Floe is located in a small little plaza next to St. Jude Hospital. I came in around 10 on a Saturday, and all of their cookies happened to be 50% off. After getting my hands on the Lil Merri cookie, I had to snag another one. I'm normally not an oatmeal cookie enjoyer at all, but this one was different. It wasn't too sweet and had such a good flavor. We also got the green grape and matcha bingsoo, and both were delicious. The matcha bingsoo was definitely my favorite. It came with condensed milk, and the shaved ice itself was made of matcha. It genuinely changed my life. The green grape bingsoo was just as good, but I'm more of a milky dessert person. The grapes were fresh and sweet and paired really nicely with the cream it came with. I would definitely come back. The place is super cute, has outdoor seating, and everything we tried was really good.
Stopped here on a weekend night to try their Bingsoo however they were sold out so opted for Matcha instead. Matcha was not bad but not Da Vien quality. Service was efficient and the place has a cute modern ambience. Parking was bit of a struggle as this location is in a medical campus with gated entry. I might come back to try their Bingsoo next time.
I visited this cafe around 11am on a saturday and it was pretty empty inside. My drink came out quickly and the staff were friendly. I really liked the matcha with the strawberry it tasted very fresh but when i was halfway through the drink it started to get watered down a bit. There was a good amount of seating perfect for studying or getting some work done. There was also a photobooth which is perfect if you like taking pictures! The parking lot can be a bit tricky so heads up if you've never been to this area but I would go into the lot. I would try the bingsoo next time!
Good spot for a quick matcha! There were maybe around five smaller tables but it seemed like each spot was consistently filled on a busier day. The Bischoff matcha was super delicious with the cream and small cookie crumbs on top. The matcha base was not sweetened, so you have to drink this matcha without a straw. Each sip with the sweetened cream and the earthier matcha created a really good balance! Will have to come back and try the bingsoo another time.
FLOE. Reviews were high, so checked it out. Unique, kind of like Korean shaved ice. Lovely texture. Got the mango , added mochi on the side. Friendly service. Seating inside and outside. We arrived on the weekend, so we were not charged for parking. (I don't know if it's always free in the weekend ? ). Doesn't look like there is any nearby parking. So that can be a huge CON. They had a photo booth. I think it was $10, my wife wanted to do it since we had our nephew baby Q. Overall excellent mango shaved ice.
I would give this place a 4.5 star if I could. I came here after seeing on Google Maps that they sold bubble tea, but they must have changed since then. I ended up ordering the Strawberry Ube, which was tasty. It was more on the pricier side though. Parking was a bit tough so I'd recommend walking or having one person run down to order. Overall, great spot!
Found this place through Yelp when we were looking for shaved ice. This matcha-concept spot is located in a secure parking plaza. From drinks to desserts, everything is dominated by matcha, and they also offer a selection of pastries. The decor is super cozy, modern, and minimalist. One thing that really stood out is the photo box inside the premise, which makes the place even more fun. There are also both indoor and outdoor seating options. Order is through the counter and once it is ready, the staff will deliver right to your table. We chose the small Matcha Bingsoo, topped with red bean and mochi. Definitely a place I would recommend to any matcha lover! And importantly, don't forget to have your parking ticket validated for free parking.
I love that they have a single serve bingsoo here! Their Korean shaved ice is yummy, they have a lot of flavors available to choose from. I ordered their mango one, and though it's on the sweeter side, the taste did not miss. It's clean inside the dessert shop and they have a nice patio outside for people to lounge in as well. The workers and baristas handled their orders and customers really well during the order rush that and ensured that desserts came out in a timely manner.
Summer spot for matcha, pastries, and bingsoo. It is perfect place for work telecommute, school work, or just simply meet up with friends. I ordered Mango Bingsoo. There were mango pieces, mango syrup, mango cream, and ,cheesecake. The toppings are also added in the middle of the dessert. The mango syrup was little too sweet but overall I enjoyed my sweet treat. They have photoshoots machine as well. They have a nice dining area inside and outside. There is small parking lot. There is also a big public parking structure near by.
I was disappointed with the mango bingsoo. The mango pieces were extremely small and I even thought they made sweet corn bingsoo. The actual looked completely different from the picture on the menu. On top of that, it took 40 minutes for our order to come out. The long wait and the poor quality made the experience really disappointing. I'll just go to the other popular bingsoo place in Buena Park instead.

First timer here, looking for new study spots. The cafe is cute, clean, and has free Wi-Fi. Great place to study or hang out. There are both small tables and larger tables for groups. Parking is validated up to 2 hours Ordered the Double Cloud Matcha w/ oat milk ($9.15 after tax). Good balance of matcha and sweetness. There's also a photo booth inside the cafe. The cashier was friendly and welcoming! Will def be back to try more of the menu, esp the bingsoo!
Nice place to grab a quick beverage or bingsoo (a shaved ice) treat. My choice today was the Mango bingsoo. The interiors is very relaxed with nice music inside. Very welcoming and polite.

I was especially surprised by the ube matcha latte. The ube flavor was subtle, which I appreciated since I'm not the biggest ube fan. That said, someone expecting a strong ube punch might be a little disappointed. Everything was prepared fast, which is nice since the parking lot charges after the first 10 minutes ($10/hour, up to $40/day). Luckily, you can validate parking with a purchase, which helps. I wanted a sweet treat late at night, and since this place closes at 9 pm we rushed to get there so we could try their drinks and bingsoo. Their bingsoo comes in two sizes, and even the small size is really filling. We tried the Double Matcha, which was so good, and the Violet Coconut Cloud, which was alright. I think it could have been better because I wish the bingsoo had more flavor throughout instead of most of it being on the top. Toward the bottom it was mostly just syrup, and I also wish there were more cheesecake bites mixed in. There's a self-order kiosk to place your order, but the staff are nice and helpful if you have any questions. The inside is clean with a lot of open space, which makes it a comfortable place to sit and enjoy the dessert. Their prices are pretty fair, and I would definitely come back to try some of the other bingsoo flavors the next time I'm craving a sweet treat. read more

New matcha & bingsoo cafe in Fullerton!! Located right next to Eggspresso, it's the perfect spot to grab caffeine before brekkie or dessert after lunch. We came by on a Saturday around 11:30 am. Parking is a bit of a struggle in this plaza but fortunately, they validate for 2 hours! No wait & plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. What we ordered: - Double Matcha Cloud - Light matcha flavor was which a bit disappointing but not bad - Matcha Cloud - Love the sweet cream top but drink also lacked matcha taste, more of a vanilla milkshake - Biscoff bingsoo - My favorite item! A cute and aesthetically pleasing little cafe serving up yummy bingsoo! We ordered a small Matcha ($9) and small Coffee Biscoff Bingsoo ($8). Amazing coffee, desserts, service, and eating area! Everything was appropriately priced for the quality. I would recommend getting some of the sweetened condensed milk to put over the matcha bingsoo, it makes the flavor pop! We also received some amazing Banana ice cream from a very delightful and kind worker! They were very polite and made the experience even better! Will be coming here again! :) read more
I was so excited to try this spot, unfortunately they don't have a plant-based option for the coconut cloud. Because their matcha is cream/milk based there was no way to change that. I hope they make some changes to allow multiple types of patrons. I ended up getting the Strawberry Bingsoo for my daughter and she really liked it. Parking is not great. You can park in the little lot in front of Floe, but only the first 10 min are free. Otherwise you park somewhere in the facility (it has multiple businesses in one area) and walk. This spot is next to the breakfast spot - in the back corner so don't blink or you'll miss it. read more

Was craving some Korean dessert & was happy to find this cafe that had matcha and bingsoo! It is in a plaza where the parking is kind of annoying, but they validate parking which is nice! The banana matcha was honestly just okay because the banana flavor wasn't as strong, and kind of just tasted like banana milk? But the corn bingsoo was FIREE. I loved the corn pieces included as well. The service was fine, nothing outstanding but fast. The ambiance is nice and has plentiful seating inside & outside! read more

We ordered the small strawberry and sweet corn bingsoo. Both tasted fresh and didn't have an artificial flavoring to it. The strawberry bingsoo tasted like real strawberries and the corn tasted exactly like sweet corn. The bingsoo was soft and fluffy and didn't have that rough ice texture. Both weren't too sweet either, which is what I like. Service was excellent! The cashier was informative and patient as we were asking questions about the menu and their offers. We received our order within 10 minutes of ordering. There is plenty of seating inside the cafe and also some seating outside of the cafe! They have a parking lot where you can get 2 hours of free parking with parking validation. Just make sure to ask them to validate your parking ticket before you leave! read more

I saw that a new cafe in fullerton opened and I was excited to try it out! This location is located in the Providence Plaza. You need a ticket to park in the parking lot, but they can validate your parking for 2 hours. I got the double matcha cloud and the sweet corn bingsoo. They were both good, but what stood out to me the most was the sweet corn bingsoo!! HIGHLY recommend ordering that one if you were thinking about which bingsoo to get. My routine to cos it after my routine dental cleaning, and always a treat. Lovely well-AC'd space with solid espresso and matcha based drinks. Enjoyed the latte, iced einspanner, and was made a custom espresso tonic thanks to (one of the??) owner. With the extensive Bingsoo shaved iced menu. So came by with my kids. They really enjoyed its super and a light cold treat. There's a few non caffeinated options- strawberry, mango, grape, and sweet corn. Korean corn desserts sound weird, but quite yummy. Think cream of corn soup reimagine as a cold dessert. Haha. Don't see chestnut anymore, but I wouldn't be surprised if it comes back in the fall. I was craving a drink and happened be at the post office on sunny crest. Quick search and this new matcha spot was nearby and actually open (I feel like none of the shops in this complex are open past 4pm). The inside aesthetic is beautiful - super clean and spacious. There is a huge outdoor patio that looks great for meetups as well. I ordered the matcha cloud and it was perfection! I ordered for the ginger tea but was told that they're not serving tea at the moment. Menu then should at least have a sign next to it. so customers will not ask for it and to waste time. I finally made it to this viral matcha cafe in Fullerton. Famous for their matcha drinks with cloud cream tops and silky soft Korean shaved ice called bingsoo, their drinks are so creamy and you can tell they use high quality ingredients. You have to try their Triple matcha latte and the Violet coconut cloud that was actually purple. This was my first time trying a refreshing matcha drink (I know), and it was surprisingly good. They also have Dubai chewy cookies here. I was so sad they ran out of the original Dubai flavor but that's how you know it's good. The hazelnut flavor I tried was a solid 9/10 though and reminded me so much of the crunchy bit of a Ferrero Rocher. If you're looking for a spot to catch up, do work (they have wifi!), or hang out in their stunning outdoor patio, I definitely think this cozy cafe is a hidden gem. Thanks for reading! ^-^ read more

My friends and I went out here in hopes of finding another spot for matcha and bingsoo. Before entering, I saw two posters that were CLEARLY AI. When we went in, we weren't welcomed by the employees and while we were standing there deciding what to get, they didn't acknowledge us nor give us recommendations. Maybe we caught them on a bad day, but it was a little off-putting. Also, there was an interesting smell on the inside, I couldn't tell what it was, but I didn't like it. As for the drink, I got a strawberry matcha. They claim they use ceremonial matcha, but I could tell just from the flavor and color, that it wasn't. I only liked the drink because the strawberry puree was okay. The two bingsoo's were pretty good! I like how the cream used for both had flavor and it was perfect for a hot day. If I were to come back, I would probably just come for the bingsoo. read more

I absolutely loved Floe! I feel like although it's talked about a lot, it's also hidden because it's in an area that's a little confusing to get into, at least for me. But it was so beautiful, the staff were so sweet and the peacefulness made me stay for hours doing work I needed to get done. It never stays crowded too! As for their bingsoo, I got what the lady who was working recommended which was the mango one and I've never tasted a softer, sweeter, and mind-blowing bingsoo in ages!! I got a simple matcha with that cream on top which was pretty subtle, to be honest it tastes perfectly fine until you eat the sweet bingsoo, and then you can't really taste the sweetness in the matcha anymore. But regardless, so cute! They also have a cute photobooth inside and their seating is nice, I love their outdoor seating too, there's a little fireplace that can keep you nice and cozy. 10/10 will definitely be coming back! read more

I was finally able to try out this cafe! The cafe interior and exterior were super cute and aesthetic! I had the Double Matcha Cloud and my boyfriend had the regular Matcha Latte. Both were so yummy! The matcha was super smooth and quality was great! I would definitely come back to try their other drinks and bingsoo. They also have a photo booth inside which is such a good idea! The owners were super nice and helpful. The cafe is near a bunch of medical buildings. So there isn't a lot of parking in the area. But there is a lot where you grab a ticket and park at, just make sure to get your ticket validated! read more
The decoration and vibe were on point at this place. The staff was courteous and patient, the store was clean. I was really disappointed to learn that all of their drinks were made with syrup and not fresh fruits. However, the drinks were still good regardless. The melon Bingsoo was way too sweet and tasted a bit artificial, I had a hard time finishing it. It was quite expensive for the quality. For $8 for a small size, it came with literally two pieces of melon, and very finally chopped pieces of melons at the bottom (which probably was just a piece of melon finely chopped), very sweet cream of some sort under the two pieces of melon, ice, and some melon syrup. Besides that, I definitely would recommend this place. It's a peaceful and perfect place to hang out for a relaxing weekend. read more

The bingsoo here is sooo delicious!! The shaved snow has a super soft and fluffy texture (softer than other bingsoo places I've been). I highly recommend the corn bingsoo. The bottom layer has actual sweet corn and this was our favorite one. We also ordered the matcha bingsoo which wasn't as sweet and the matcha flavor was super intense which we loved! Ordering is very easy on a self order kiosk. They also validate for parking. read more
I came here randomly with a group of friends. I asked about the matcha powder because I'm allergic to dairy. They said that there's no dairy powder in their matcha. I ordered a matcha latte with oat milk. I saw a sign that said they give healthcare providers 10% off, which is very generous. I brought out my handy dandy badge to get my discount :) ! I was however disappointed that they charge one dollar extra if you get either almond or oat. It's like you're being punished being lactose intolerant. I wasn't a fan of their matcha powder. I am glad that they have a vegan option for their pastry, triple chocolate. Did not get a chance to try it because I had just eaten. My friends ordered the mango bingsoo and their matcha. They were fan. When my health provider friend forgot to ask regarding the discount, they didn't charge her for the milk sub later on when she ordered . They are located in a plaza where they charge for parking. I can see if it gets really busy during the day. read more
