Outstanding!!! Traveling through Bonham and gave this place a shot. From the catfish to the hush puppies, everything was amazing!

The owner of this Business should be counting their blessing that I've NOT written this review six month's ago. Today was the final straw for me with the selfish almost criminal business practices these people have. A restaurant owner can only use the Economy and prices for so long. Before Customers say NO. I've ordered Numerous times using Texoma Delivery Service. So it's not about money this is about principle and service. As well as Quality and quantity. I just spent $60 for two meals. One Three piece catfish and one chicken friend chicken. It doesn't matter what you order from this business NEVER and I mean NEVER show up hungry. You will be absolutely left still hungry after being ROBBED at the register. The Quality is NOT homemade. Especially when it comes to the sides. If you order delivery? Be prepared to never get what you order and if you do? You'll be missing the condiments required to have your SNACK. Because it's NOT a meal you receive. The same with their desserts. The chicken fried chicken is a chicken breast sliced in half with then only giving you half of the pounded down breast and tiny scoop of whatever your side is. The mashed potatoes taste like GLUE. The texture is like a thick paste. The Mac N Cheese tastes like watered down Kraft man n cheese. The white Gravy I can't even use because just the taste before I even put it on anything was enough warning to toss it in the TRASH. I've watched many restaurants come and go from this building. You're the NEXT to go. The only reason I even order from you to start? My spouse kept bragging about the Catfish. I don't eat catfish. So I don't know what makes it worth spending $60-$100 each time I've ordered this crap you call food. Today for the first time I said let me give it a try. This is after dealing with your inabilities to package a very EXPENSIVE Togo order and get them right or even get the tartar sauce in the bag without having to be explicitly told to do so. You should be ashamed of yourselves for charging people these prices but I know you're the type of business owner who hides behind the excuses of ECONOMY. You'd rather rip off hard working Americans to turn your lights on. Then proved what a Consumer is being charged for. You picked a big restaurant and thought you'd pull it all off at the expense of American's. Like I said. Count your blessings I haven't eaten your food until today. I've been the one sick bed ridden and trying to make sure my spouse who's a FARMER has a hot meal when he comes in from working his 13 hour day. I'm the one who's trying to figure out how to make up for your lack of Ethics or mistakes. And I'm the one paying for this Crap you call FOOD. read more

Had lunch at Floyd's Fish fry this afternoon. And if you like good old fashioned burgers this is the place to go. I have not had a good old fashioned burger like that since I was young. Husband and great grandkids with me. And we all enjoyed it. The kids had chicken strips and they ate everything. My husband had the fish and he said it was very good. The servers were so sweet. When we want amazing catfish we USED to go to Hucks. Floyd's is on par with Hucks and better! This was our first visit and will definitely not be the last! My wife isn't big on fried fish but she got the catfish nuggets and they were amazing! The place was very clean and updated with an older vibe. The staff was amazing also! Showed up 2 minutes after opening, all tables were dirty. Ordered water and had mold in the crevices of my cup.

Tried Floyd's Fish Fry today after church and was throughly pleased. My husband had blackened fish and I had fried. Both tasted great! We'll definitely be back! read more

Sunday at lunch probably wasn't the greatest time to go for the first time. The fried catfish was okay, but barely warm - and the server was nice but we never got a refill on our drinks. I would try it again but next time not during rush hour. read more

I stopped in for a late, 3pm Friday lunch. First visit for me. Their sign is not the easiest to see from the highway if you are driving by but is easily accessible. Squeaky clean place inside and out with plenty of tables for a small town. I wasn't wanting to eat fried fish so I ordered the Beef Lone Star. It is a grilled hamburger steak smothered in a queso sauce with pico de gallo on top. It was excellent! Texas toast was grilled to perfection. Fried okra was perfect. Green beans were good enough. Kyleigh was my waitress. She was very friendly, talkative, and attentive. Service couldn't have been better. I will definitely be back to Floyd's on my next trip to Bonham. read more

This is a brand new restaurant in Fannin county currently featuring Fried fish and shrimp as well as burgers, appetizers, and desserts. Featuring a limited menu because they just opened. The service was attentive and friendly. Food came out hot and was delicious. read more

On our way home from Dallas decided to try Floyd's Fish Fry to go in Bonham, Texas. I ordered the blackened catfish with mushroom crawfish Cajun sauce and was told I got a side with it. Ordered the fried okra. The catfish with sauce was kinda ok but the fried okra was a half pint of charcoal brickets. If I hadn't know I got okra with order I would not have known what it was. Last week my daughter ordered fried shrimp. Said shrimp was ok but they burned the hush puppies. Please tell your cook to pay more attention while cooking so as not to burn food. Maybe okra was refried from an earlier time of day but they should have known better than try to impress new customers with burnt offerings. Fry a new batch. A new establishment should try to impress their customers. Now word of mouth prevails and it's not good. read more

Service was great, waitress was attentive and quick, I had the gumbo cup, it was small but had 4 pieces of sausage and 4 large shrimp, it was excellent, the hush puppies were just as good, I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in Bonham TX. read more
