Our third time to visit this spot. The food is pretty good and consistent. Good flavor and decent portions. The servers are attentive and keep things flowing and cups full. Although, I think it's a bit ridiculous to pay $2 for an ice cube in my scotch, I've never been up-charged for ice at a restaurant before. The Parking lot can house maybe 20 spaces shares by the four businesses in the building so be prepared for that, it's a hiring a pain. There is additional parking on the side street but not ideal. All in all it's not a bad spot, nothing to write home about.

The wife and I's First time here and our server Jordan C., was very welcoming polite personable knowledgeable and helpful as she recommended an array of awesome dishes from the menu (pics to follow) so we started w/the Onion rings which were hot fresh and battered in a nice flavorful yet slightly sweet batter( similar to fried dough batter) then our entrees were (His- brisket cheesesteak & uniquely seasoned waffle fries) (Hers- brisket plate entree W/ marvelous Mac n cheese). Ambiance is welcoming inviting and overall dining room setup is very efficient for guests and employees alike. Will surely be returning to try something new soon...

Seems like the spot can give other ones in the area a possible run for the money & in this case I did a double order: first I opted for the BBQ platter with ribs & chicken & contacting the spot to inform them I didn't need pickles or coleslaw (accidentally they put the pickles in) and turned out the cornbread is part of that and inadvertently did a second so they recommend two times beans (okay with me) second I opted for BBQ fries & these are waffle style (photos coming of all) & I think they got game plus myself an extra meal.

The food was good. I got a three meat platter with pork, lean brisket, and ribs. I was very happy with my meal, but service is a mess. The hostess was hiring her cape and blowing it in the kitchen when I walked in. The cook had to run my food cause it sat in the window for almost 10 mins with only two other tables, and three at the bar. I was glad I tired it, but won't be back.

A must stop great local BBQ spot. I have always supported and loved Theodore's BBQ in Springfield but Fletchers is much closer to where I live and a better choice quality wise. The ambiance is great too.

Went to Fletchers on a Monday evening. It wasn't busy at all. Food came out pretty quickly, which was ok with us. The chicken and brisket were both very moist but lacked flavor. I personally didn't care for the BBQ sauce. The sides were tasty. The brisket cheesesteak was good at first but once the sandwich started to cook the cheese sauce got gross. All in all it was an ok experience nothing to memorable. The two meals with a seltzer and one beer cost us $90 with tip. A bit pricey.

Great sandwiches and loaded fries and nachos! The sides were not great. Stuck with the bbq and Sandwiches. The bbq sauce itself is not Smokey or savory it's sweet. So if u like sweetness try it! I prefer a spicy savory one. Worth the try though

Food is adventurous & bold; memorable meals over the years: Fried Goat cheese with charcuterie meats, manchego cheese & french bread, have to do The Bocado Experience for 2 or 4, Jamon Iberico, Pato (duck pastrami w sherry glaze), tuna poke, atun de bocado (seared yellowfin saku tuna), braised pork belly, Spanish octopus, mussels in cream sc, twin mini Kobe style beef burgers, venison, fried calamari, lollipop lamb chops, seared beef tenderloin, classic paella & Paella de Mariscos, & baked flan for dessert. Just so fascinating - their chefs can put out such tasty small plates so quickly, each packed with such fresh & exciting flavors, always cooked to perfection (never over or under cooked). Get the sangria pitchers, bar is always packed & hopping. Dining room just got a refresh, but was beautiful even before with a great atmosphere also. Our least favorite was the rabbit (way too many small bones to pick out).

The ambiance was cozy and inviting, though our table was in the middle of the aisle which felt a bit cramped. Unfortunately, the service itself was inconsistent. We had to ask for bread three times. When we ordered two brownies and one coffee, we were brought one brownie and two coffees. At the end of the meal, we asked for both my meal and my son's meal to be wrapped to go. My son's plate was accidentally thrown away because other plates were stacked on top of it. When I asked about it, the server explained what happened but did not offer to remake it, remove it from the bill, or apologize, which was disappointing. That said, it was a busy Friday during Restaurant Week, so I would consider coming back and hope the service is smoother next time. While writing this review, I actually received a text from the restaurant letting me know we left our son's plate behind, which was thoughtful and appreciated. If Yelp allowed half stars, I would give 3.5.

Once there the vibe feels rustic, historic, little speakeasy vibes. Service was fantastic. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable about all the different wines available. The charcuterie grazing board was every and any thing you could possibly want, at least we thought so. Sooooo good!! The dippy duet of the tapenade and pistachio cream dip thing (sorry forgot the name) delicious. We ordered an entree to share and everyone raved about the lamb chops. Safe to say we'll be back. We arrived as soon as they opened and were some of the first there. The bar tender greeted us and we took our seats. He came over immediately and went through the entire menu with us. I ordered wine from their very large selection and my husband ordered a stout. They were out of his order so the bar tender brought over three similar options and explained them all. My husband picked one of the recommendations and it was a great beer. My wine was delicious. We ordered the Brie , burger, and my husband ordered their lomo. Everything was great truly. We just took our time and really enjoyed the space which was very cozy and relaxing. The best thing is going to a restaurant where wine and beer are their main focus and talking with staff that is enthusiastic about their products. Our waiter was great and we're sad we didn't get his name but he made the experience ten times better with his knowledge of wines and beers. We plan on returning very soon!!
