Amazing service from start to finish. Steve responded to my inquiry for a whole house carpet cleaning right away and had an appointment booked for 3 days later. He showed up promptly on time and got right to work. Price charged was exactly as quoted and price was very reasonable for cleaning the entire house. Carpets look amazing after not being cleaned for almost 4 years. Would definitely recommend and use again. read more

Snohomish Carpet Cleaning - Nice clean carpet once again. I have a dog with short hairs and he got them all out! Looks brand new! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Snohomish, Washington

Steve was responsive and did such a great job. After the last gentleman we used for 20 years to clean our carpets retired, we were nervous about what to expect. He got several stains out from"older" pet issues and you'd never know a pet was in the house. Plus, the water extraction was excellent and the carpet dried quickly. We are new customers for the long haul. Thanks for the great work. read more

Our aging shepherd has been having GI issues and sped up the need for our carpets to be cleaned... I remembered our neighbor had just had their home done and they highly recommended Snohomish Carpet Cleaning. I was beyond pleased with the level of attention to details Michael used in prepping the stained areas and cleaning all of the carpets. Then when I thought it couldn't get any better, Michael applied incredible professionalism and human compassion, he helped me do the preliminary cleaning of the garage floors. He did not have to do this but he went the extra mile to help our family get some much needed time to breathe and come together in a very stressful period. I certainly recommend their services and their prices make them stand out in a very positive way. Bottom line, give them a try and you will be very happy you did. read more

I called and spoke with Steve Merritt about a small room that had some smelly stains that penetrated the carpet and pad. Steve advised me to remove and replace the carpet and pad instead of cleaning. I feel he gave me the right advice. Steve said it's best to replace the carpet than always have to chase bad smells. He was right. I highly recommend this business as they give clear, objective advice. read more

I recently took advantage of their $89 for 2 rooms val-pak coupon special for my mother's carpets. The employee, Mike, showed up right on time and took less than an hour to do 2 rooms & a hallway. Because the person on the phone quoted me $10 for the hall, Mike had no problem honoring that. Good job on the carpets and the environmentally (and pet) safe cleaner smells really good! I enjoyed tipping him well :-) We'll be calling again soon to have our whole house done! read more

I have used this company for years, and usually extremely satisfied. However, today the job seemed "rushed" and the stains I pointed out are still there. I initially questioned the final price, but I understand the initial quote was just an "estimate", and I paid the higher amount . The cleaner was in and out in 1 hour. In the past they spent at least 2 hours. Must have been a bad day. read more

These guys did a fabulous job on my stained carpets. We have a dog that has bowel issues and on ocassion goes on the carpet. I never thought the stains would come out but they did and my 10 year old carpets look brand new. Plus they use environmentally friendly products that are safe for kids and animals. Will use them time and again. read more

Last cleaned before I bought the house 4 years ago, I felt it was time for a maintenance cleaning. The carpet wasn't in particularly bad shape, but it was time to take care of those handful of stains and built up grime that slowly accumulates. I was skeptical of the onslaught of various daily deal sites offering super cheap cleaning for a limited amount of square footage that also have no listings on Yelp. I figure their goal is to just get in your house so they can rack up the additional charges beyond what the coupon covers. Anyhow, I got a flyer in one of those ad-packs for this place so I called for the promised free estimate. I described what I had, and they offered a reasonable all-inclusive estimate (not a guaranteed price, it's an estimate), and I decided to go with it. He was able to book me a slot within a couple days. On service day, Steve showed up promptly at the promised time, did a walk-through, and got to work for a solid three hours. Keeping in mind things weren't too bad to start with, but everything came out looking great in the end. All the spots were gone, the stairs and hallway with the most traffic looked like years were taken off. In the end there isn't much to say about a carpet cleaning company. Either your carpets come out clean for a fair price as you would expect, or you pretty much got scammed. Snohomish Carpet Cleaning did what they were expected. My one minor beef was that there was an upcharge to clean the stairs that was never mentioned during the phone estimate conversation. You'd think that would be a pretty standard question to ask when giving an estimate. Other than that, everything was billed as quoted on the phone. Overall, I'm happy with the outcome. My carpet is soft, clean and fluffy like it hasn't been in a long time. It's an odd pleasure to walk around barefoot soaking it all in. I would have no hesitation in using them again in a few years when it's that time again. read more
