Alex and his team are as good as it gets. I'd been putting off a project for about a year installing some leftover carpet in 2 upstairs bedrooms. Once I measured out the carpet and realized I'd need to run a seam across the length of one of the rooms, I realized I was in over my head for a DIY project. After calling around for weeks, I ended up being referred to alex through one of the big companies that wouldnt take my job. I called him in the afternoon and had an appointment scheduled by that evening for the following week. He was communicative about the project, transparent about pricing, and provided great customer service along the way. The work turned out great and they were done with the job within a few hours as scheduled. Also worth noting - their appointment booking / notification system made the process easy to schedule and remember. Customer service was above and beyond. Will be contacting alex and team for any future carpet needs and I'd recommend you do the same! read more

Alex and his crew--especially Danny--did a fantastic job repairing my carpet. I have a sick cat who unfortunately damaged several areas, and I had to cut out portions myself. Thankfully, I had some leftover carpet from the original installation, and Danny worked his magic to seam everything together. The results look amazing! Thank you so much for your excellent service and craftsmanship. I truly appreciate your professionalism and care. read more

Alex, the owner, came and re stretched our carpet in this wide open space. He was friendly and fast. Pricing was very reasonable. My 2 small children were home with me, and it wasn't a problem for him at all. I'd highly recommend him. We will definitely be calling them back when we are ready for a full new installation. read more

I renovate residential and commercial spaces and have relied on A Advanced Carpet Cleaning for over a dozen years, and the service just keeps on getting better! I place a high value on contractors being reliable and keeping their word. A Advanced is stellar in this area, even accommodating sudden changes when another contractor's failures mess up a tight schedule. I've worked with Alex, Nick, and Ken over the years and can't recommend them enough, for cleaning and also for installing new flooring. read more

Always a joy calling A Advanced! I look forward to working with them as they are always ALWAYS so nice! We have had Daniel for years which also makes it more comfortable every time and this last (urgent) call we had Skylar and he was excellent too! Thank you! read more

very happy with A Advanced Carpet Cleaning. What impressed me most was the frequent communications. When I set up an appointment I received a text and email confirmation immediately, reminder text the day before, and a text from the technician/owner confirming the time he would arrive. This is great and I wish other companies would handle their customers like this. We called A Advanced out to remove a cat urine stain on our brand new carpet (literally 3 weeks old carpet) that had sank into the padding. A Advanced came out for a treatment and then retreated with a stronger solution at no charge after the first was not enough. After reading up on cat urine, I learned its close to impossible to remove the smell. But I am happy to say the smell is gone and the team at A Advanced did a great job. read more

5 star Rock stars! I was very impressed with Alex and his crew. Excellent communication and a smooth process. There were no hiccups or surprises. They did exactly what they said they would do, for the price they quoted and in the time frame they gave me. The carpet looks beautiful again and they didn't scratch or damage anything in my house. I usually research the heck out of vendors that will work on my house--no one wants to get screwed. But, in this case, I was in a rush to get the job done, so I really didn't research A Advanced very much at all. I got their number from the carpet company I bought the carpet from, the Yelp reviews looked good, so I went with them. And boy, am I glad I did! Their customer services was excellent. Very friendly and polite, and they responded to any of my question quickly. I used them because my water heater died on me, and leaked out all the water into my basement when I was away on vacation. After drying out the basement, I had them come out to reinstall the carpet and matting. They also explained that they don't install baseboards. which was useful to know! After the carpet was installed, I noticed that their was a brown spot on the carpet. They explained that this was a plant based stain from the water sitting on the carpet for a few days. They explained that they could also clean it and gave me a quote for the cleaning the very next day. I will definitely use them again for all my carpet cleaning/installation needs! read more

So impressed with this company. Alex is amazing! Our house cleaning service spilt bleach on our upstairs carpet and Alex saved the day. Seriously a miracle worker. He was able to replace the carpet in the area and it looks just like new. You would never know anything happened. Also, my toddler took a blue pen to out white ottoman . No worries though they got it out!! Another Miracle! and added a scotch guard protectant from future stain or accidents. I can't thank Alex enough. I trust only this company for all our carpet and upholstery cleaning and maintenance. I can't recommend them enough! read more

Alex is the best, very friendly with the sweetest personality. He is respectful of your home and even uses corner protectors so his hoses don't ding your walls. We recently had our carpets cleaned by A Advanced. They were thorough, friendly, honest, punctual, and did a great job. The carpets in the living room were especially dirty. The home was built in the late 90s and has off white low pile carpets. Many spills, and stains later, it really needed the hot steam and truck mounted units to extract the moisture. We had tried our own machines and the stains always resurfaced. It has been over one month now, and the carpets still look amazing. We will refer our friends and family to A Advanced! On top of great service before and after the service, we just received a thank you note...hand written from them, which was a nice touch. Keep up the good work A Advanced! read more

I had Alex out for an emergency cleaning and he was excellent. I appreciate knowledgable people who know what will work and what won't. Thanks for your professional service. read more

If I can select ZERO stars I would, terrible service, extremely rude, they gave us a different rate on the phone then half way through cleaning the downstairs they changed the price by 4x! After we had a talk and called the company they didn't help at all and did a horrible job cleaning the rest of the house, the carpet is still very dirty and they claimed it wasn't their fault even tho they did a better job before the price change. Will never ever call again. read more

My wife and I recently took on a project to restore two chairs that are now on display in our living room. After having the wood arm rests refinished we then needed to find a place that we trusted to do the final cleaning of the cloth portion (makes up the majority of these chairs). We chose A Advanced here in Everett. They did a fantastic job! The work was done within a very reasonable time frame. They are knowledgeable and friendly people. Thank you Ken and Vanja, for putting up with my less then punctual arrival. read more

Alex was great! He was on time despite 10 inches of snow that had just fallen. He did a excellent job getting some really tough stains out of our rental house. The carpets were completely trashed and Alex salvaged them. Very happy overall with A Advanced. Easy scheduling, reasonably priced and quick friendly service! read more

We had a wonderful experience with A Advanced Carpet Cleaning! Alex came out to our home in West Seattle and in a short time had removed all the wrinkles in our carpet! He explained carpets sometimes need to be re-stretched after several years. Well, ours sure did! Not only did he do a professional job for the amount quoted to us in a timely manner, he was kind and polite. He even helped us "slide" some of our heavier pieces of furniture back into place!! Wow. And, I have a 7 year guarantee in case the wrinkles make another appearance! read more

A Advanced Carpet Cleaning came to my rescue... and even on a Sunday! When I called and got a quick response from the operator straight to the on call technician (happened to be Alex the owner) he said he would be over in a half hour and he was! Very friendly and knowledgeable, professional and got in, got the job done nicely... my pet had a bad accident after a surgery the day prior... Alex was ready for the job! Thank you, I will definitely refer them for future jobs. read more

If you care about your health or the health of your family do not go here. I almost never write reviews as I always like to give a business the benefit of the doubt. When I dropped off my rug, the gentleman at the desk spent a good 15 minutes mansplaining me how wearing masks was not only "not helpful," but could potentially be harmful. He then launched into, how the flu has killed more people than Covid, to which I replied, "well that's not true!" Not having my phone or anything to refer him to, I was just stuck listening to him spew potentially harmful, inaccurate information. The final comment as I was leaving was about the etymology of the word government (that it means mind control) which come to find out is a total conspiracy theory argument. Even given all this, I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt that perhaps it was about him feeling embarrassed that I had a mask on. Fast forward to today when we picked up the rug and the gal behind the desk still did not have a mask on. I again wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt so I called to ask her help in understanding why. She said that she had left it in another room and that she was sorry. I pressed her and asked why she didn't go get it when someone walked in and at that point she got really snippy with me and gave me a very frosty sorry. Again, in other times, maybe this place is ok, but right now I see someone, especially a business, who doesn't wear a mask as incredibly selfish and lacking any empathy for others. Almost all the businesses I've been in have a clear sign you are not even to walk in with out a mask. Very sad testament to a very selfish business. read more

These are the go-to cleaners for me, always available to run out and take care of a stain that I can't get out. For a fair price. Very expert cleaners. read more

Alex and team did a great job restretching our upstairs carpet. We have used them three times. We have had them repair carpet in our rentals, which makes the carpet last longer saving us money. We used them again last week in our rental and without my asking, Alex let me know that he could deodorize the carpet but the smell would come back. Basically the carpet wasn't cleanable. It took nearly $200 off our cleaning bill with A Advanced, we bought replacement carpet from Hatloe's which I will post a review of their services also. I told Ken, when you find a good, honest business that knows their stuff, you keep them, which is exactly what we have done and will continue to do. read more

AAdavanced Carpet have been my go-to carpet cleaners for 6 years and they just recently cleaned my carpets again. They did an absolutely outstanding job on our seen-better-days carpet and the guys were efficient and knowledgeable. Ken saved my realtor open house by finding a space in his schedule to accommodate my need for my carpet to be stretched and cleaned. I enjoyed his caring personality while he detailed the services I needed per room. Garrett was Ken's assistant and I enjoyed talking to him too although he started working in one of the back bedrooms and I didn't see him much but I could hear him working hard. There is a real passion reflected in their work as though it was their own house they were working in. I will use them again. read more
