Exceptional and consistent outstanding customer service and my carpet looks like new. I've used One Stop Cleaning for many years and highly strongly recommend. I've used other commercial cleaning companies and they are inconsistent and I need to tell them what needs to be done. Brent Dill owner is onsite and does not cut corners. Always very happy with his work. read more

Brent deserves every single one of his 5 star reviews. We've been relying on him for years to revive our nasty dog-stained, kid-spilled carpets back to life. And he is an absolute miracle worker. Every time I think that's it - we're going to have to get new carpet, I call him and he works absolute magic on them. He couldn't be a nicer, more professional guy either. I love that he's a local one-man operation. I don't have to worry about which random is going to show up at the door if I book with a larger operation. It's always Brent. Yay! I also appreciate that he has online booking. So convenient. I like the text reminders as well. Book an appointment with him, you won't regret it. read more

Brent arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, did a thorough job. This is the first time I have had somebody do a five-step cleaning on my carpets. I felt like I got a bargain. UPDATE: Used Brent again, he goes above and beyond every time. He performs magic on really dirty carpets. read more

What can I say that hasn't already been said? I was looking for a carpet cleaner and saw all these great reviews on Yelp. I went to their website to get more info, and I'm glad I did because they were running a special at that time and I was able to get my whole house (2 bedrooms and a living room) cleaned for a very reasonable price. My second bedroom had been the home of a roommate and her dog, and I'm not sure who made the bigger mess between the two of them, but after Go Green came out the carpets looked brand new! I actually was going to replace the carpet, but I figured I'd give cleaning a try and boy am I glad I did! I was able to get my whole house done for $400 cheaper than if I had replaced just the carpet in that room! The only issue I had was the dirty bedroom was still wet the day after they came out. I called them asking what I should do and they told me to crack the window, but if it didn't help quickly and if there was wicking (which, btw, means the stains start coming back) they would come out the next day to fix the issue. I ended up opening the window and the carpets were dry within a couple hours. It's good to know that they are willing to fix issues for you though! Well, that was a whole lotta rambling to say "yeah, my carpets turned out great". read more

Brent has cleaned our carpets twice now and he did an excellent job both times. Makes our carpets look brand new - was able to get out stains I wasn't sure would lift. Excellent service and really easy to work with as well - highly recommend! read more

We have used this company three times for carpet cleaning. Always excellent and above-and-beyond results!! He uses green products, has reasonable rates, easy booking, professional! I also like we are supporting an independently run company. Will continue to use for all our future carpet cleaning needs! read more

One Stop Cleaning went above and beyond cleaning the carpets of our newly purchased home before we moved in. The scheduling process was quick and user friendly with text confirmation and reminders. Before he started, he noticed residue marks in the carpet under the door frames and suggested having the duct system cleaned to avoid this happening again once the carpets were cleaned. His attention to detail, dedication and willingness to go over a couple areas twice really set him apart from other companies. The price was exactly the quote amount that I determined using his website. We will definitely be calling him next time we need carpet cleaning. read more

My new go-to cleaner!! Easy booking- I booked online! Email and phone confirmations were helpful Professional on the phone Easy to get into their schedule quickly Great communication Arrived promptly Explained process clearly and thoroughly, asking for my questions or concerns during a walk-through Brent the owner came to do the cleaning (had several of my carpets cleaned) and was very respectful, friendly, and professional. Made additional helpful recommendations since I have a cat (that were not soliciting more of his services; simply helping me out). At the end made sure I was happy and asked if I had any more questions or concerns. I will definitely be a repeat client with this business. Highly recommend. read more

These guys are miracle workers...need I say more?...yes, I do. Got an appointment within the week I called. Did the guys arrive when scheduled? No, they didn't...they actually called and asked if they could come earlier...uh, yeah! Did they complete their work in the time allotted. No, they didn't....they finished earlier. Were my carpets sparkling clean? Absolutely!...and I had some very challenging carpet issues. Our family room is the thoroughfare from our garage to the kitchen which left a wide swath of grimy grey on our beige carpet. I wasn't hoping for much, but Brent pre-treated the area, went to work on the other rooms, and by the time he came back and worked on the family room the grey landing strip magically disappeared. They use clean water extraction and their products are green - I noticed no chemical or flowery odors - just the smell of clean carpets. Here are a few helpful tips: 1. remove all the small and breakable items from your room. 2. the guys will not completely remove the furniture...they move and work around it as they go, then place plastic "coasters" under the legs of your items. 3. if you have area rugs that need cleaning, make sure you have a place to let them air dry 4. drying took a bit longer than anticipated...but it has a lot to do with the room temperature and humidity. Mine took about 6 hours to dry enough to walk on...but I am letting them dry overnight before replacing room items. 5. I wish I knew that they didn't vacuum first...I would have done a better job. 6. when you make your appointment, mention that you are a Yelper...they give Yelpies a discount I could not be more pleased with my clean carpets. Brent and Chris were courteous, answered all my questions, and were very meticulous in both cleaning my carpets and protecting my wooden floors. Should you call Go Green?...of course! Trust HeeBee...she's picky! read more

We used Go Green Carpet Cleaning to clean the carpets in a 3-story town home in the last year. When I first called them to have an idea of their process, they were very patient and willing to go through every detail, including the type of products they would use and how much time they would take (at each step). If you have pets, let them know so that they'll be prepared for that as well. I had also mentioned the Yelp deal, and they didn't bat an eye. Very easy to apply the discount, confirmed over the phone. The service itself was very quick and efficient. The tech asked to walk through the house and take a look at the carpets with me to identify any problem spots or slight stains. He pointed out a few small stains here and there, so that I was aware, and he got them out. I waited outside while he was cleaning, and it took about 45-1 hour to clean 3 bedrooms, 1 hallway, and 2 sets of stairs (I kept busy in the garden meanwhile :P). The carpet was then "raked" to separate the fibers to facilitate drying. He had even opened windows as he went so that the house would dry faster. The tech came out, we signed some papers, gave some estimates on drying time, and it was as easy as that! The next time I need carpet cleaning, I will look to these guys first :) read more

GO GREEN Carpet Cleaning did my house today, OMG... I am in shock.... My carpets look brand new... I mean I have had my carpets done before but they have never looked like this. WOW!!! Thanks Brent! www.nwgogreenservices.com Tell him I sent you! Brent was very professional, and timely I enjoyed talking with him and learning some new things about burber carpet that I did not know! Brent did a FANTASTIC job, 99% of the stains and crud on my carpet are GONE :) There was only one stain that he could not remove and it was white PAINT that had been spilled on my blue short pile carpet over a year ago, but it LOOKS BETTER! I'm also very happy with the smell of my house, coconut(?) it's wonderful, smells nice and clean again and not a harsh chemical smell like the other dudes! I'm also super happy with the dry time on the carpets, the are not sopping wet like I have had too deal with in the past with those OTHER carpet cleaners! PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, EXCELLENT JOB! Just got my carpets cleaned by Brent this morning and am very pleased with the end result. We have a 10 month old so am super high maintenance about keeping our house clean and am pretty picky in general. Yes have pity for my husband =). Called Brent after calling a couple of the other top Yelp recommended vendors and decided to go with him because: 1) Environmentally safe 2) His pricing was way easier to understand as it was by room vs. by sq ft. and he was very very reasonably priced 3) He was willing to put our furniture on lifts and get underneath as long as we emptied the dressers/bookshelves/etc.. beforehand so those items wouldn't be too heavy. 4) He was willing to give me a discount since I mentioned Yelp. 5) He sounded nice on the phone =) As promised he showed up on time and cleaned our 2600 sq ft. house at the price quoted. The only additions were due to my extra last min asks (cleaning an area rug), so no hidden costs which I appreciated. He was also willing to go over our baby's room a couple extra times since I was paranoid about having that room super clean. And when I asked him to do a couple extra things upstairs (even after he was downstairs and pretty much wrapped up) he was easy going and accommodating about my requests. There are no dings in our walls or baseboards and everything looks very professionally done. He left at around 1PM and it is 5PM now. The upstairs carpets (where he started first) are pretty much dry and there is no smell and everything looks spotless and clean. I did turn on some fans though and left all the windows open to keep the air circulated. I already have people in my neighborhood (Issaquah Highlands) stopping by and asking if I could recommend who I used as a carpet. I am happily distributing his cards and will definitely use him next year again! I also did appreciate that he recommended that I get my air ducts cleaned out since he noticed some dust accumulating around the base of furniture that is not often moved. We change out our filters every 6 months and get our house deep cleaned once a month but apparently having dust accumulate at the base of the furniture is an indicator that your air duct system needs to be cleaned. Now I know you are supposed to get them cleaned every 5 years. This was nice since he was recommending a service he doesn't offer but was just telling me since I have a baby and he thought I might want to know. All in all I am a very happy camper! read more

I decided to call Go Green after we had experienced some pet and deodorizer odors in a home we just rented. What I really liked about Go Green after researching others was the fact that they use green products and do a fresh water flush after cleaning to remove the products! I never understood why you would want to leave the shampoo or other items in your carpet after cleaning?! Amanda was great to work with regarding questions, concerns and scheduling! Brent (the owner) himself came to our place and really listened to the concerns. He formulated a game plan, put up the corner guards, floor protector and went at it. I happened to notice the steam coming off the water feed hose for the cleaner outside the house, so I know the water was piping hot, just as it should be! This was not a hurry up and get it done job, he took a lot of time to do it right! I am very happy with the level of service, Brent really does care about what will make you happy and will put in the effort to get the job done right. He definitely went the extra mile here as there were some tough issues to deal with! Would definitely recommend--without a doubt!!!!!!!!! You won't be disappointed with these guys! Colin read more

1) Carpet cleaning: We had about 10+ years worth of heavy traffic stain in our cream colored carpets, and it amazing how it looks after Brent cleaned them ! Even the problem spots that we've long given up on looked almost brand new. There was definitely no chemical smell afterwards, no strong odors even while he was cleaning. The carpets also dried within hours! 2) Service: Brent finished 8 areas in our home AND an old L-shped couch in a reasonable amount of time. He defininitely has a strong work ethic, and is professional in every way. Booking an appointment was easy and straightforward, he came in the house, gave us an estimate, and went to work- 3 hours later, we had clean carpets and a clean sofa ( which we decided to have him clean last minute) When I emailed him about some areas that I wanted him to touch up some more, he promptly responded within the same day, and made an appointment right away to address my concerns. excellent customer service. Definitely was refreshing to feel like youre dealing with people and not a big company when you have concerns. 3) Price- he was reasonable in his pricing, and does honest work. He stays true to his 30day satisfaction guarantee, no hassle booking, just an easy, simple process. Will definitely be going back to these guys for carpet cleaning! thanks! read more

OK so they have never cleaned my carpets but I made an appointment which was like having teeth pulled ~ it took forever the call quality was terrible! clicking noises, cutting out and a call center rep that was obviously not listening to my questions. the quoted price of over $150 to do my living room is beyond ridiculous!!! so now I am calling back to cancel and was told I needed to speak to a second representative ~ I have been on hold so far for over 7 1/2 minutes! about to hand up ~ go ahead show up at my house ~ I WON'T LET YOU IN AND I AM CERTAINLY NOT GOING TO PAY YOU! Brent was very professional and did an excellent job on our home in Brier. He was able to clean out stains that we thought for sure would not come out. The customer service and care that he gives each customer is truly deserving of a 5 star review. His pricing by number of areas you want done in the home is very competitive with no hidden costs. With a product, it's easy to find out what you want and find the best deal online, but for a service, the value is in the person who is performing the work. Brent cares about the work he does and stands behind his work 100% thus offering the 30 day warranty. The enviromentally safe products he uses receive the highest ratings. I would recommend Go Green to anyone and will refer my friends and family, read more

Brent has cleaned our carpets twice now and we have been very pleased. I love that he uses "green" products and the house doesn't smell chemical and gross after he's done. He is super friendly and prompt, and just did a lot of little nice touches that made the whole experience nicer. He texts before he arrives and when he leaves (I wasn't able to make it back in time to pay him and see him out and he said that wasn't a problem and could invoice me and secure the house on his way out). He tied up all our curtains and moved many items out of the way that we forgot to move or didn't realize we should move, asked us which rooms were most important to have dry first, accommodated our timeline, and was overall just great. Two small areas of critique: I did not realize the business name had been changed (formerly Go Green), so I had a bit of difficulty making contact to book our second appointment. I also did not receive prep instructions before our second appointment as I had with our first, which would have been a helpful reminder as I had to look up our original instructions. Bonus that they have online booking. Thanks Brent! read more

Go Green cleaned our carpets getting our townhouse ready for tenants, and I can't say enough about them. They did a great job, got rid of every single pet stain, and totally brought a 5 year old carpet back to life. They were super responsive with scheduling the move, on time with their appointment and in and out of our house super fast. These guys are on the speed dial for any carpet cleaning we do from now on. We've used other "green" companies before, but they did nowhere near the job Go Green did. The place looks great! read more

I chose this company based on the previous reviews and was satisfied overall. We had just bought a house and wanted the carpets cleaned before we moved in. Chris actually called the morning of our appointment to see if he could come early since he had finished the first job ahead of schedule. He is super friendly, goes over everything with you before he starts, and was always open to questions. The process was fairly quick (we had no furniture to move/work around) and the carpets really did look a lot better, despite being a cheaper, harder-to-clean material. He also applied a stain guard to our upstairs dining/living room and the hallways and stairs where there was already heavy traffic damage. This guard has held up to our pets (c: The only thing I was disappointed about was the fact he didn't use any of the magical fans they told me about. I was focused on doing other things and I didn't realize until after he left that the fans hadn't been used. It wasn't a big deal except we were trying to move in over the next few days and the carpet was still a little damp the next day. The company stands behind their 30 day guarantee and Chris mentioned several times he would come out and do any touch-ups after we moved in if we wanted. I just didn't end up having the time to schedule it. read more

Had my carpets cleaned in November 2014 and I was VERY pleased. Brent and his assistant arrived right on time, worked their way through my rooms in the order I requested, and left clean, fresh-smelling carpets behind in two hours flat. They were able to get several stubborn stains out and even dried the carpets before they left! They also put risers under some of my furniture to get the carpet around the feet clean. The cost was comparable to other cleaning companies I've used but the result was better. And my carpets were completely dry before bedtime. At the time I used them, they were offering a yelp deal which was $75 for $100 worth of cleaning. Keep your eyes peeled for it. These guys are worth it! read more

Used a Yelp deal and got two rooms plus a hallway cleaned. The carpet was kind of a wreck from the previous tenant and some of the stains couldn't be removed. Over all I would definitely use Go Green again - the only concern I had was now that room is musty all the time despite using fans and opening the windows after the cleaning like the guy recommended. The mustiness could be unrelated to the cleaning though so I'm still working on fixing that. read more

I saw the bad reviews about their call service and was hesitant to call Go Green, but based on my friend's recommendation I went ahead and did it. I got an immediate call back & scheduled a cleaning for two days later. On the scheduled day, I did NOT have to wait at home for hours because the carpet cleaner ("Joe") called my cell 20 minutes before arriving; I was able to leave work and meet him at my home. He was professional, efficient, friendly, and (most importantly) did a great job on the carpets. I was also happy with the price. Will definitely use again. read more

I had an issue when trying to book an appointment because of the call center Go Green uses to make sure they catch every call, regarding information about the services provided and how they priced the quote. Shortly thereafter (and after moving on to another company) I was contacted by Brent, the business's owner, who admitted that they were having issues with the call center, that it was doing more harm than good. Long story short, he wanted to correct the issue to improve my experience with Go Green, which he was able to do - he'll be coming here tomorrow to do the carpets in my new home. I have no doubt in his abilities to get my carpets clean, but I want to commend him on his effort to provide top tier customer service in the wake of a (typical) call center shortcoming. Also, the price is more than fair, especially when you include the discount they offer to Yelpers. I recommend calling Go Green first for your carpet cleaning jobs. read more

Brent is always on time and does a wonderful job! This is my second time using him and I will definitely be using him for good! I called them last year. What I love e the most is that they use eco, human friendly products. I didn't get a headache after they cleaned. Their fans are amazing; especially with unpredictable Seattle weather, is nice to have your carpet dry before the cleaners themselves leave. I believe the owner himself serviced our home. We were super satisfied with his business ethic. Originally we didn't plan to do our bonus room, but he gave us such a great reasonable rate that we went ahead and did it. also, our other bedrooms were really small. The furniture didn't leave much carpet to be cleaned so he didn't count each room as "1" area. Really fair and honest guy. I got stuck with using a groupon I bought 1 year ago, so we didn't use them this year, and we really regret it :/ We will always go with Go Green. read more

I second all of Juli-ann W.'s points! I had Go Green come out for a move-out clean that happened to fall on Memorial Day. Three other cleaning companies had already said they could do it, then later flaked out, so I was getting kind of nervous by the time I booked. Brent reassured me that they would never flake on me, and he completely came through. Arrived on time, did an absolutely beautiful job, no weird smells, and it was pretty much dry by evening. I would recommend them to anyone! read more

Wow!!! How things have changed! I'm very disappointed with One Stop. Someone was suppose to come out today between 9:30-11:30 and it is now 12:35! I have called twice and left messages with the receptionists who couldn't get through to the owner. I understand things happen and running late but to not call or return calls is unacceptable! We run a business and would never keep customers hanging. Very frustrated! read more

2nd Update: Wow, my carpets are still nice and clean. And still a great deal, ect. And now Brent came to my house and worked to fix the faucet issue. While the handle part will need to be replaced he was very upfront and genuine in wanting to make things right. He even worked hard to make the leak less then it was as a temp fix until he is able to find a suitable replacement. He even took pictures to make sure to get one that matches our decor. Very impressed in this company. They not only stand behind their cleaning they stand behind leaving your house just as it was before they came. Can't recommend this company enough. Update: While everything else we loved about them I have to at least temporarily move this down to a two. The facut that was used as the water supply for the cleaner is now broken. I have called and left a message with the manager. Here's hoping this is taken care of and fixed soon. Will update this review once it is. Very nice company to deal with. We just got done having Chris clean the carpets in the 2 bedrooms, hallway, living room/dining room, walk in closet and carpet runner. Took about 1.5 hours. Chris was very professional the whole way, even our dog was friendly towards him. He gave some good recommendations on how to keep our carpet in good shape. We left our condo while he was working and when we came back he had opened up our windows (with our permission) in order to air out the carpets and locked the door behind him. With their Yelp deal and easy to understand pricing the cost was reasonable. Their estimate was spot on (we added the carpet runner at the last minute). I like the idea of no harsh chemicals (especially due to our dog). When we came home our carpets were beautiful again (and we have cheap carpet). Even our dog was confused as to whether this was his house or not. :) Overall great company. Recommend people give them a chance, we will again the next time we need our carpets cleaned. And their business cards are pretty cool! read more

Brent is hands-down my favorite service provider. He's cleaned our nasty carpets at least 4 times over the last 7 years. Not only does he do THE. BEST. JOB. EVER. on my carpets riddled with dog barf, kid spills, and other unmentionables, he is professional, respectful, and thorough. His integrity and care is so unique in the service world, and I respect him greatly as a small business owner. I would work with Brent--that's how much I admire him and his work. read more

I called Go Green out of desperation. I live on a very woodsy lot and I have an active dog (let's call her Sheddy Muddy). Couple this with the fact that some rocket scientist of a home designer thought that light beige carpets throughout the house was a good idea. If you know me, you know I do things like this myself. I have a very expensive carpet cleaner (not RugDoctor) and it seemed to clean well. The problem was that by the time I finished my whole house (over the course of a week, after work), I needed to start over. After several months of constant cleaning I caved and did some research. I liked the reviews and they had a Yelp deal. I'm in! Brent was right on time and got to work immediately. I couldn't believe how clean he got my carpets. My dog leaves black marks on the carpet where ever she sleeps and they are gone. All the stains I couldn't get out with my home equipment...gone! He set up super powered fans as he finished each room. Most of the carpets were dry when he left. Probably the best thing though. He gave me a lot of tips for maintaining my carpet. He passed on the tip that instructions for the machines require the use of 2 or 3 times the amount of cleaner than is necessary, this leaves excess soap residue in the carpets, which attracts dirt. The next time I had to do a touch up ( I did mention that I have a dog?) I followed his advice and it WORKED! I couldn't possibly afford to have them out enough to keep my carpets perfect, but I plan on having them out twice a year for a really deep clean. If you don't have pets or small children you could probably get away with once a year. read more

Go Green and Brent live up to the Yelp hype. After researching Angie's List, Yelp and calling/emailing around, we decided to go with Go Green because of price, reviews, availability and the preference for a small owner run business. Brent was able to respond in a reasonable time. He was flexible when we added more work. He quoted the best price around and was able to honor the Yelp discount without purchasing the deal. He also gave us a reduction on the stain protection. It was 225 for 4 bedrooms, living room, dining room and stairs. Area rugs were 50 cents per sq ft and stain protection is 25 per sq ft. Brent was very timely to the appointment and work in a professional and efficient manner. He was very knowledgeable and pointed out things he noticed. We would recommend this outfit if you need and carpet or rugs cleaned. read more

I'm half and half on them? Customer service was great from the moment I called to the moment they left. It's the product I'm wondering about..... I was instantly grabbed by the "urine treatment process". Which of course is extra. I was moving into a new home the carpets were already pretty clean but the house reeked of urine. They did a good job! The major stains are gone but I still smell a strong smell of pet urine. That was my major point of calling a carpet cleaner out. read more
