Upon arrival, he was super chill and flexible with simply cleaning the carpet alone. The cleaning itself has made a night and day difference in not just my room's appearance, but how I feel walking around it. Grime spots and dark stains disappeared, and hard spots with gunk that had dried onto the carpet vanished as well. That said, I'm unfortunately pretty disappointed with the actual service. When scheduling, I specifically explained that I was looking for a deep cleaning of the carpeted stairs and hallways. I also asked beforehand whether furniture could be moved and was told that it could be. Once he arrived, however, moving the furniture was never mentioned again, and I probably should have spoken up about it at the time. What surprised me most was the cleaning process itself. He used a hand vacuum, sprayed the carpets with cleaning solutions from spray bottles, then went over them with what appeared to be a standard Shark vacuum and another machine that, as far as I could tell, didn't use water or perform the type of extraction/deep cleaning I was expecting. The entire service took less than an hour and cost $180. To his credit, the carpets did smell better afterward, and he was very nice throughout the visit. He even recognized my screen name and jokingly mentioned that he'd wondered what kind of customer I might be...which was actually pretty funny. Thankfully, I promise I'm less terrifying in person. But ultimately, my family and I weren't happy with the final result. For $180 and a service described as a deep clean, I expected a noticeably deeper level of carpet cleaning than what we received. Instead, I was left with the unfortunate feeling that I could have rented a carpet-cleaning machine and achieved a more thorough result myself for considerably less money. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, especially when the person providing the service was genuinely nice. But friendliness and results are two different things. They came out, gave us a free evaluation and determined not so much a leak from a pipe but more from the bathtub wall on the other side, water running down and flowing through the path of least resistance. Older house, bath tile on dry wall etc. Well we decided just to do the whole bathroom to be sure and it came out nice! They not only determined the area of leakage, but found and pointed out issues and flaws from the original build and fixed them. They do excellent work, great customer service. They don't up sell and are very professional. Clean up was great and they even carpet cleaned the traffic area they walked through after the job. Then come to find they do so much more.
