Had such a great experience! When I arrived at the showroom, they took their time helping me pick the right carpet. I never felt pressured and I was able to get all of my questions answered. After I picked a carpet, I was able to schedule a measurement the next day. The owner came out and quickly got me an estimate within a couple of hours and had the carpet ordered same day. Carpet came in fast and they scheduled install the day after it arrived. The quick service was so appreciated because we were moving into a house where the carpet was in bad shape. I bought my house just recently and had to replace all of the floorings from old laminate and linoleum to new LVP for my house which is roughly 1000sqft. I spent a week collecting flooring samples and estimates from many places, with many many guys quoting me ridiculous labor costs and pushing material that was way over my budget. I was nearly resigned to take time off work to just do it myself when I came in to Flooring Direct to look for lvp samples and talked to Dimitry about my budget and needs, and he pointed me towards the collections that were in my budget and the colors he thought I'd like based on my description. I asked if he did installation estimates and he said yes, and came out a couple days later, took his measurements and notes and let me know he'd send over the estimate later that day. (No pressure tactics like every other consultation!) He send over a very good estimate and all the reviews online were very positive, so I signed up with him and his team! I work long funky hours so I couldn't be there during the demolition and installation of my flooring other than popping in to open the doors and popping by near the end of the day to check in on them, but the two guys who did my floors were prompt and very fast and clean! Even when I was walking through to check out the progress after the first day, they had vacuumed after themselves in each room and had about half of the flooring already done! They finished promptly on the second day, with new baseboards and all, and leaving me a few boxes of material behind for any future repairs needed. I appreciate the excellent work done by these guys, and when my friends look for flooring done I know who I'll send them to first! I've included some pictures of my house's flooring before, some of the in-progress pictures where you can see how cleanly they work, and pictures from immediately after they finished! It's truly gorgeous work for a reasonable price, and they got it done before Thanksgiving for me too! read more

I requested a new carpet quote and got a response email pretty quickly (less than 30 mins). I responded immediately. I asked them to come measure the house and provide samples as we needed the work done right away. I was basically ghosted and never heard back. I ended up going with a different business (one that did responded to my emails and got the job done the next day). I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for reliability. A simple "We're not able to come to your house" would have been enough, but ghosting customers is a terrible way to go. Poor customer service and no response (as promised on their site). Not sure why Yelp recommended. Go elsewhere and save yourself the trouble. There're plenty of people out there who DO want to work. read more
