What can I say that hasn't already been said? I was looking for a carpet cleaner and saw all these great reviews on Yelp. I went to their website to get more info, and I'm glad I did because they were running a special at that time and I was able to get my whole house (2 bedrooms and a living room) cleaned for a very reasonable price. My second bedroom had been the home of a roommate and her dog, and I'm not sure who made the bigger mess between the two of them, but after Go Green came out the carpets looked brand new! I actually was going to replace the carpet, but I figured I'd give cleaning a try and boy am I glad I did! I was able to get my whole house done for $400 cheaper than if I had replaced just the carpet in that room! The only issue I had was the dirty bedroom was still wet the day after they came out. I called them asking what I should do and they told me to crack the window, but if it didn't help quickly and if there was wicking (which, btw, means the stains start coming back) they would come out the next day to fix the issue. I ended up opening the window and the carpets were dry within a couple hours. It's good to know that they are willing to fix issues for you though! Brent has cleaned our carpets twice now and we have been very pleased. I love that he uses "green" products and the house doesn't smell chemical and gross after he's done. He is super friendly and prompt, and just did a lot of little nice touches that made the whole experience nicer. He texts before he arrives and when he leaves (I wasn't able to make it back in time to pay him and see him out and he said that wasn't a problem and could invoice me and secure the house on his way out). He tied up all our curtains and moved many items out of the way that we forgot to move or didn't realize we should move, asked us which rooms were most important to have dry first, accommodated our timeline, and was overall just great. Two small areas of critique: I did not realize the business name had been changed (formerly Go Green), so I had a bit of difficulty making contact to book our second appointment. These guys are miracle workers...need I say more?...yes, I do. Got an appointment within the week I called. Did the guys arrive when scheduled? No, they didn't...they actually called and asked if they could come earlier...uh, yeah! Did they complete their work in the time allotted. No, they didn't....they finished earlier. Were my carpets sparkling clean? Absolutely!...and I had some very challenging carpet issues. Our family room is the thoroughfare from our garage to the kitchen which left a wide swath of grimy grey on our beige carpet. I wasn't hoping for much, but Brent pre-treated the area, went to work on the other rooms, and by the time he came back and worked on the family room the grey landing strip magically disappeared. They use clean water extraction and their products are green - I noticed no chemical or flowery odors - just the smell of clean carpets. Here are a few helpful tips: 1. remove all the small and breakable items from your room. 2. the guys will not completely remove the furniture...they move and work around it as they go, then place plastic "coasters" under the legs of your items. 3. if you have area rugs that need cleaning, make sure you have a place to let them air dry 4. drying took a bit longer than anticipated...but it has a lot to do with the room temperature and humidity. Mine took about 6 hours to dry enough to walk on...but I am letting them dry overnight before replacing room items. 5. I wish I knew that they didn't vacuum first...I would have done a better job. 6. when you make your appointment, mention that you are a Yelper...they give Yelpies a discount I could not be more pleased with my clean carpets. Brent and Chris were courteous, answered all my questions, and were very meticulous in both cleaning my carpets and protecting my wooden floors. Should you call Go Green?...of course! We used Go Green Carpet Cleaning to clean the carpets in a 3-story town home in the last year. When I first called them to have an idea of their process, they were very patient and willing to go through every detail, including the type of products they would use and how much time they would take (at each step). If you have pets, let them know so that they'll be prepared for that as well. I had also mentioned the Yelp deal, and they didn't bat an eye. Very easy to apply the discount, confirmed over the phone. The service itself was very quick and efficient. The tech asked to walk through the house and take a look at the carpets with me to identify any problem spots or slight stains. He pointed out a few small stains here and there, so that I was aware, and he got them out. I waited outside while he was cleaning, and it took about 45-1 hour to clean 3 bedrooms, 1 hallway, and 2 sets of stairs (I kept busy in the garden meanwhile :P). The carpet was then "raked" to separate the fibers to facilitate drying. He had even opened windows as he went so that the house would dry faster. I decided to call Go Green after we had experienced some pet and deodorizer odors in a home we just rented. What I really liked about Go Green after researching others was the fact that they use green products and do a fresh water flush after cleaning to remove the products! I never understood why you would want to leave the shampoo or other items in your carpet after cleaning?! Amanda was great to work with regarding questions, concerns and scheduling! Just got my carpets cleaned by Brent this morning and am very pleased with the end result. We have a 10 month old so am super high maintenance about keeping our house clean and am pretty picky in general. Yes have pity for my husband =). Called Brent after calling a couple of the other top Yelp recommended vendors and decided to go with him because: 1) Environmentally safe 2) His pricing was way easier to understand as it was by room vs. by sq ft. and he was very very reasonably priced 3) He was willing to put our furniture on lifts and get underneath as long as we emptied the dressers/bookshelves/etc.. beforehand so those items wouldn't be too heavy. 4) He was willing to give me a discount since I mentioned Yelp. 5) He sounded nice on the phone =) As promised he showed up on time and cleaned our 2600 sq ft. house at the price quoted. The only additions were due to my extra last min asks (cleaning an area rug), so no hidden costs which I appreciated. He was also willing to go over our baby's room a couple extra times since I was paranoid about having that room super clean. And when I asked him to do a couple extra things upstairs (even after he was downstairs and pretty much wrapped up) he was easy going and accommodating about my requests. There are no dings in our walls or baseboards and everything looks very professionally done. He left at around 1PM and it is 5PM now. The upstairs carpets (where he started first) are pretty much dry and there is no smell and everything looks spotless and clean. I did turn on some fans though and left all the windows open to keep the air circulated. I already have people in my neighborhood (Issaquah Highlands) stopping by and asking if I could recommend who I used as a carpet. I am happily distributing his cards and will definitely use him next year again! I also did appreciate that he recommended that I get my air ducts cleaned out since he noticed some dust accumulating around the base of furniture that is not often moved. We change out our filters every 6 months and get our house deep cleaned once a month but apparently having dust accumulate at the base of the furniture is an indicator that your air duct system needs to be cleaned. Now I know you are supposed to get them cleaned every 5 years. I chose this company based on the previous reviews and was satisfied overall. We had just bought a house and wanted the carpets cleaned before we moved in. Chris actually called the morning of our appointment to see if he could come early since he had finished the first job ahead of schedule. He is super friendly, goes over everything with you before he starts, and was always open to questions. The process was fairly quick (we had no furniture to move/work around) and the carpets really did look a lot better, despite being a cheaper, harder-to-clean material. He also applied a stain guard to our upstairs dining/living room and the hallways and stairs where there was already heavy traffic damage. This guard has held up to our pets (c: The only thing I was disappointed about was the fact he didn't use any of the magical fans they told me about. I was focused on doing other things and I didn't realize until after he left that the fans hadn't been used. It wasn't a big deal except we were trying to move in over the next few days and the carpet was still a little damp the next day. Had my carpets cleaned in November 2014 and I was VERY pleased. Brent and his assistant arrived right on time, worked their way through my rooms in the order I requested, and left clean, fresh-smelling carpets behind in two hours flat. They were able to get several stubborn stains out and even dried the carpets before they left! They also put risers under some of my furniture to get the carpet around the feet clean. The cost was comparable to other cleaning companies I've used but the result was better. And my carpets were completely dry before bedtime. Used a Yelp deal and got two rooms plus a hallway cleaned. The carpet was kind of a wreck from the previous tenant and some of the stains couldn't be removed. Over all I would definitely use Go Green again - the only concern I had was now that room is musty all the time despite using fans and opening the windows after the cleaning like the guy recommended. The mustiness could be unrelated to the cleaning though so I'm still working on fixing that. read more

I had an issue when trying to book an appointment because of the call center Go Green uses to make sure they catch every call, regarding information about the services provided and how they priced the quote. Shortly thereafter (and after moving on to another company) I was contacted by Brent, the business's owner, who admitted that they were having issues with the call center, that it was doing more harm than good. Long story short, he wanted to correct the issue to improve my experience with Go Green, which he was able to do - he'll be coming here tomorrow to do the carpets in my new home. I have no doubt in his abilities to get my carpets clean, but I want to commend him on his effort to provide top tier customer service in the wake of a (typical) call center shortcoming. Also, the price is more than fair, especially when you include the discount they offer to Yelpers. I recommend calling Go Green first for your carpet cleaning jobs. read more

I called them last year. What I love e the most is that they use eco, human friendly products. I didn't get a headache after they cleaned. Their fans are amazing; especially with unpredictable Seattle weather, is nice to have your carpet dry before the cleaners themselves leave. I believe the owner himself serviced our home. We were super satisfied with his business ethic. Originally we didn't plan to do our bonus room, but he gave us such a great reasonable rate that we went ahead and did it. also, our other bedrooms were really small. The furniture didn't leave much carpet to be cleaned so he didn't count each room as "1" area. Really fair and honest guy. We are big fans of this carpet cleaning service. We had tried a couple other companies. The first cleaned fine but arrived nine hours late, assuring me all day that they were 20 minutes away, so I couldn't leave the house. The second left our carpets smelling strongly of harsh chemicals, which worried me. Brent's company has always been super reliable about scheduling, sometimes even checking if it's OK to arrive early, and they do a beautiful job. They were also very courteous when they cleaned after the death of our dog from a disease that broke his housetraining. The carpets were hideous, but Brent and co couldn't have been nicer, and didn't judge, but just got to work. They are upfront with pricing too. We feel very comfortable with them in our house now and look forward to using them again. read more

2nd Update: Wow, my carpets are still nice and clean. And still a great deal, ect. And now Brent came to my house and worked to fix the faucet issue. While the handle part will need to be replaced he was very upfront and genuine in wanting to make things right. He even worked hard to make the leak less then it was as a temp fix until he is able to find a suitable replacement. He even took pictures to make sure to get one that matches our decor. Very impressed in this company. They not only stand behind their cleaning they stand behind leaving your house just as it was before they came. Can't recommend this company enough. Update: While everything else we loved about them I have to at least temporarily move this down to a two. The facut that was used as the water supply for the cleaner is now broken. I have called and left a message with the manager. Here's hoping this is taken care of and fixed soon. Will update this review once it is. Very nice company to deal with. We just got done having Chris clean the carpets in the 2 bedrooms, hallway, living room/dining room, walk in closet and carpet runner. Took about 1.5 hours. Chris was very professional the whole way, even our dog was friendly towards him. He gave some good recommendations on how to keep our carpet in good shape. We left our condo while he was working and when we came back he had opened up our windows (with our permission) in order to air out the carpets and locked the door behind him. With their Yelp deal and easy to understand pricing the cost was reasonable. Their estimate was spot on (we added the carpet runner at the last minute). I like the idea of no harsh chemicals (especially due to our dog). When we came home our carpets were beautiful again (and we have cheap carpet). Even our dog was confused as to whether this was his house or not. :) Overall great company. Recommend people give them a chance, we will again the next time we need our carpets cleaned. I called Go Green out of desperation. I live on a very woodsy lot and I have an active dog (let's call her Sheddy Muddy). Couple this with the fact that some rocket scientist of a home designer thought that light beige carpets throughout the house was a good idea. If you know me, you know I do things like this myself. I have a very expensive carpet cleaner (not RugDoctor) and it seemed to clean well. The problem was that by the time I finished my whole house (over the course of a week, after work), I needed to start over. After several months of constant cleaning I caved and did some research. I liked the reviews and they had a Yelp deal. I'm in! Brent was right on time and got to work immediately. I couldn't believe how clean he got my carpets. My dog leaves black marks on the carpet where ever she sleeps and they are gone. All the stains I couldn't get out with my home equipment...gone! He set up super powered fans as he finished each room. Most of the carpets were dry when he left. Probably the best thing though. He gave me a lot of tips for maintaining my carpet. He passed on the tip that instructions for the machines require the use of 2 or 3 times the amount of cleaner than is necessary, this leaves excess soap residue in the carpets, which attracts dirt. The next time I had to do a touch up ( I did mention that I have a dog?) I followed his advice and it WORKED! I couldn't possibly afford to have them out enough to keep my carpets perfect, but I plan on having them out twice a year for a really deep clean. If you don't have pets or small children you could probably get away with once a year. read more
