My name comes up and they give me our food. Chicken was barely lukewarm and mushy, not hot and crispy as in the past. Fries were ICE COLD. The app asked me to review them and I shared what I'm sharing here. I got a stock text response back saying they'll "try to get better" based on my feedback (I'm paraphrasing). I *LOVE* the product they put out above any of the several other KFC places that have recently opened.
