Floe is located in a small little plaza next to St. Jude Hospital. I came in around 10 on a Saturday, and all of their cookies happened to be 50% off. After getting my hands on the Lil Merri cookie, I had to snag another one. I'm normally not an oatmeal cookie enjoyer at all, but this one was different. It wasn't too sweet and had such a good flavor. We also got the green grape and matcha bingsoo, and both were delicious. The matcha bingsoo was definitely my favorite. It came with condensed milk, and the shaved ice itself was made of matcha. It genuinely changed my life. The green grape bingsoo was just as good, but I'm more of a milky dessert person. The grapes were fresh and sweet and paired really nicely with the cream it came with. I would definitely come back. The place is super cute, has outdoor seating, and everything we tried was really good.
Stopped here on a weekend night to try their Bingsoo however they were sold out so opted for Matcha instead. Matcha was not bad but not Da Vien quality. Service was efficient and the place has a cute modern ambience. Parking was bit of a struggle as this location is in a medical campus with gated entry. I might come back to try their Bingsoo next time.
I visited this cafe around 11am on a saturday and it was pretty empty inside. My drink came out quickly and the staff were friendly. I really liked the matcha with the strawberry it tasted very fresh but when i was halfway through the drink it started to get watered down a bit. There was a good amount of seating perfect for studying or getting some work done. There was also a photobooth which is perfect if you like taking pictures! The parking lot can be a bit tricky so heads up if you've never been to this area but I would go into the lot. I would try the bingsoo next time!
Good spot for a quick matcha! There were maybe around five smaller tables but it seemed like each spot was consistently filled on a busier day. The Bischoff matcha was super delicious with the cream and small cookie crumbs on top. The matcha base was not sweetened, so you have to drink this matcha without a straw. Each sip with the sweetened cream and the earthier matcha created a really good balance! Will have to come back and try the bingsoo another time.
FLOE. Reviews were high, so checked it out. Unique, kind of like Korean shaved ice. Lovely texture. Got the mango , added mochi on the side. Friendly service. Seating inside and outside. We arrived on the weekend, so we were not charged for parking. (I don't know if it's always free in the weekend ? ). Doesn't look like there is any nearby parking. So that can be a huge CON. They had a photo booth. I think it was $10, my wife wanted to do it since we had our nephew baby Q. Overall excellent mango shaved ice.
I would give this place a 4.5 star if I could. I came here after seeing on Google Maps that they sold bubble tea, but they must have changed since then. I ended up ordering the Strawberry Ube, which was tasty. It was more on the pricier side though. Parking was a bit tough so I'd recommend walking or having one person run down to order. Overall, great spot!
Found this place through Yelp when we were looking for shaved ice. This matcha-concept spot is located in a secure parking plaza. From drinks to desserts, everything is dominated by matcha, and they also offer a selection of pastries. The decor is super cozy, modern, and minimalist. One thing that really stood out is the photo box inside the premise, which makes the place even more fun. There are also both indoor and outdoor seating options. Order is through the counter and once it is ready, the staff will deliver right to your table. We chose the small Matcha Bingsoo, topped with red bean and mochi. Definitely a place I would recommend to any matcha lover! And importantly, don't forget to have your parking ticket validated for free parking.
I love that they have a single serve bingsoo here! Their Korean shaved ice is yummy, they have a lot of flavors available to choose from. I ordered their mango one, and though it's on the sweeter side, the taste did not miss. It's clean inside the dessert shop and they have a nice patio outside for people to lounge in as well. The workers and baristas handled their orders and customers really well during the order rush that and ensured that desserts came out in a timely manner.
Summer spot for matcha, pastries, and bingsoo. It is perfect place for work telecommute, school work, or just simply meet up with friends. I ordered Mango Bingsoo. There were mango pieces, mango syrup, mango cream, and ,cheesecake. The toppings are also added in the middle of the dessert. The mango syrup was little too sweet but overall I enjoyed my sweet treat. They have photoshoots machine as well. They have a nice dining area inside and outside. There is small parking lot. There is also a big public parking structure near by.
I was disappointed with the mango bingsoo. The mango pieces were extremely small and I even thought they made sweet corn bingsoo. The actual looked completely different from the picture on the menu. On top of that, it took 40 minutes for our order to come out. The long wait and the poor quality made the experience really disappointing. I'll just go to the other popular bingsoo place in Buena Park instead.
Yummy drinks, matcha, and bingsoo cafe! Beautiful interior, tucked away in the corner of an equally beautiful building with ample meeting space. There is a photobooth (PhotoLaVie) inside as well!
First timer here, looking for new study spots. The cafe is cute, clean, and has free Wi-Fi. Great place to study or hang out. There are both small tables and larger tables for groups. Parking is validated up to 2 hours Ordered the Double Cloud Matcha w/ oat milk ($9.15 after tax). Good balance of matcha and sweetness. There's also a photo booth inside the cafe. The cashier was friendly and welcoming! Will def be back to try more of the menu, esp the bingsoo!
Nice place to grab a quick beverage or bingsoo (a shaved ice) treat. My choice today was the Mango bingsoo. The interiors is very relaxed with nice music inside. Very welcoming and polite.

Small paid parking lot, but they validate for two hours. Love the vibe - clean and welcoming. You could order either at the counter or through a kiosk. There were plenty of indoor and outdoor seatings available. The bingsoos were delicious and I loved that they offered two size options. Definitely will be back to try more! read more

Visited Floe in Fullerton and really liked the vibe. The space is bright and minimal, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Tried the mango and grape bingsoo -- both were refreshing with soft, milky shaved ice and fruit layered throughout. The mango one also had cheesecake, which was a nice touch. The ube drinks were flavorful without being too sweet, and the matcha had a good, balanced taste. Overall, a great spot for bingsoo and matcha desserts. got the hanlabong ade, double matcha, and mango bingsoo. maybe it's the drink that i got but it wasn't that good. the matcha was too sweet and felt like something was lacking. in terms of the bingsoo, i don't really like fruit flavors so getting that was my bad. i like the bingsoo from hey bings better near uci but its 40 min away. overall there's nothing bad about this place but also nothing that good... i like the interior tho, although it can get pretty loud at times read more

Cozy cafe with plenty of AC for the hot summer--drinks are trendy but actually delicious, bingsoo are refreshing with plenty of toppings, and vibes are excellent! Healthcare providers also get 10% off, so it's a convenient stop if you work in the neighborhood. read more

loved this spot! very clean setting, enough seating both inside and outside, and what surprised me what that there was a photobooth! we went in the evening so it was not as busy, they were very quick worth the service. we ordered the biscoff bingsoo, as well as the grape bingsoo. the small is enough for one, but the large is definitely shareable. both were delicious! we were a group of 4, and sharing these two flavors was a good balance. overall, nice spot to have a sweet treat to cool you down! read more

Was looking for a good bingsoo place in the area and decided to try this one. We were happy we did because everything we tried was great! The matcha bingsoo was delicious. Had a strong matcha flavor, was not too sweet. The grape-ade was very refreshing. The coffee was strong and not too sweet. Service was quick and friendly, you could order on your own via tablet. This place is really good--10/10! The bingsoo was delicious, and I'd definitely come back. The only downside is the parking. I had to pay $10 just to park while I picked up my to-go order, but that's more of a parking issue than the restaurant itself. Overall, I highly recommend it! read more

I was searching up nearby matcha spots because I wanted a matcha fix and stumbled upon this cafe! I've never heard of Floe before so I wanted to check it out. I was a bit lost trying to find this place but you actually just drive up to the parking kiosk and print out a ticket. Floe will provide you with validation I believe. It's a very big, spacious lot so don't let the parking situation scare you away. Healthcare workers get 10% off too if you scan their QR code! Immediately when I walked inside, the interior is very calm and beautiful, with many chairs and small and big tables (perfect for students & studying!!). There are also provided outlets all around, which is such a nice thing to include for people who wish to complete work here. They also play calming, music which adds to the nice interior. There is a register and a kiosk to order from. I got the Double Matcha Cloud and the Violet Coconut Cloud. Both were really nice and delicious!! The Violet Coconut Cloud was refreshing and has coconut water in it. The matcha cream top at this place is not super sweet like some viral places & is a nice creamy, treat to add on. They also offer oat & almond as milk substitutes. I actually really liked this place. They did amazing in both terms of interior design and drinks! 10/10 recommend checking this place out. Next time, I'll have to come and try out the bingsoo I'll definitely be referring this place to my friend @eatswsofiia on IG/TikTok in case she decides to come and make a video on it! I will keep it completely real, if the ube matcha here was a person it would be some prime Chris Hemsworth some prime Kristen Ritter idek take whatever beautiful amazing lovely easy on the eyes kind of person and that was exactly what the presentation of this drink was. The taste of this even more so was AMAZING like I gotta run this place back, lots of good options and I heard good things from my friends when they tried theirs too. I saw a promotion on Instagram that Floe was doing a 50% off on Ube Twilight drinks (good for one drink per transaction) for a very limited time. I ordered two. The drinks were very good. The cashier was very friendly and professional, and the store was very cute. The only downside (not really the fault of the store or the people running it) was the parking lot. It is in a pay lot and the first ten minutes is free. Because it is across the street from a major hospital (parking is free everywhere else in Fullerton ). There was some street parking albeit very limited. I parked in the street since I was unaware that the store would validate (I didn't know until just now after seeing reviews from others). read more

Bingsu was good, but the matcha was a huge miss for me, unfortunately. I got the strawberry matcha, and it was basically strawberry puree with a splash of matcha LMAO. Also, I'm not sure if it's because we came here at the end of the day (near closing) or not, but the entire inside of the store smelled like piss... at least the outdoor area was nice and spacious though, with plenty of seating. read more

Stopped by Floe Coffee Spot in Fullerton and tried their biscoff coffee along with a shaved ice--such a unique combo! The biscoff coffee definitely leans on the stronger side, so if you like bold flavors, you'll appreciate it. Honestly, it hits even better on a cold night. It's a cute place - I love the aesthetic. I saw this place on Instagram reels and I really wanted to try it out. My friend and I went inside and it wasn't packed, which was great. I got the strawberry Matcha, my friend got the regular Matcha with vanilla foam, and we shared a small mango bingsoo. The strawberry puree was great, but my friend and I agreed the overall matcha flavor was lacking and it was more milk that we can taste. The bingsoo was delicious and fresh. Floe has some of the best matcha I've had! You can really taste that it's made with real, high-quality matcha. The Cloud Matcha with oatmilk is my go-to, and I absolutely love it. My only wish is that they offered a larger size because I always finish it way too fast. Highly recommend! read more
