After purchasing a home, I've had Erica clean my place for the past couple months and she does an amazing job! I have Quality Cleaning come in every other week to do a deep clean and I'm extremely please with the results. All of the cleaning products they use are non toxic and pet friendly. I have a lot of stainless steel appliances that get water marks if not cleaned, and they do an amazing job making them polished and shine. Erica is very friendly and does an amazing job handling my 4 month old puppy and is very efficient with the Quality Cleaning standard cleaning list. Occasionally, I have an annual cleaning list on top of the standard one that I request (ie: cleaning the inside of the oven, wiping down the inside of your fridge-just let them know) and they've been able to go above and beyond my expectations. Whenever I have a cleaning question Erica always seems to know the answer to my problems. For example, one time Erica noticed that my shower curtains were starting to have that tint of pink algae growing and instead of throwing it out and getting a new one, she suggested that I use vinegar and put it in the washing machine instead of bleach. The shower curtain came out looking brand new!! My home is new construction and it feels great to maintain that new house feel thanks to Erica and Quality Cleaning! read more

The owner and I went back and forth after I was billed. The owner said that she felt that what occurred was completely unacceptable, and that normally her staff tells her when things like this occur. The owner refunded me back what my landlords took out of my deposit. I made four stars because of the great follow up service. read more

I've had a great experience over the past 2-3 years with Quality Cleaning Etc., Tamara is very responsive and her staff is great at what they do. I originally hired help from Quality Cleaning while moving out of a condo to assist with a deep cleaning of the place, and the work was spectacular and met all my expectations here. After the move, I actually setup cleaning every 2 weeks; they arrive on Friday mornings and do an excellent work. There's a team of 2-3 folks who handle the cleaning, allowing them to get the entire place done very efficiently. I'm located in a downtown Seattle condominium building, having the cleaning team already in the building for other clients helps as well. Would recommend that you try the service for sure. read more

I was moving out of my apartment and found I was running out of time to do a good cleaning job. I called around to several places after looking at yelp. Quality Cleaning Ect. only had 2 reviews at the time but both of them were 5 star rated. I talked to Tamara and had a good feeling about their company. It was very short notice and the end of the month but Tamara worked Joell in to the schedule to be there in three days time. Joell was prompt, courteous, a pleasure to talk to and most importantly very thorough in cleaning the apartment. I was very pleased at the job he did on the place. I highly recommend this company. I recently had the "deep clean" service done at my home. I was tremendously pleased with the quality of the work and the attention to detail. There were two cleaners that did the magic... The team was able to get done in a day what would likely take me a week! They were really focused and and on top of it. I have enjoyed using the services of Quality Cleaning Etc for the last 2+ years. I live in a condo with many special need surfaces: wood, granite, stainless steel, stone, glass. They keep a profile of me and my needs and have done an excellent job of cleaning everything. Tamara and her staff are very reliable and consistent. I like having the same cleaning person every week. They are very willing to help with the tough jobs. About twice a year, they do a deep clean including washing the inside windows, dusting the walls, cleaning out the fridge, etc. The weekly cleanings are great and I love having a totally clean place. We moved out of our rental and scheduled for a move-out cleaning for the day after we left. Mary gave us a quote for ranging from 6-9 hours, and when we got the bill it was for 14 hours. After I complained she reduced it to 13 hours, but we didn't get a phone call or any sort of acknowledgement that the time was so much higher than the estimate until the credit card was charged. Frankly, had I known, I would have not used the service - our place was not that clean when we moved in and it wasn't worth the extra work. I'm sure the cleaners did a good job but I feel like a made a mistake hiring move-out cleaners, largely because of the disparity of the quote vs. the end price. read more

After trying to work with someone through a reference (was told this other person wouldn't work on the west side) and asking that person for a reference (no response), I found Tamara on Yelp. She was incredibly responsive, timely, friendly and helpful. I couldn't believe how quickly she responded. I was asking for help at the last minute and she was able to work things around to make it work for me (and, I kept changing things on her and she jumped each time to make it work). She was so professional and helpful, it was wonderful and removed a lot of stress from a very busy week for me. Jennifer cleaned my place and she was really nice and professional. I felt very comfortable leaving her in my home. She did a nice job with the cleaning, which was much needed! The price was reasonable and I just felt the whole experience was wonderful.
