    Sirloin Steak

Disclaimer that this is a slightly biased review because I came here for a work dinner that I did not have to pay for, so it's just a review of the food without knowing anything about the cost. I thought it was incredible and delicious. Bread rolls were amazing I had 3 of them. The salad was awesome, one of the best Caesar salads I've ever had. The steak is in my top 3 steaks I've ever eaten and was cooked absolutely perfectly with incredible flavor. Usually the food for these private room dinners can be hit or miss in my experience but this was on another level.

Solid food and service. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The place has a dark dimly lit vibe. The setup is different than its predecessor (L'Andana). The east coast oysters were fresh and the accoutrements were top notch, especially the mignonette. The sirloin tartare had a visual vibe. The beef was nicely chilled but the smoke overpowered the flavor. My wife's beef Wellington was solid and perfectly cooked. The combination of foie gras, mushroom, greens and steak was delectable. I ordered the dry aged porterhouse but the waitress accidentally put in the dry aged ribeye. When I commented on the error the staff and management were very apologetic, even removing the steak off the bill for making me wait for my steak. I felt like that was above and beyond service. The porterhouse arrived only a few minutes later so I didn't have to wait too long and it was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The chocolate cake is a must get for chocolate lovers. Def one of my fave steakhouses in MA.

Needed to find a place in the area for a fancy private dinner and landed on Mooo...Burlington! Definitely did not leave here hungry at all! Since we actually had booked a private room, we had our own menu. I think I was full even before we got to the actual menu, because the hors d'oeuvres were plentiful! Had tuna tartre, wagyu dumplings, crab cakes, wagyu meatballs, and mushroom risotto...many times over. Had lobster bisque as a starter, which was good but creamier than I would have preferred. I was only able to eat so much of this before it became too much. Had our pick of different entrées, of which I picked the ribeye. Solid ribeye, well cooked. The butter that it served with definitely added to the flavor. The beef wellington though was absolutely insane as it was stuffed with foie gras, spinach, and mushroom duxelles. I've never seen a beef wellington go this extravagant! Sides were whipped Yukon gold potatoes, creamed spinach, truffled Parmesan fries, and mixed exotic mushrooms. I enjoyed them, but I had little room left at this point. By the time we got to the desserts, which was a dessert trio of chocolate pot du creme, classic creme brulee, and mixed berries with champagne sabayon, I had nothing left. Managed to finish it, but could barely enjoy it. So stuffed! Service was fantastic, as I would expect from having a private room. They kept bringing endless hors d'oeuvres and made sure we were well taken care of all night. A great visit and I wouldn't mind coming back.

Wow this place was absolutely amazing , we had an event here and it had a set menu which was so good , I decided on the filet which was melt in your mouth and so tender. The private room was amazing with one entire glass wall filled with wine bottles the staff was absolutely great and very attentive to all of our requests and needs and with the nice lighting and comfortable atmosphere I would definitely come back and lastly the desert trio was unbelievable and so good .I almost forgot the croutons on the ceaser salad were absolutely amazing.

Went here last night. The staff is very professional and polite. We got an amazing espresso martini and the devils advocate drink was good but very strong. We started with the wagyu beef dumplings which were amazing, I literally wanted to drink the leftover sauce. However after we ordered our entree I think we were forgotten about. We were waiting for our food for about 45 minutes and we had to ask another server the status on our food. They were very nice about it and brought our food out shortly after and comped one of our drinks but for somewhere so prized on their service it did feel awkward that they totally forgot about our meals. Nonetheless, my New York sirloin was delicious, honestly the best steak I've had in a while and the tater tots are so damn good and cheesy. The steak frites were also great. I really enjoyed this meal I just had to knock it one star because of the service since this is part of the experience you're paying for at a restaurant like mooo. But definitely would come back for a yummy meal.

We were given a gift card to enjoy here and we're excited to try somewhere new. You definitely need reservations as we made them about 5 days before and could only get bar seating! However, we weren't on top of other guests at the bar and could hear each other just fine. I'd sit there again! We were sat right away and greated right away. My husband got an old fashioned and said it was the best one he's ever had. I can't remember the name of my cocktail, but that was also nice. They immediately brought out delicious bread and butter. We decided to skip appetizer and go right for the meals with some sides. I got the wagyu filet medium rare and my husband got the New York strip medium rare. My wagyu came out extremely overcooked, I would say medium well-well done. When our bartender asked how everything was, I showed her the steak and they made it right and got me a new one. Normally I wouldn't have said anything, but it's a $120 cut of steak and my first time thing wagyu so I wanted it the way I ordered. There was no fuss and the next time it came out perfectly! It was very flavorful and juicy. I am now spoiled by Wagyu forever. The mashed potatoes were our favorite side, followed by the spicy broccolini! The lobster mac and cheese was surprisingly bland. We got the cookies for dessert and they were very good! Overall, the bartenders were very attentive and skilled at their jobs and the manager made sure to make things right. We were not rushed out and were able to enjoy a nice date night. We will definitely keep this place in mind for special occasions as it is pricey!

The meatballs...not spicy ones. On a bed of mashed.

The ambiance is modern and upscale. The food is high quality 4.5/5.0. The service is top notch. The prices reflect the above. Extremely expensive although they have oysters for $1 (Mon & Tues nights at the bar only), and that makes for a smart and yummy start to the evening.

Wow!! heard of the hype, first timer and everything was great! I was expecting portions to be smaller but we walked away with leftovers. Bread was fresh and hot and sooo soft. We ordered the branzino, NY sirloin steak, and side flight that included (truffle fries, whipped potatoes, mushrooms, and creamy spinach. I swapped the Yukon potatoes with the branzino for the autumn vegetables and they were my favorite side. We were celebrating our anniversary and they made it well known. Chocolate cake was delicious. Service was great and so was the ambiance. Would come back again!

We came to celebrate birthday. The atmosphere was amazing. The servers were very attentive. The food was super delicious. The portion was generous. Although the price was on high end, I think it was worth it. We all loved the dinner rolls, which were served warm. We shared iceberg wedge salad and Cesar salad as starters. Icebergs wedge salad was fresh and tasty, and was my favorite. The Cesar salad was just average. I probably would not order again. For entree, we tried beef Wellington, prime New York sirloin, steak frites, and salmon. All super good and tender, cooked perfectly to our liking. the seasoning was perfect too, neither too light nor too heavy. Probably the best steaks we had so far this year. We also tried the classic roasted bone marrow, which was unique but I would have to say it was a bit too greasy and probably not my type. We ordered roasted exotic mushrooms and sautéed Spinach as sides, which were good but nothing special. The food was generous in portion and more than enough to feed for 4 people! We got a lot leftovers home. All in all, we enjoyed our meal. It was easy to make a reservation online too. We will certainly come back.

While the ambiance whispers of elegance, the food screams mid-range. Thankfully the drinks were stiff because a $29 burger is sacrilegious for the quality of the meat itself. Charred to hell on the outside and pink on the inside isn't fancy, it's robbery. Ketchup at the very bottom of a shot glass wasn't inviting for consumption, it inhibited it. Not to mention that the same burger was ordered twice and the amount of aioli differed vastly in each dish. The Japanese Wagyu dumplings though were great and changed the experience of the restaurant. I really appreciated the kind staff as well.

I rarely give five stars but this place deserves it. The atmosphere was as it should be, a restaurant, not a New Year's Eve sports bar. My wife had a filet mignon and fries, I had a rib eye (I never have any other steak) and Brussels sprouts. Everything was absolutely delicious, an absolute riot of flavor. If I could change two things, I wish they had a bone-in ribeye and I would pass on the red wine salt. A little TOO salty. I topped it off with cappuccino. We skipped dessert as they would have had to roll us out of there. Price pre-tip- $245. Worth every penny. This a great steakhouse and loke I said, I almost never give five stars. Great job, folks.

Someone else brought the same steak back a few minutes later and parts were overcooked and parts were still medium rare. I also noticed that the table next to me sent one of their steaks back and also leaving it on their plates after it was brought back. For dessert, I had the coconut creme cake that was really good. I don't typically eat veal, and this cutlet was perfectly balanced - rich, savory, crispy, with a pleasant (but not overwhelming) salty kick from the prosciutto and parmigiano reggiano. We also ordered the spicy broccolini, which I highly recommend for the garlic lovers out there. For dessert we had the dark cherry (amarena?) gelato, which was delicious and creamy, with the perfect amount of sweetness. We shared each dish, and it was certainly plenty of food for the two of us. Prices felt reasonable for the amount and quality of what we ordered (all of the above + 2 drinks from the bar totaled approx. $160 pre-tip). The restaurant space itself is relatively small but has enough space to move around comfortably, which made it cozy without ever getting too loud (it was a pretty full house when we went), with a balanced dim lighting. Additionally, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the server patiently walked us through the menu and shared suggestions at our request. On a personal note I am especially appreciative of the staff, as I accidentally left without my hat, and the restaurant responded almost immediately to the message I sent through the restaurant website that same evening. Tl;dr - great menu, rich & hearty but balanced ingredients/recipes, and comfortable vibe. One really gets the impression that the husband/wife owners had a specific vision that they successfully brought into reality.

The plates are beautiful, but I think that plating and presentation takes priority over the food sometimes: 1. Bruschetta -- this was supposed to come with a balsamic drizzle, but it was served on a wooden plate and the drizzle was tiny and thin, so there wasn't really any balsamic. The dish could have used it to help cut through the cheese. 2. Bombolone -- dry, there was not a lot of custard in the pastry, and the surrounding sauces were more decorative than helpful. We did not enjoy the mixed drinks, they were all on the sour side and watery. So I would stick with wine or beer, the wine we had was excellent. Overall, we had a really nice time and would return.
