It's nearly 300 sq ft and must be taken to their shop to be cleaned so as to not damage our original wood floors. They are very easy to schedule service with, and were able to pick up an 11+ foot wide rug to take it to be cleaned. Very timely, professional and courteous service. They were also able to repair several areas of dry rot the last time we had the rug cleaned and were able to replace the fringe. They even died it with tea to match the original fringe that was removed. This is a white glove service type of business that I would recommend to anyone that needs rugs/carpet/upholstery cleaned, and the only business I would trust with my antique rug.
