I contacted Sam after reading many of his reviews - which were very positive. He showed up on time, on a Sunday no less per my request. He did an excellent job. His pricing was way better than the big run companies. I have family members that are using him this next week. I definitely recommend Sam and always want to support the small independent businesses. Thanks again Sam I appreciate the great job you did for me. Mark read more

I cannot recommend Sam more highly. I'm a real estate agent and I was helping a Seller get a property on the market in a short timeline that had perfectly good carpet that was bunching up. Sam answered the phone right away and met me at the house just hours later to give an in person bid. He is INCREDIBLY knowledgeable about his craft and inspired great confidence in what he could do for my Seller. The results were tremendous and exactly in the timeline and he stuck to his bid. The homes carpet looks its very best and the results show GREAT value for the money. I can't wait to hire Sam again and Strongly recommend you do too! read more

Excellent service--very communicative, punctual, and responsive. The work was done quickly and thoroughly. A truly exceptional professional.

Called Sam in a panic because the company I scheduled with originally 2 weeks ahead of time flaked out on me citing "scheduling conflicts" at the very last minute the day they were supposed to be here. (Company name starts and ends with"Z"!! My house was already to go with furniture moved to any place non carpeted we could get it. Sam answered his own phone immediately and was able to work me in within a day and a half. Showed up on time, thoroughly explained his process and did a beautiful job on my caprets. Professional, courteous, veri kind! Will recommend him to all who will listen. THANK YOU, SAM! PS...Sam's prices are far more reasonable!! read more

You roll the dice it seems with online research regardless of what type of contractor or business one is looking up. I by no means take a few unsatisfied customer reviews and ignore the business. I look at the overall picture and get a "feel" as well. It may take a phone call to do so. With that said, Sam did an awesome job on our carpet wrinkles that formed after a year of a bad installation by Empire (the worst IMO). The carpet areas throughout the main areas of our home formed wrinkles and were damaged but Sam worked really hard to stretch them out the best he could so we can buy time to replace it down the road. Afterward, he performed the cleaning and made our carpet looked fresh again. He was very knowledgeable and spent time talking to us about what he sees out in the world of carpet work. I would recommend Sam in a heartbeat. read more

Sam was efficient and professional. I hired him for 2 homes; Our new home purchase for a 4 bedroom home & for my 2400+ sq. ft home rental that I was moving out of that had carpet throughout the home except the kitchen and he did a efficient quality work. The outcome work was great, I appreciated his friendly and expert knowledge that he shared to help us understand what caused our carpet issues and how to maintain/care for our carpets. His prices were reasonable and quality results. I like that he is the only employee that I have to worry about who takes pride in his brand and work results; I didn't have to worry about employees that might care to do a good job. Thanks Sam! read more

We decided to go with SS Carpet Cleaning based off our initial conversation with Sam, reviews, and prices. We were happy with our decision to use his services and recommend that you give him a try too! We recently moved out of our 3 story condo and needed to have the carpets cleaned before our tenants arrived. We did a walk-through of our place with Sam and let him know that we were not looking to replace carpets and our goal was to have a deep cleaning. He understood our goals and gave us a detailed explanation of the pros/cons on a variety of recommendations he was offering for cleaning, including suggestions for spot treatments since we own a dog. He also explained why he believed our carpets have a lot of life left in them (even though they were 6 years old at that point). After deciding to move forward, we let Sam do his work and left the property for a few hours. Upon returning, we noticed big differences on all floors. We were so impressed and happy with our decision. Overall, we had a great experience and recommend SS Carpet Cleaning. We will certainly use this business for future services! read more

Let me start by saying the customer service is excellent. The man that did my carpet was very up front and honest of what would need to be done. He provided multiple scenarios of pricing based on the damage from my pet. He was very kind and relatable... he understood we work hard for our money and was not trying to over charge. Our rental company was TRASH!! They over charged us and sent this vendor back out and he was very understanding and patient and provide me with the billing invoice. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ! I will definitely be hiring again our next move. read more

Bottom line up front, these guys are customer service gurus!!! I called them up and was needing a carpet cleaning pretty quick as we had company coming into town within the week. SS Carpet Cleaning got us scheduled with short notice. All that might be normal for some companies, but they were even flexible around our kids' nap times. They called before our reservation time and asked if we were ready, but with the kids still sleeping, SS Carpet Cleaning was perfectly fine with waiting until the scheduled time. Furthermore!! Our tech went above and beyond and explained how we could better spot clean our couch when I asked his advice. I also asked what kind of carpet he recommended that was more durable and easier to keep clean and he made many suggestions. read more

Kids, Sonic shakes, and dogs are a bad combo. Thank you SS Carpet Cleaning for coming out day of the mess and getting it all out of the carpets. Including some old make up stains. Also, repaired some holes in the carpet for an amazing great price. I highly recommend them for their great service, read more

Booked Sam after reading his reviews. He promptly gave me an estimate and we booked a date. Day of he was running a little late but he called right away. I was impressed with his knowledge and honesty about how much he could repair our very old carpet. Fortunately even he was surprised how well the carpet cleaned. I wasn't expecting perfection but I'm very pleased with his work. It has been a relief to know we could save money by just repairing and cleaning the carpet rather than replacing it before we listed our house for sale! THANKS SAM! We'll use him again! read more

They did an amazing job on my carpet especially with the pet stains. They are also very affordable to use as well. I highly recommend this carpet cleaning service as your first pick. I am basing my review off of using more than one service. read more

Sam/SS Carpet is awesome!!! So, originally, I had a reservation with another local carpet cleaning company, Evergreen. On the scheduled day of the cleaning, one of their pumps broke. So, they were unable to perform the carpet cleaning. However, they contacted SS carpet cleaning on my behalf and they negotiated a deal with Sam that he would honor the price that they offered me. (Awesome customer service!) Sam from SS Carpet Cleaning not only honored the price that I negotiated with the other company, but he came out short notice and also did an excellent job. He is honest and hard-working and even taught me some tricks about spot cleaning my carpet. He was extremely thorough, really went above and beyond on both staircases, and the carpets look fantastic. I would highly recommend SS carpet cleaning to anybody looking for a carpet cleaner. Thanks Sam!!!! read more

Sam was amazing from the first time I spoke with him. I have a difficult schedule so he came out after his normal hours. What a difference it makes to have someone that cares about their career and have a passion for it like Sam does. His knowledge is extensive and he made quick work out our bedroom and hallway. If you like supporting locally owned business and great work call Sam! read more

Sam did a great job. He was quick, respectful, and I found out that he does repairs too. I would definitely use his services again.

Samuel was very professional and knowledgeable with his trade. He was up front with options but remained optimistic about the removal of the carpet stain. He also provided helpful tips on other carpet needs such as animal care. Highly recommend and will use him for future carpet care. read more

Great communication, on time, super fast, my carpets look great! Under an hour in and out, and super cheap. Everywhere else I looked wanted 150-200 for my 800 sq ft apt, and he was able to do it for 95! Will def be calling again! read more

Very happy and pleased in the service provided! Glad to help out a self employed business person. He is a very hard worker. He fixed an area of carpet that was ripped and I can't even tell where the "patch" is! We had a lot of pet stains and he did his very best to get them out. I knew the trouble area was not going to be perfect again but Sam got it looking really good. My house smells so much better. Thank you ! read more

I just had a great experience with a new business owner - Sam and his equally great counterpart, Dan. The service was informative, educational and professional. I was treated respectfully and they treated my home as if it were their own -- extra care like lifting floor lamps and wood items with Styrofoam blocks, plastic booties for my feet and overall kindness. The carpet looks great and the price was as quoted. I will call SS Carpet Cleaning & Restoration for my future carpet cleaning and am referring to my friends and business associates as well. read more

Sam agreed to our job on short notice, and showed up right on time. He was polite, considerate of our floors/furniture, and worked diligently. Having had other carpet cleaners in the past, I was hoping for a "pretty good" clean, since I know how hard it is to completely remove stains. That said, I was duly impressed. They look FANTASTIC. Sam's pricing was honest and fair. I will definitely hire him again! read more

Sam was awesome! Has a real eye for detail. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and what our options were for trouble areas. I highly recommend this carpet cleaning service. read more

Was the only person who would come out the same day. Explained everything and was thorough. He did a really nice job.

Professional, Honest and Courteous service. Called for my carpet to be stretched and Sam showed up and explained the situation of my carpet. He could have done a shoddy job and gone away with his money but he didn't. He advised for a 2nd recommendation. We ended letting him stretch and clean our church instead. Impeccable service. I'll ALWAYS have him back. Thank you again!. read more

Highly recommend using Sam to clean your carpets! He was very friendly and Honest about what to expect with getting them cleaned and more than reasonable on the pricing. We had another company out prior and they charged more and it didn't clean the carpets as well with the method they used. read more

I was quite disappointed that with all the good reviews that I did not receive great service. It seemed that he didn't want to continue to try and help me because it would be noticable and that I would end up leaving a bad review. I was glad he was honest enough to tell me he couldn't accomolish the task. Upon him checking my carpet he ended up pulling up the carpets in several rooms and just left them! I had to pay another company to fix that on top of everything else. Glad I was able to find someone to clean and repair my carpet with great results. read more

My carpets look new again! Sam does great work and takes the time to explain everything he is doing. No short cuts from him. Wow, just wow! Sam is so good at what he does, not only do my carpets look amazing, but I was able to communicate with him from Germany where my husband & I are stationed. Our renters had moved out & they left the place a stinky mess! Sam came the same day I called him, not only cleaned my carpets, but stretched the rugs back out. He kept me up to date on how things were going, even sent me several pictures so that I could see first hand! Heads up military families, this is YOUR go to guy, whether you are home, deployed or PCS'ed, I highly recommend his services, his prices are more than fair & he is meticulous! When I first called SS CARPET CLEANING & RESTORATION. It was truly by luck I desperately needed my mom's carpet shampooed right after her carpet was stretched today. By Home Depot I thought it just made sense since everything was already moved I might as well have it shampooed at the same time. I thought to myself. SS CARPET CLEANING They where the second person I called this morning. The first was with my normal carpet cleaner guy I was expecting just to leave a voicemail. My normal carpet cleaner guy was not able to come out today so My plan was just to call everybody in our area leave voicemails and then when everybody started opening up they would start calling me back and somebody had to of had an opening for me it would've been a quick in and out job even if it had to say it was an emergency basis. And pay a little extra. So I proceeded to start making my calls and he was the first one on yelp in my area I couldn't believe when He answer the phone on the second ring and it was so early in the morning it said on the website that he was closed at that time. along with everybody else because it was so early The work he did was amazing. Truly and I thought the gentleman that I had been going through for the last 10 years was good. when I first met him (sam) The owner I instantly knew by just looking into his eyes for some reason there was a kindness and comfortableness instantly I felt He was a very clean handsome young man. They say that look shouldn't matter on people that you do business with. But a lot of times it does because you want to feel comfortable with somebody in your home I am a Christian woman. I love going through family owned businesses. I have been going through the same gentleman on my carpet for 10 years. And I would've never left that Man in my home alone. Even after 10 years. I knew within five minutes on meeting Sam The owner that it was not a fake personality. He was not trying to Petray an image of being somebody else or act like something that he wasn't. A lot of people like to take advantage of me because I am a woman so they always think that they could overcharge. After he did my moms house I was so impressed and truly shocked by the price I asked him if he was free for the remainder of the day to come to my house which was five minutes away I had no intention of doing my house until I seen what a great job he did on my moms. I just truly felt like I needed to have my carpet done immediately. Because I wanted my house to look as clean as hers. So I asked him and he said yes that he was open for the remainder of the day Because in January/February are slow months for him. so he came And he worked on my house until 8 o'clock in the evening. He's a perfectionist that something I really liked. With my other carpet man. I've been working with just for him to go into my masters bedroom I would not have Felt comfortable with him in there alone so I would always stay in there with him. With Sam I gave him full control and access over my house without a blink in my eyes. I work at Costco for 16 years I came across a lot of people in my life. You could tell a lot about a person by their eyes and their appearance The sincerity the honesty. I instantly felt that connection with him. I will recommend him to anybody and everybody that I will ever meet for the remainder of my days That needs their carpet cleaned or stretched This Young gentleman that is starting everybody's American dream of owning there own business He's had told me he had worked for a carpet company before this And that his dream was to open up his own. He always thought the person he work for overcharge. rushing from one job to another job , just to make it on time to the next job. And he really wanted to give his full divided attention to each customer. And be able to give them the best customer service and the best quality work that he knew how to do. which is absolutely amazing He's a humble young man Full of life and energy with so much knowledge about carpets. I could not believe the cost it blew me away at first I thought he was miscalculating because my house is so big and then he told me it was accurate. It was so cheap I had to tip him more than I would normally tip my (NOW OLD ) carpet cleaner just because I felt like his job performance was so much more Worth than what he was charging me. It's weird as it is when you have a strange person in your home and they're looking at all of your pictures on your wall they get a sense on who you are. . and you know nothing about them. He shared a photo with me of his family. It just made me feel so much more comfortable when you know that there's a Real person standing in front of you with a real family rather than wondering is this person making up A Image that they just want you to believe. Who knows anymore the world has changed so much. But he is for real. And my carpet looks brand-new again. And so does my moms. And I'll let you know he also stretches carpets! read more

Sam was fantastic. If you are reading this - stop looking for another carpet cleaner. You've already found him. His prices are very fair and he was able to come out the next morning. Thanks Sam - we will definitely use your service again! read more
