I missed that it wasn't included on the bid so had a surprise 2hr @ $85/hr extra charge. So read the quote closely. In addition the installers didn't wear booties when the weather was wet and tracked in water & soil onto carpets. Installers didn't have a $30 ceramic hole saw with which to make a clean cut for plumbing from the wall so had to make very ugly square over-sized cuts. Good thing the trim rings barely covered those cuts. Finally, no follow-up call by Jodi or John (owners) as to how the job went and if we were satisfied. Wanted to support a small business but now sorry we chose MET. Grade B-

Their pricing is also pretty fair. During the project they worked hard and kept the schedule as promised. During the process some unanticipated issues came up and they showed flexibility and willingness to change the scope of the project and schedule accordingly. They are detail oriented. After we had them reinstall all baseboards there was one place we were not quite happy, they came back and fixed it. The end result was beautiful and it had been a great experience working with Serhii and his family crew!
