Tula's team did a phenomenal job cleaning our townhouse on short notice. We booked a regular service ahead of house sitters coming to stay for a month, and were impressed with how spotless everything was when the team was finished. Great attention to detail and super efficient time-wise. I should also mention that it's been really easy to communicate with Tula and schedule appointments - she is great and super responsive! We are now hiring Tula's team to do a move-out cleaning at the end of the month, and look forward to supporting her small local business in our new home once we move!

I specifically wanted some deep cleaning of my appliances and some baseboards throughout the house which I moved into, that wasn't cleaned before. Got an appointment set up and the cleaners came. They spent about 1.5 hours getting everything done which seemed super quick to me. That included cleaning my bathroom, baseboards, laundry machines, dishwasher, oven, toaster oven, sinks, kitchen, and living room (including vacuuming and mopping). They were so fast and efficient. The rates are super affordable ($50/hr per person) and I ended up paying around $230 for everything. Overall, I definitely recommend this company for any cleaning services. They exceeded my expectations in terms of how clean my appliances are. I appreciate that they listened and took care of everything I mentioned. I will be using them again in the future for any cleaning needs.

The cleaners are always prompt and show up right on time, which I really appreciate. They're also very thorough. One of the biggest conveniences for me is how easy it is to reschedule if something comes up. Overall, this is a very reliable cleaning service that I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for consistent, high-quality cleaning.

Benni's team generally did a great job cleaning our house, and the one time it wasn't great, she…read moreresponded quickly and was interested in finding a solution. Cleaning is not the problem. There were 3 scheduling issues over a few month period. This was terribly inconvenient as my partner works from home and needs to leave during the scheduled time. There are always apologies from Benni, and she tries to find a quick solution. So far, none of this is overly problematic, just inconvenient, but really no big deal. The problem came when I said that if she couldn't find a time early this week to come and clean, I was going to look for another cleaner. It wasn't emotional, just clear boundaries, since the scheduling snafus are a drag. When I sent an email asking if she had been able to find a cleaner for early this week, looking for a simple yes or no answer, I received a six paragraph email back about how my house was so hard to clean, there was never enough time, we cook too much, there is too much stuff on the counters, the cat box pellets and cow rug are a challenge, on and on about all the things problematic about cleaning my home. Then said she didn't want to clean my house anyway and said that another cleaner should have a "crack at it." It was very strange and VERY unprofessional. When I mentioned this to her, she wrote back telling me I was mean, she was "full up on mean" and later said, "But you maybe should reflect on whether house cleaning is the problem you're having." Putting her emotional outburst back on me like it's my problem! Benni made a request for scheduling into something very personal. I get that people have a bad day, but this was over the top. I'm writing to let you know this is a possibility if you work with Benni. We went from a normal cleaning relationship to this personal attack when I set a boundary around clear reliable scheduling for cleaning services.

We started with April Lane when she cleaned on her own. We continued as she developed her business, and we've been with her for well over 30 years now. That should tell you everything. Currently Alex is cleaning for us, both for the full house cleaning and the assistance with chores every week. She is exceptional, and I can't say enough about how much she's made our life easier. Besides her competence, she is a true pleasure to work with. What more can I say? Some services may be cheaper; however, we feel good about the high level of expertise and the fact that they vet new cleaners very carefully.

The office is very responsive to any of your needs and they do it with a smile. This company is simply the best there is in Seattle. As for the cleaning quality, I'd say it was about 95% there but not perfection (I suppose nothing ever is perfect). A couple spots could have used more attention but it wasn't worth revisiting (and they did remove some nasty, really hard to remove stains that we'd been unable to remove ourselves). I'd recommend.
