Recently built a log home and purchased all flooring from Floor and Decor. Great experience! Currently, we are finishing a space over the garage and found ourselves shopping again for flooring. Wyatt at the Arvada store was so helpful -- knowledgeable and attentive in helping us understand the many LVF options. Thanks Wyatt!! We appreciate you! read more

Wyatt really set us up with everything we would need for our project. He thought of every detail and was very patient with us as we decided among options. He was also very knowledgeable of the products. read more

We came in looking for a product that was in stock on the website when we got there it was not on the shelf Justin was very helpful to stop and come help us, he went right in the back found what we were wanting and gave it right to us. made our trip so much easier and worth it as we come from far cross town. Then at the register Chip was very friendly courteous and helpful. Nice to have a wonderful experience. read more

Me and my family came in with some ideas but we weren't quite sure what we wanted. The first associate that we worked with was Jen. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, she had great insight on the slate that we were looking for. She also called over Connie, who I believe is a designer and she was also very friendly and was able to grasp the vision of what my wife wanted. Over all we had a great customer service experience. When we finally decide what we want, we will def purchase our materials here. Floor & Decor did a great job at hiring these two ladies! read more

Was in today to buy some more materials for a project we are working on and to return unused/unopened materials left over from a previous project. Kaetlyn was working at the register and was nothing short of rude and belittling. We were in yesterday and talked to a different person at checkout who told us that we could bring back the unused materials for store credit ( even though it had been over 90 days because the materials were still being sold at the store) and because we had to get our trailer to pick up materials today, we did. We were approached by a rude manager in conjunction who rather than apologizing for the situation, simply made things worse. I will never shop at this floor and decor again. There is a lot of mixed messaging.. A few others in the store were absolute sweet hearts and I feel sorry that they have to work with these rude individuals. read more

Super happy with my recent visit to Floor and Decor. I asked a gal if she was a Luxury Vinyl Savant, to which she responded yes! Lohanna walked me to the product location, gave me an overview and checked in on me several times. After narrowing y choices to 4 products, she came back over and helped me select the best choice. While I was gathering the product, she reappeared with a cart to assist me with my purchase. Super positive experience. read more

This is my favorite place for tiling and flooring. I have tiled several rooms in my house and have always found an appropriate tile. They have many porcelain tiles that are cheaper than ceramic at other places. For anyone using a floor leveler, I highly recommend the Mapei floor leveler they sell. It is the best I have tried. No happy hour though. read more

Joy helped me out today, and she's kinda awesome. She helped me find exactly what I needed and advised me on a tricky little installation issue. Selection: This store has a lot of the little finishing pieces I needed, but the selection is not all that extensive, and prices seem to run a couple cents more per tile than Home Depot, but the associates are more knowledgeable. One annoyance: They won't cut a tile for you. No way. No how. Not gonna do it. Not even if you were trapped in a tile box and needed to be cut out to prevent asphyxiation. No cutting. Even though they could because you KNOW they have a wetsaw. Kinda sucks because I was buying a marble threshold that was 3" wider than my doorway. I'm not going to buy or rent a wetsaw for one cut, so I have to take it to Lowe's, who will happily cut it even though I didn't buy it there. read more

Even though we had a bad experience at the Highlands Ranch location, another contractor recommended Floor & Decor to us, so we stopped by the Arvada store, and are very glad we did. In contrast to our last visit at the other store where we couldn't get someone to help us (even though I was on crutches and looking quite pathetic), we had at least 3 offers for help while we were looking around. I called an hour ahead of time, and was able to get an appointment with Sabine, for a free design consultation. We need to update our small master bath, and are looking for "out of the box" ideas to maximize our space. We didn't even get to the part where we selected our tile, because Sabine had so many pointers on things we should consider, codes we should consult, and additional layout design options. She took the time to educate me about what kinds of tile I'd want in a bathroom for wall, shower, floor - what the different levels mean - and what to look for in a contractor, as certain tiles require more skilled labor. We'll definitely come back when it's time to select our tile! read more

So happy the tile I needed was in stock. Lohanna and Cece were the best help. They went the extra mile to make sure I had everything needed for my project. read more

I always wait far too long just to check out. They are always under staffed and this has nothing to do with the pandemic. They also keep their building materials in the way back, so coming in for a bag of grout is a chore. Also the guys at the register are just flat out ass holes. read more

I am a regular here. I am always remodeling something and it usually involves tile. They know me here by now. The always have a good selection of reasonably priced tile. They are good to help when you need it, with designing, lifting or loading tile. They are great about buying and returning samples. They can also recommend tile setters if you need it. What I like most is the great selection and amazing prices. They always have a good selection of current tile in stock. read more

Great product, quantity and price point for materials. Chase at the Pro Desk was outstanding; he assisted us with determining the correct Schluter products for a heated bathroom floor installation. The appealing part with Chase is that he said he didn't know when he didn't have an answer. The very best part was his next phrase, "give me a chance to find the answer", which he did. Super experience! read more

Beware of this store. The tile is junk. We purchased several boxes of tile for a bathroom floor. After the tile installers installed the tile, we noticed a fricken smilee face embedded in the tile. We have this on 7 of the tiles we already installed. I went to the store to talk to the manager about it. He just shrugged his shoulders and said there wasn't anything they could do about it. Basically, tought sh**! read more

Thank you so much for your help today, Keri. In fact all the girls working on the floor were so helpful and knowledgeable, so nice to have such great customer service, your store rocked!! read more

Great selection of tile at good prices! A lot of people complain about the customer service but I found everyone I talked to helpful.

We are back again to finish our home and met up with a fantastic decorator named Haley. She was very upbeat with lots of creative ideas and again, we had a great experience. Haley listened and understood what we wanted. She matched everything down to the style, shape and color against our granite. She even went out side and loaded my car since they were short staffed... Hard to find great people like her!! Thank you Haley! read more

I signed up for the free consultation with a designer. Sabine called me a few hours in advance to confirm the appt. She greeted us and kept us focused - we were tackling 4 bathrooms in 2 homes. She explained the store layout so we could use our time wisely. She knew if a tile came in a different shape, matte vs shiny, etc. She was more than willing to incorporate clearance options in her suggestions. We actually accomplished what we set out to accomplish and we never would have been able to do so without Sabine's help. Such a great, free service and a great employee. Thank you! read more

The prices are good and so is the selection. I have ordered from them for tile and flooring. My flooring order was a disaster. For my first pick up order, they packed two different brands and widths of floor trim. I was lucky that I had enough of the one type to finish the job. The next pick up wasn't ready as promised. I waited for 1 1/2 hours, only to find that they left out certain parts of the order. The weirdest thing is that, when I called the general customer service line to get some help, I was presented with all these sales offers for products that have nothing whatsoever to do with Floor and Decor merchandise- panic buttons, cable tv, internet service, insurance, and more! I kept selecting # as directed to get to customer service, but I never reached the end of all the advertisement. I never could reach any help. I had to use their chat line. Bizarre! read more

Giving them 1 star is generous. I ordered 7k worth of flooring on June 1st in a transaction that took 5 minutes tl. It arrived to their store June 16th. After calling them a half dozen times and 4 weeks later I still don't have my flooring delivered. I'd give their credit billing system 5 stars though, they've sent me two statements already. read more

We received some amazing assistance from Rafael Hulme who walked us through the store and gave us his insight for our kitchen and bathroom renovations. We feel really confident with the choices we've picked out and can't wait to get started. Highly recommend his services to anyone that may need honest opinions while also working with your vision you definitely need to see him! read more

Raphael Hulme was fantastic! Highly recommended. They had most everything we needed in stock, too.

Raphael was very helpful for planning patterns in my bathroom. Gave good advise and made it fun!

ON 3/1/21 I purchased almost $1000.00 worth of tile to be installed. When I walked in the store, I knew nothing about purchasing LVP or tile and was helped by Zach. Not only does he know his products, but he was patient, professional, kind, knowledgable. He was fabulous to work with and took me through the process seamlessly. It was a treat to have someone so attentive. I left the store knowing I needed to have the products picked up within 2 weeks and arranged for my contractor to do this which he never did. Shortly after this, my husband had two heart procedures and the installation that was being done by an outside contractor (not Floor & Decor) was delayed. We rearranged installation for 5/10 - 5/12/21, rented a place in the mountains (nonrefundable) so we could be gone during the process. Now our contractor has bailed on us. I just talked to Zach explaining the situation and he has refunded 100% of our payment for the merchandise so we can think about what comes next. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY MORE HIGHLY AND GIVE THEM TEN STARS, NOT JUST FIVE. Not only did they hold our products for over two months but immediately understood the situation and Zach refunded our payment without question. As I scroll through other reviews of Floor & Decor, I can see that customer service is a top priority and I recommend, without reservation, a trip to Floor & Decor for your home improvement needs. read more

Jimmy at the Arvada, CO store provided excellent customer service today. He went above and beyond to help us. We really appreciate it. Thanks Jimmy! read more

My wife received awful customer service at this store. We won't be spending our money here plenty of other choices.

Looked all around town, this place had the best deals. Even better than lumber liquidator. They have a pretty decent sized show room with a lot of selection. Picked out some laminate flooring for our new apartment. The employees are ok, so do a bit of research if your a diy type of person. Will be back to get tile when we remodel the bathroom and kitchen. read more

Bad return policy. I use to really like this store. Now, their return policy has made it difficult to want to shop here. I spent over $1000 at this store for our renovation. I decided to return two unopened boxes of tile with my receipt of $527. Since it was passed 90 days, they refused to take it back, even though they still carried this tile and featured it on a display. I questioned why and looked at their return policy right there at the checkout, I was expecting a merchandise credit for the amount I paid. No, I was told that a third party decides whether or not I will get the merchandise credit. I asked for the manager to explain this. He said it was for "safety and security reasons." What the heck does that mean? Is anyone else tired of hearing, "It's for your safety?" They treated me as if I were a criminal. After calling F&D customer service and the third party, The Retail Equation, TRE, I wasted a bunch of time getting nothing resolved. If I wanted to appeal their (TRE) decision, I would have to write a letter and mail it with all the receipts. I figured that would waste more of my time. Instead, I tried to return just one box at two different store locations. No luck. I had some success getting around the system by returning less than $250 worth of tile and receiving a merchandise credit. However, TRE gave me a WARNING that I can't return anything for 60 days! I still had my receipt and F&D had this in their system. ("I am not a criminal!") I was able to get my "Return Activity Report," RAR, from TRE, which showed that I attempted to return tile four times and that the first three times I was denied. That was it. So, to cut down on fraudulent returns from thefts, this third party took my info from my drivers license and didn't look at my excellent history with this store. It appears they only looked at the amount of the transaction and then displayed a big red banner notification on the checkout screen denying the return. I understand that people steal things and then return them for credit and this hurts the retailer. But these third party verification services use data with no human judgement. The store manager should be able to override this. Once I can use my store credit, I will no longer shop at Floor & Decor. read more

We didn't know where to start - all we knew was that we needed new tile for several bathrooms. Christine Albright, a design consultant with Floor & Decor was very helpful and patient as we walked every aisle and learned about the differences in the products. Christine provided design input and made the overwhelming task of selecting tile for each bathroom easy. I paid for the product, Floor & Decor had the material ready for contractor pick-up, installer did a great job and boom! Beautiful! Returning unused tile was easy and fast. Thank you Christine and Floor & Decor! read more

Flor and decor staff are always amazing. Specifically, Rafael helped us during the holiday week. We won't go back there without calling ahead to see if he's working. We had an idea of what we wanted for a bathroom remodel, but he made suggestions that we hadn't thought of and helped us hone in on some samples that we would have never gotten to on our own. We are 100x more excited about the project now and will be heading back soon for input on grout and accent tiles. read more

Stevie most recently helped us put together the perfect tile combination for our kitchen upgrade. The return policy is perfect and trouble free. The selection is immense with good inventory--this, combined with the superior customer service, has kept me coming back for my home upgrade addiction for years now. We have done many jobs, both tile and wood floor projects. I am pleased to recommend and continue to use Floor & Decor. read more

This place is legit. After days of looking for decent flooring, we came to Floor & Decor and found flooring that almost exactly matched what we had in mind. The prices are great, the selection is reasonably good, and they have a lot of their selection in stock, which means that there is a good chance that you can walk out with your chosen flooring firmly in-hand. read more

They claim they were going to have management reach out to address my complaint. I have never heard a word from them. Don't put something on a review to make it seem like you are trying to resolve an issue that you actually have no intention of resolving. read more

Unbelievably good customer service! Maybe it's just because customer service has gotten so bad at most businesses, but I was pleasantly surprised at the friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable help I got there today by Clara, Steph, and Stevie. read more

We're in the process of renovating several bathroom so I've been to about every tile store in the Denver area. This one was the worst. No only did the guys who work in the store reek of pot and thus give the type of service you would suspect comes with that, but then they recommended I get the project off the company website. So I did....only to receive a call the next day that they wanted $100 in freight shipping. This was odd as it was never mentioned---the website gave me the option of having it shipped to the store or to my home for $11.51. When I contacted a rep. they said if you scrolled all the way to the bottom of the pages and read lots of fine print, I'd see it. In the end, you can get the same product elsewhere and deal with professionals. read more

I went tonight and bought 500 bucks worth of flooring. I am in love with the flooring and the closeout price. I am still upset at the lack of customer service we received. We asked for help and didn't get any. 2 young men came over and didn't offer to assist us in any way even when we asked. One guy was such a jerk. I even told the front cashier who did not care. I hope to never have to go back. Don't expect help if you go here. Buttheads only. read more
