The food was suprisingly good! Love the crawfish bisque! Very well seasoned and lots of crawfish! The stuffed shrimps were excellent as well. The service needs some improvements for sure from the bartender. Not sure why she gave me the I don't give a crappy attitude. read more

Good crawfish, love the atmosphere of the anytime crowd. Love the boudain balls and I can Not sit down without a cup of seafood gumbo!

I ordered the crawfish and wasn't impressed but that's just because I like a particular style of crawfish. I'm not a fan of just boiling the crawfish and adding seasoning on top. However, my friend ordered their gumbo and boy was it amazing. It was a huge serving as well read more

I thought the food here was only average. Surprised by the cost with what was on the menu. Catfish wasnt any different than a $10 restaurant but pricier and definitely not better. Ok but not worth the money in my opinion. read more

Well.. I'll start out with the food.. and the service. Food was really good and the service was really good as well. I enjoyed the crawfish my wife had grilled shrimp and my child had the alligator. But the problem I have the fact that floyds offers a military discount. . ..so what's the problem you ask..they only offer it to Officers in uniform. Not service members in uniform just Officers .. nobody's service is worth the discount unless they are an officer?..and then retiring after 20 years of service as a NCO and a disabled combat veteran .sorry I do not meet the standard that Floyds has set as someone who is worthy . I was stunned and all the waitress could do was apologize to me a lot telling me she is sorry she knows it's a screwed up policy but she isn't the owner. read more

Brice, our server, is the best!! No wait, excellent service and very friendly. The food is always great! Can't wait to return!!

Horrible, horrible service ... when I greeted Joe ( our server ) ... 'how is your day going?' His reply was 'I am working on Easter' ... I knew right then it was going to be a rough experience ... And IT WAS! I ordered a BLT and my honey ordered had a Shrimp po- Boy... and it took and hr and a half to get that and 2 tables who sat down after us had already eaten their meals and paid and left! The fastest service we got was to pay the bill ... Now yes, it was Easter Sunday and we rolled in about 1:10pm ... but we didn't get out of there until 3:10 .... and at some point we were the only ones in the makeshift walkway area we were sitting in... will not go back again! You have been warned! read more

The food here is always tasty and the bisque is awesome!!! The service is pretty good too!

Learned about this place and it's story from a customer of mine. I've been around the block in Louisiana and this takes you back there. I had the etouffee and it was delicious. I liked that they gave you a couple different hot sauces to choose from. Didn't need much as it had some kick to it already. The service was great during lunch, and the bar was packed. I can see why Tillman bought out their old restaurant years ago. Too bad it's got nothing on Floyd's! read more

Crawfish were seasoned great, and only $5 a lb! But I was most impressed with our waiter, Brian. Best server we've ever had here so far! All have been good, but he exceeded our expectations. We will ask for him next time we visit! read more

We went to Floyd's for the AYCE crawfish for $30. It was the worst crawfish ever. It tasted like they boiled the crawfish in unseasoned water and sprinkled seasoning on top. Please season the boiling water and let the crawfish sit a while to absorb the flavors. We wasted $60, I could barely get through the first round and I did not go back for seconds. read more

Floyds has to be a mainstay if you're local. Our evening started out at the swamp shack to get crawfish only to sit there for 30m to find out that they ran out. Called Floyd's 5 pounds for $25. Flavor amazing. Wife got blackened catfish, extremely tasty and instead of 2 small slivers you actually get 2 fillets. Service was amazing. Go upscale if you want but if you want great taste, amazing service and a good deal..Floyd it is. read more

My friends and I came to Floyds to eat crawfish and sit outside on this amazingly beautiful day. When we arrived and asked to sit outside, we were informed they do NOT have any servers for outside. We said that we will go to the bar and self serve ourselves, it was not an issue for us. We were then told that the manager would not allow us to sit outside because other people would then want to sit outside. We left and went elsewhere. I just think its bad business to deny us to self serve ourselves, just because we wanted to sit outside on such a gorgeous day. read more

Went to Floyd's for their crawfish and patio seating. We were not dissaointed. Crawfish were great! Service was a little slow but we were in no hurry. read more

Soooo good! The shrimp and crab bisque. LOVE IT!

We went here last night. A group of 16 people for my brother in laws birthday dinner and honestly I was impressed Austin was our server and was very fast and attentive he did a fabulous job kept up with every order and everything down to keep our waters filled. The food was about 4 stars I feel like the seasoning on the crawfish isn't as good as it used to be which but the chicken fried chicken was the best I've ever had! read more

I have never eaten at this place before new to the area. There was a crowd outside the door so I stood in line the hostess asked if we were on the list I said no. She proceed on to other customers. I stopped her again and told her I was not on the list she never address me nor did she ask me if I wanted to get on the list or how long of a wait there was, nor did she tell me how to get on the list. She was utterly rude and distasteful to be placed as the first person you meet in the restaurant. You want someone bubbly and willing to work for your brand. Not someone there for a check. Your a hostest direct, answer question, and be helpful and smile at everyone not just the usual crowd. read more

So happy with Floyd's everytime I go! Last time I went I had the all you can eat crawfish for 30$ I ate 9lbs of huge flavorful delicious crawfish but my kids were getting restless! Lol we also had the bar trash as an appetizer. It was worth every penny! Sometimes for lunch I LOVE to get their creamy bisque to go. You have to give this place a try if you haven't! read more

Enjoyed the grilled Mahi, grandson liked the mini corn dogs and mac and cheese. Real nice service. Waiter was very friendly and attentive to our needs. No wait to get seated around 630 pm. read more

Came for an early dinner. Had the fried shrimp and catfish with a side salad. The food was amazing. Everything was fresh. My boyfriend also had the fried shrimp and catfish but he chose the dirty rice as a side. The dirty rice was sooo good!!! It's a must try!!! Overall we had a great dining experience. read more

We were in town for vacation and tried several seafood spots between Houston and Galveston. This was the best spot on our entire trip. The onion rings were some of the best I have ever had. The chicken and sausage gumbo (no okra. Thanks for doign it right and saving the okra for seafood gumbo) was very good. I think they could use a better sausage in their gumbo but it was still very good. The fried flounder was very good as well. To top it off the service was excellent - one of the best waiters I have ever had. I wish I remembered his name because I could give him props here. Overall - great place and will definitely go again when back in town. read more

Great food, awesome crawfish, why 4 star? Restrooms were nasty, and host looked like she didn't wanted to be there.

This is good food. We love this and the 518 location. Really good crawfish & the chicken fried steak is awesome. The cream gravy should be sold by the bowl. read more

Floyd's has always had good crawfish when I've visited. Spicy and good sized. As well as exceptional service. Bryan tonight was awesome. I'll be back and ask for him. read more

Here's my thing....I LOVE Floyd's. Specifically the Floyd's in Pearland because that's the one I'm used to. Love the food, the servers, bartenders, etc. However, I recently experienced the worst server at the Floyd's on NASA Rd. 1. She clicked at us like a horse when we went to be seated, forgot everything we asked for (which is absolutely fine if you acknowledge it) and was VERY rude when we had to ask several more times for things we had already asked for. For example, I got my first beer after I got my salad and crawfish. I still give Floyd's 5 stars because I love their food, owner, and managers. But the NASA rd 1 location could do without 1 particular server. read more

You know I am big on service, and well, this place is not it. The food was ok, nothing to make me want to write home about. I ordered the grilled stuffed shrimp, and I can tell you that every single one I ate had a piece of shell in it. However the French Fries were fresh, not frozen- and the fresh oysters were really really fresh- not to mention HUGE. read more

The food was great. We had the shrimp platter with dirty rice & stuffed baked potatoe! It was excellent! The service was fast and overall great! read more

Food decent, sometimes over cooked. Felt rushed when sat down. Server was good reason for the second star. The Floyds on 518 in Pearland, much better read more

Love their fried shrimp and baked potatoes. The to go orders are always perfectly prepared and packed.

I went to this establishment last night and the service was horrible from the moment we entered. The waitress, Samantha, was rude to only our table which happened to be a table of minority women. When she served the other non minority tables she was very pleasant. I asked for my check 4 times and still did not receive it. My daughter commented to me that I had asked before for the check. Samantha then rolled her eyes. When I addressed that she mumbled that we had been looking at her like that the entire night which was untrue. I asked for the manager, Michael who was equally as rude as she was and totally defended her. The crawfish were awesome but service sucked. I wish I could give a negative rating. I will however discourage everyone I know from going there. read more

Went to this establishment and the service was awful. The waitress Samantha was rude. She only attended to half of the table. When asked about her attitude she said "it's because of the looks I am receiving from y'all." It was a table of 8 women in a conversation so as you can imagine there was minimal interaction wit the waitress. When asked for a manager he came over very rudely. He defended the waitress as well as gave dirty looks. Normally we have GREAT experiences at Floyd's and the food is always amazing, but with the service tonight it is highly unlikely for us to return. read more

exterior wise i was skeptical but decided to give it a try bc at the time i was on the hunt for seafood with flavor and not trying to dine in at the time. As I've enjoyed some great meals from a few less than attractive exterior wise places that's why I'd thought I'd give it a go. ordering to go a oyster basket with 6 of the smallest flavorless oysters and half the to go plate with fries, blah! So for me this place is a pass. My husband had same thing and he was less than pleased himself with the oysters and only enjoyed the sweet potato fries. My friend had a large crawfish gumbo that smelled of pure onion and tasted of salt. So it's a triple no for us read more

Always great seafood.. and amazing fried pickles and a nice atomsphere.. the parking lot crawfish parties really get the blood flowing..

I am never disappointed at Floyd's, damn good seafood and amazing crawfish. Chilled out atmosphere to boot.

This place was da bomb. Great treat on the way to Galveston for the Lonestar Rally with the kids. ;) The fried alligator was yummy! & the crawfish tails were fresh. read more

The service was great. Everyone seemed to work together to make sure needs were met. I didn't like the placement of some tables and the bathroom all close to the entrance however I overlooked that when it came to their food. I started with the catfish bites; very yummy!
