. Here's what we had: -***beef ribs -***lamb chops -steak w/ bacon -chicken w/ bacon -flank steak -garlic steak -***prime top sirloin -top sirloin -bottom sirloin -filet mignon Brazilian apps: -caramelized bananas -cheese fries? -garlic mash potatoes -cheesy bread/warm pão de queijo Market table: -marinated mushrooms -mixed olives w/ citrus herbs -roasted artichokes -roasted beets -asparagus -roasted garlic -papaya -dragonfruit -pineapple My favorite cuts were the beef ribs and the prime top sirloin! Everything had the perfect amount of salt, that was not too salty and complimented the meats well. I love getting the sides from the market table... I can never get enough haha. All very tasty and fresh ingredients! Water we got was Saratoga still water, one of my faves, ~$7-8. The dragonfruit, pineapple, and papaya were great for end of the meal, all were perfectly ripe and sweet :) I would definitely come back again! I've never had lunch at Fogo before and usually only go for dinner. It was a nice experience and is a great price for all that you get, whether for lunch or dinner honestly! Food is always fresh and tasty; better than any AYCE around.

Food packing

Maybe I shouldn't continue ordering catering from here for parties year by year ,They packed everything so carelessly--sauces were leaking everywhere, they put the cake at the very bottom, and stacked hot dishes on top of it. Meat are over cooked even I ordered medium .......By the time I got home, the cake was ruined and completely inedible. I am really, really disappointed.

This is a special occasion kind of place. It is a little pricey, but you get what you pay . We went for the upgraded experience which included lamb and fillet mignon. Everything really was great. The service was very good considering how busy they were. We happen to go when they were packed with a waiting line. There was a little bit of a delay between servings of the meat, especially the better cuts. We were not in a hurry so we could wait till they brought around the kind of chop or steak that we liked. the salad bar was beautiful.

I wish I had a bigger stomach because everything tasted so good! I was a victim of the salad bar because they offer such a great variety of sides, salads, and more! The meat selection is huge, the meat servers come around so frequently and you are never left waiting for someone to come by. I really enjoy the lamb and beef selections, they are super flavorful and nicely seared. When going to buffets like this I don't recommend eating chicken. I made a mistake of getting chicken and the server gave me a whole chicken breast. Like girl this chicken breast is bigger than my hand! The chicken breast was dry and I just couldn't eat it. I don't recommend.. However for all the beef and lamb options they only give you a slice. I'm sure if you ask for extra slices they will give it to you but I'm sure its a tactic that they give you extra chicken portions over beef and lamb. The desserts are also amazing! The creme brulee and tres leches were sooo good! Definitely have to save room for dessert. Everything was so so so good. I ate too much but I don't regret it.

This is our 2nd anniversary coming by and they just make you feel like royalty. There is plenty of free self parking available. The inside is more masculine but beautiful. I've never been to a place that makes me feel like I am important like they do. We got the fried clams to start. They were sweet and well fried. Tender and paired with a nice sauce. We shared the 48oz cowboy ribeye. It was massive and presented so nicely. Last year I had the regular ribeye and prefer it but there was nothing wrong with this. You get to choose sauce or salt. We love the smoked salt and also went with a horseradish cream. We got fries on the side which were good but nothing compared to this massive meat.

I made a reservation for a Saturday night at 7:00 for two. Note: I originally went to make the reservation online from their website but the availability was not good, so I called instead. Online it pretty much looked booked between 4:30 and 8:00 - I called and was able to get 7:00 without hesitation. So, make note to call if you don't see the time or range listed online. We were greeted as we entered and checked in with the host/hostess. They were friendly and polite and told us it would just be a few minutes. They brought us back to our table and had us seated shortly there after. Our waitress was great; she told us about the specials, checked in on us, and made sure everything was as expected. We ordered some bevs that were very tasty and had great presentations. Speaking of presentation, let's get on to the food. We ordered the Tomahawk, which if you don't know, is a MASSIVE piece of meat. It's a steak meant to serve two people - in reality, it serves way more than two. The presentation of the tomahawk steak plate alone was beautiful! It had a whole bunch of stuff (see pic). They bring it out for you to see, and then they take it back to the kitchen to slice. We ordered medium rare, and probably should have gone more medium but it was not too rare so it was fine. Now, at The Bancroft, it is an à la carte style meal, meaning you order sides separately and usually a few for the table. We had the carrots (one of the specials), roasted potatoes, and creamed spinach. Forgot to say when you order meat, you also get to pick two sauces - and before anything while you wait they bring you some rolls and butter. The rolls started us off on the right foot knowing the meal was going to be phenomenal. They were warm with some sea salt on top and baked to perfection. The steak was mouth watering, juicy, and flavorful. The sauces added a great touch, and the sides were wonderful. It is safe to say, we did not leave hungry! As mentioned, while tomahawk is said to serve two, we had a lot of leftovers so of course we got those packed up to go. They were very considerate with the packaging, putting items in different boxes that made sense. We unfortunately did not have room for dessert but I'm sure it would've been awesome. The Bancroft is definitely a higher scale restaurant so it is on the pricer side, but it is justified. The food tastes great, presentation is there, and service is excellent. It's a great place for special occasions, celebrations, or just because as long as you know what to expect... but with prices today, I'd rather pay this and have it be worth it than what a crappy meal is costing today!

While the restaurant appeared a bit short-staffed at times and I unfortunately woke up with a lingering headache the next day, the overall experience was still very enjoyable and worthy of 4 stars. Service: Before we even walked in, the valet guy was super friendly, even though we parked ourselves. He held the door open for us and gave us his recommendations. Our server, Wafia (sorry, I don't know how to spell their name), really made my birthday dinner special. I don't know what word to use other than "chill" for her temperament. When my companion expressed that she didn't know what cut of steak to get, Wafia walked her through all the cuts of steak and how they differ in marbling. One reason I have to knock the review down to 4 stars is that we did feel like they were a bit short-staffed, since we discovered that Wafia was also working the bar. When she wasn't at our table, she was there. So when we were ready to order, we kept looking around for her, only to find she was busy at the bar. I saw what other reviews meant when they said their servers would disappear. However, their short-staffing might be because the 4th of July was the next day and there was a FIFA World Cup game going on. The other staff were very good about topping off our waters and were nice enough to engage with us as they did so, which made the experience feel different from other restaurants. I also appreciated how attentive the manager was. There was a situation where my companion dropped her fork and quietly said, "I need another fork" to me, and out of nowhere he came over to the table and told us he would get us another, and then 2 seconds later another staff member gave us one. When we left, the valet guy was still there to hold the door open and ask us what we thought. It was this added touch of friendliness that was most appreciated, and I have not seen a valet act this way at any other premium restaurant. Food: We found the food to taste exceptional. My 850 club sirloin was tender and well-cooked. The wagyu dumplings were so smooth and yummy. We loved the honey-roasted carrots and the bread. I found the bread and butter to be one of, if not the best, bread and butter offerings I've had compared to other steakhouses at this price point. We tried their famous milk and cookies and banana foster cake. I thought the cookies looked really good and were impressive for how they are baked to order, but I have had better cookies elsewhere at places like Cookie Monstah or Elite Dough Cookies. The little milkshake you get with the cookies was a cool touch and was very rich. The banana foster was huge with two large scoops of ice cream. My companion did think it had a bit too much rum and prefers Eddie V's style of burning, lighting the rum on fire, and pouring it on the cake. My last reason for why I have given this place a 4-star review is that when I woke up the next day, I had a throbbing headache that didn't go away, and even after taking a pill of Advil was still present. I'm not sure what did this to me, but what I will say is that I have had food from similar places that tend to add a lot of salt, like Abe & Louies and The Capital Grille, and I have never woken up the next day with a headache. I remember seeing the review about someone being on the porcelain throne after eating a tomahawk steak and thinking that it might just be a personal issue, but now I believe there is something to it.

The tortellini was outstanding, the pasta with the brandy cream sauce was unforgettable, and the short rib was absolutely phenomenal. Not a single dish missed, and there wasn't one thing we wouldn't order again. The plates are beautiful, but I think that plating and presentation takes priority over the food sometimes: 1. Bruschetta -- this was supposed to come with a balsamic drizzle, but it was served on a wooden plate and the drizzle was tiny and thin, so there wasn't really any balsamic. The dish could have used it to help cut through the cheese. 2. Bombolone -- dry, there was not a lot of custard in the pastry, and the surrounding sauces were more decorative than helpful. We did not enjoy the mixed drinks, they were all on the sour side and watery. So I would stick with wine or beer, the wine we had was excellent. Overall, we had a really nice time and would return.
