Tula's team did a phenomenal job cleaning our townhouse on short notice. We booked a regular service ahead of house sitters coming to stay for a month, and were impressed with how spotless everything was when the team was finished. Great attention to detail and super efficient time-wise. I should also mention that it's been really easy to communicate with Tula and schedule appointments - she is great and super responsive! We are now hiring Tula's team to do a move-out cleaning at the end of the month, and look forward to supporting her small local business in our new home once we move!

I specifically wanted some deep cleaning of my appliances and some baseboards throughout the house which I moved into, that wasn't cleaned before. Got an appointment set up and the cleaners came. They spent about 1.5 hours getting everything done which seemed super quick to me. That included cleaning my bathroom, baseboards, laundry machines, dishwasher, oven, toaster oven, sinks, kitchen, and living room (including vacuuming and mopping). They were so fast and efficient. The rates are super affordable ($50/hr per person) and I ended up paying around $230 for everything. Overall, I definitely recommend this company for any cleaning services. They exceeded my expectations in terms of how clean my appliances are. I appreciate that they listened and took care of everything I mentioned. I will be using them again in the future for any cleaning needs.

We switched to Dazzle this summer after having worked with another local company, who we were super…read morehappy with but having scheduling difficulties with. We have been so, so happy we switched. Communication is a breeze--the one time something was missed, they sent someone out to address it the next day. I thought our house was clean with our previous cleaners, but it's clear to me how much cleaner it is with Dazzle. Kai has been our cleaner for most of our sessions, and has done a FANTASTIC job--it feels amazing to come home after they clean. Everything is pristine. One of the great things about Dazzle is the consistently between cleaners. With our old cleaners, we hated when we had to have a new cleaner--there always seemed to be a few sessions where the house didn't get as clean until they got into their groove. With Dazzle, I can honestly say we can't tell the difference between cleaners--the house is sparkling every time. What we do very much appreciate is the friendliness and flexibility of the staff. Dazzle is on the higher end in terms of cost of the agencies we looked at, which is part of why we initially went with another cleaner. Now that we're clients, we can say we appreciate that they pay their cleaners better, have higher retention rates, and seem to very much are about their cleaners' well-being (for example, reaching out about air conditioning options during the heat wave). We feel good about paying a higher price if that means the cleaners have a better job--AND we can confidently say we get a higher quality clean than we did before.

I have Quality Cleaning come in every other week to do a deep clean and I'm extremely please with the results. All of the cleaning products they use are non toxic and pet friendly. I have a lot of stainless steel appliances that get water marks if not cleaned, and they do an amazing job making them polished and shine. Erica is very friendly and does an amazing job handling my 4 month old puppy and is very efficient with the Quality Cleaning standard cleaning list. Occasionally, I have an annual cleaning list on top of the standard one that I request (ie: cleaning the inside of the oven, wiping down the inside of your fridge-just let them know) and they've been able to go above and beyond my expectations. Whenever I have a cleaning question Erica always seems to know the answer to my problems. For example, one time Erica noticed that my shower curtains were starting to have that tint of pink algae growing and instead of throwing it out and getting a new one, she suggested that I use vinegar and put it in the washing machine instead of bleach. The shower curtain came out looking brand new!! My home is new construction and it feels great to maintain that new house feel thanks to Erica and Quality Cleaning!

I don't really like the idea of writing a review for a service I didn't end up using, but I had a…read morepretty terrible customer service experience with this company. It had been a long time since my apartment had been cleaned. The bathroom needed a serious scrubbing and the carpet had a lot of dog hair (because my dog's hair murdered my vacuum). I filled out a form with Seattle Cleaning Service for a quote, and let them know that my place was not in great shape. It would take a lot of work. I let them know where the problem areas were, and I asked them if there was anything they didn't do as a service. I received this response: "yes there is plenty we won't do when you consider we get paid 42 to 45 hr to clean homes that are very clean to begin with. Sounds like the carpet needs ripped out. how gross is the bathroom...is the tub brown? ---------- Sent from my Verizon Wireless mobile phone" Now, I don't mind that they asked if my bathtub was brown (which it isn't) or that they think the carpet needs to be ripped out (which it doesn't). There are three things that really bother me with this email: 1) If you are sending an email to a potential customer, show some respect by capitalizing your sentences and sending it from a real email address, not a mobile phone. Especially if you plan on being borderline rude. 2) I feel like this shows considerable disrespect to their current customer base. It basically says they believe the work they do isn't hard. 3) They charge by the hour. Whether my apartment is clean or dirty has nothing to do with that. If it's dirtier you stay longer, and get paid more. It's hourly. They're a cleaning service that doesn't clean dirty houses and sends terse emails that are borderline rude that show little respect to potential business. I ended up going with another cleaning service that did a fantastic job in little time, and didn't once complain that my apartment was dirtier than the houses they usually clean. Also, they didn't rip out my carpet, and they emailed me professionally AND called me. I may delete this review in the future since I'm not wild about being the "first to review," but for now I think they deserve it. Terrible customer service, and disrespectful of the work they do for their own customers.

I recently hired Domini cleaning service, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing…read moreexperience. The rate communication was confusing from the start. Over the phone, I was quoted $60 per hour, but I was never told that rate applied per cleaner. A couple of days before the appointment, the cleaner sent a very long text--my fault for not reading it carefully--which mentioned $60 per hour per cleaner. That is a big difference from what I initially understood. When I asked how many cleaners would be coming for my small, already mostly clean house, the cleaner insisted on sending three people. On top of that, they charged an additional $50 travel fee, which I've never encountered with other cleaning services (and they were only traveling from Shoreline to Bellevue). The worst part is that when the three cleaners arrived, only two of them seemed to be working. The third person spent most of the two hours doing almost nothing--mopping one small area and randomly sweeping walls and furniture with a feather mop for far too long. This felt like a tactic to inflate the cost by counting him as a third cleaner, without him actually contributing. After two hours, the house still wasn't fully cleaned. There was dirt left in the oven drawer, some drawers and the fridge weren't wiped properly, and one of the toilets was still unclean. It was extremely frustrating to pay such a high rate for an incomplete job. Overall: - Very high rates once you realize it's per cleaner, per hour. - Unclear communication of pricing (you must read the fine print carefully). - Extra travel fee that seemed unnecessary. - Unsatisfactory cleaning results, despite paying for three cleaners. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. If you do consider them, read every detail thoroughly--otherwise, you may end up with a huge bill for very little work.
