We felt very well taken care of throughout the entire night thanks to Terron and the rest of the Fogo de Chao staff. The restaurant itself was beautiful and very relaxing. We will certainly be back (especially for the pineapple). Thank you for such an amazing experience! We definitely recommend this restaurant.

My daughter and I were looking forward to a special lunch together, but unfortunately it turned into one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I've ever had. After waiting more than 20 minutes for my meal, I was served chicken that was visibly undercooked. I immediately asked to speak with a manager and explained that I was no longer comfortable eating meat. Instead of bringing a manager, I was incessantly pressured to accept another serving. I reluctantly agreed, only to receive another piece of chicken that was bleeding. It then took another 15 minutes before someone in junior management came to speak with us, and the only resolution offered was to remove my meal from the bill. No GM ever came by. I chose not to post immediately because I wanted to give the restaurant an opportunity to make things right. I contacted corporate and received an acknowledgment that my email had been received and would be reviewed. Since then, no one has reached out to have a conversation with me, no one has taken the time to understand the full impact of what happened, and no one has offered any opportunity to make up for what was supposed to be a special lunch with my daughter. What makes this especially disappointing is that Fogo de Chão has been one of my family's favorite places to celebrate. I've brought friends and family there for birthdays, Mother's Day, and other special occasions over the years. I was a loyal, frequent customer who enthusiastically recommended the restaurant to others. Mistakes can happen at any restaurant. What matters is how they're handled. Unfortunately, the lack of meaningful follow-up has been just as disappointing as the experience itself. As a result, Fogo de Chão has lost a loyal customer. I truly wish this situation had been handled differently.

We chose all you can eat because we love Brazilian and knew we would be back for some more of that delicious meat. It was ok at best. The bacon chicken and garlic steak were the standouts. Everything else was under seasoned or very dry. My husband kept saying how little effort they put in to everything. No salt and pepper on tables. No napkins nearby. I tried to balance out my plate to be half and half and scored the 14.49 rate but if the staff thought I had too much meat I would have paid 19.99 per pound instead. lol. Otherwise I was a fan, the meat was tender juicy and flavorful (especially the steak) and the buffet items were really good as well (polenta and fried plantains were standouts) The wait staff were just okay, my waitress was just standing near the front and I tried to get her eye contact but that didn't work so when the manager came by to check on me (she didn't) I asked him if he could send her to pay. Overall a decent experience but because of their pricing model I won't likely come again.

It was our first time and we just got in line, luckily, someone let us know we had to go up and leave our name with the guy holding the tablet ; there were no directions/signs or staff to direct. Despite the crowd, we were seated in about 20ish minutes. We did the per pound option instead of AYCE and that's what most folks were doing. Service, once we were seated, was attentive, food was good. They could have done a better job at keeping the buffet options stalked, they were out of 3 options. This is definitely a more casual place, no frills and closer to an everyday Brazilian churrascaria. Overall, it was fine, if I were in the neighborhood and looking for a bite, I would stop in again.
