They are very easy to schedule service with, and were able to pick up an 11+ foot wide rug to take it to be cleaned. Very timely, professional and courteous service. They were also able to repair several areas of dry rot the last time we had the rug cleaned and were able to replace the fringe. They even died it with tea to match the original fringe that was removed.
