No service, as I am getting out. Not one hello. Came to pick up bib for my run tomorrow. Sadly Charlie Brown Christmas needs to do it somewhere else. Hope is not because I'm Hispanic. But I notice them just helping white customers. Hmmm usually not one to assume but I felt the vibe. Definitely won't be coming back. Now I've been to the snail pace in Monrovia. Night and day .. they have quality service ... will go to them. Never coming back to this place. read more

Recently started my running journey and after a few weeks of running on non-running shoes, I decided I finally needed a real pair. Visiting fleet feet was the right choice! Nathan helped me out with a feet and gait analysis then recommended me some shoes that would fit my needs. He explained everything in the analysis and answered all my questions with great knowledge. I ended up buying one of the shoes he recommended and am excited to continue my journey! read more

This review is a long time coming. I have been a customer for about 10 years since moving to Burbank. The very first time I went to Fleet Feet, I was nervous because I have size 12.5 wide feet. I have always had a hard time finding shoes that fit. Only because of Fleet Feet do I know what size my feet actually are. They also scan your feet and make you walk on a pressure pad to see where you are putting most of the pressure for your feet so they can tailor the shoe selection to you. Because of this excellent service, I have had 10 wonderful years of having shoes that fit me. However, my shoe selection is mostly always limited to black or white. As someone who loves color in their life, I decided to stop in yesterday (06/19/2025) and see if they could find me some colorful shoes in my size. In steps Amanda, she spent I think a good part of an hour with me trying on multiple makes and styles of shoes knowing I had specific wants (12.5, wide, hiking, running, weight lifting). She never once showed any frustration helping me out as we found time and time again that the second we put in my measurements, the myriad of rainbow colors went back to black and white for my size. In the end I didn't get exactly what I needed, but that isn't the fault of Fleet Feet, and more a limitation of the shoe industry as a whole. I did however walk out with a new pair of shoes even more comfortable than my original choice. I HIGHLY recommend fleet feet, and I absolutely suggest asking for Amanda if you go in. She was amazing and took my request as a challenge. Thank you Fleet Feet! You continue to have a customer for life! read more

Customer service was great, no appointment was needed. I just visited to get measurements for my grandkids and also, see what type of insole they needed to support their feet. Everything was done properly and having kids who ask questions a lot, representative salesman was awesome to answer to kids questions, patiently. Thank you. read more

Great selection at the store with super knowledgeable staff. I've come a couple times for community runs. I like the variety of routes they offer and that afterwards there is some food & mingling and sometimes discounts! The first time I went, I asked a salesperson about a specific pain in my foot and she was so so helpful, gave me some tips, and didn't try to push any purchases on me. I very much appreciated her expertise! I joined their rewards program and have already benefited from it. Definitely recommend. The parking lot is quite small so get there early for community runs, otherwise you'll need to find a spot in the neighborhood. read more

Everyone here is so nice and friendly and very knowledgeable! They have some cool tech that scans your feet and they send you a copy of that scan! Amanda was amazing, thank you for the help! read more

What a great experience, surprisingly super busy and waited a good 20 minutes to be helped but the wait is worth it as you get a customized one on one experience. We both got a 3D scan done of our feet and super cool to know to see which shoes are best for your foot size and running preferences. Shout out to Brianna for helping us find the right shoes and I purchased some insoles (which are such a game changer) if you have some issues with your feet. She even searched up different stores for us and went above and beyond great customer service. Definitely recommend going here for all your running or shoe needs! Value is standard pricing but definitely have a great selection to choose from here if not there's also a Encino location. You also earn points for rewards! Great running community vibe read more

Kyler was a great help to our cousin! She came for the very first time and went through the fitting process and Kyler was very informative, patient and provided excellent customer service- going above and beyond with multiple choices, answering questions, and providing advice while not being too pushy. My wife was kind of having a crafting crisis and needed a fresh pair of long shoelaces to get her project done. After she hit multiple Target stores, she came up flat and highly irritable. So at 6:50 PM on a Thursday evening, I hit the road for her to Red Wing Shoes by my house who is supposed to close at 7:00 PM. At 6:52, Red Wing was already closed. So next I was going to hit up another big box store to then remember Fleet Feet being nearby, on my way down Magnolia. I'm not a runner nor to I care too deeply about my shoes, so they didn't pop immediately into my head at first. Basically, I've never once shopped there. However, they were also open until 7:00 PM according to Yelp. So I decided to be "that customer" who storms the front door minutes before they lock it up for the night. Honestly, with today's social climate, I almost expected to be immediately dismissed or treated rudely. But no. This was not the case at all. Far from it. This was classic, welcoming, and very friendly service. I walked in a 6:58 PM, and was given white glove treatment straight through to the end ...for me to buy a pair of shoelaces, nonetheless. To me, this shows that Fleet Feet prioritizes the customer experience above all else. Now I'm excited to return and see what other things I can discover in their shop for my own awkwardly wide feet. Thanks again everyone at Fleet Feet! read more

Drove all the way here from Santa Clarita to get properly measured/analyzed and was not disappointed! They had a great selection of shoes in neutral colors which was great bc we don't like overly colorful shoes! Mackenzie took the time to answer our questions/concerns and gave us her professional opinion on what she believed would work best and gave us options to choose from. I support small businesses but they really gotta work on acknowledging customers who walk in the door. I appreciate that others are being helped but there's literally no hello, no nod, backs of 3+ employees completely turned away from walk ins. I just had a pickup I had already paid for online but had to interrupt a conversation after 5mins of not being looked at or noticed by anyone (I was standing at counter, store was nearly empty). Need to establish a protocol or hire someone to man the register. read more

The best customer service experience of my life! I drove for 40 minutes to visit this location based on the excellent online reviews. I walked right in, no wait, and was assisted immediately by Daniel. I've never had a shoe fitting before and I can't believe I waited this long because what a personalized and helpful experience. Daniel asked me so many great questions to really understand my needs in a shoe and even made sure I liked them aesthetically. I was so happy to have him explain the details of my foot scan and send it to me so I have access to it next time I buy shoes, whether it's at Fleet Feet or somewhere else. I loved that he was so knowledgeable about the products in store that would help me be more efficient and avoid injury, but never once was pushy to try to get me to make a purchase. He took time to let me test different combinations and heard when I said I didn't like something. Ultimately, I bought insoles and a new pair of shoes that cost me less than they would've to order online, plus no shipping and I didn't have to wait for delivery. The entire appointment with Daniel, the measurements, the fitting and advice--all free. I feel I walked away with a bargain getting discounted shoes and all that knowledge about my own feet for what I paid. This is a place, and a person, who really wants to just help people buy shoes they will love. In a time where a lot of shopping experiences are done online, or at stores with inexperienced employees pushing over-priced trendy sales for a commission, I was so elated to have such a personalized experience with Daniel at Fleet Feet. They've earned my business back and I'll tell everyone I know! Thank you, Daniel, and Fleet Feet! read more

Can't say enough great things about the excellent service we received from the wonderful staff at Fleet Feet. This is a true athlete shoe store carrying the best brands for runners and health conscious people taking good care of their feet. They use sizing tools to get your exact measurements. The product knowledge demonstrated by several staff members is beyond compare. They are equally helpful to teenage students as they are to senior citizens. If you need athletic shoes, this is the place. read more

Walked in to get some input on a new pair of runners to train for the LA marathon, and was very pleasantly surprised by the level of knowledge, service and patience. Mackenzie is super helpful and walked me through several options for my sort of complicated shoe needs. In addition to an insole. After completing a thorough digital analysis of my foot shape and gait. She was experienced in running, and gave me advice on the shoes that was practical and came from real life experience. Which is a rare thing in retail shopping nowadays. My experience with Mackenzie made the difference between an average and outstanding customer experience and that ensured I will shop at fleetfeet again. read more

Stopped in this afternoon to check out some shoes I'd heard great things about. Rachel from Fleet Feet was super friendly and helpful from the get-go. While they didn't carry the exact color I wanted, she offered to help with sizing and brought out a variety of shoes from the brand. She went above and beyond in assisting me and was so pleasant in doing so. Parking was super easy with a lot as well as abundant street parking. There was a ton of stock and the store was very well kept. I will definitely be back here for all my shoe needs! read more

This is my third time at Fleet Feet, repeat shopper. Today I went to pick up some trail shoes for an intense 70 mile portion of a trail that I plan to do in a few months. The thing about this place is that it's not just another shoe store. Their employees are AMAZING. Super welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Daniel helped me out today and he went above and beyond for my sister and I. The thing is though, each time I've gone here, the service has been the same. Their customer service has been impeccable any time I've gone. Daniel greeted us with a smile. He asked us what we were looking for and had us step on these two machines to measure and check and give a very detailed report of your feet, arch, foot height, where you put most pressure on your feet, etc. After showing us our report and asking some questions, he got us a few options and sizes. He was super patient and had all the answers when asked. He even gave us some tips on different ways to lace up and also had some sock suggestions for the long trail ahead. Two things I really like, as mentioned before, the customer service is amazing. It reminds me of the old school service you used to get when I was little, maybe I'm aging myself here, hehe. But they literally help you put your shoe on and lace you up when trying your shoes on. They check where your big toe is in my shoe, just like my Mom did when I was little, hehe. Second awesome thing, other than their service and expertise is they give a Veteran discount. I call this kind gesture from vendors, Veteran Friendly. :) It knocked $16 off my purchase, woot-woot! Thanks Fleet Feet! read more

Fleet Feet Burbank is just awesome. Anytime my wife and I need to buy some running or walking shoes this is where we go. The staff is so nice. I've never once had a bad experience here. Everyone on the team is so nice and accommodating. They really take the time to find you the best shoes for your feet. Shout out to Lea too! She was so awesome! Beyond the staff, they have a good selection of shoes. And, once you get a pair here you'll always come back. Your feet will love you for it! Thanks again ya'll! read more

Really loved the customer interaction. If you plan to get tested to see which shoes are your best fit be ready to wait a bit if there are quite a few people in store. Love the variety in shoes and styles that fit my walking stance best although select styles and sizes are limited there is still available for them to order. They also have a store membership that gives good discounts and benefits on exchanges for shoes if you decide that you didn't like it. I went in with 2 of my sisters we stayed there a bit over an hour to get fitted. They also carry shoes in a wide foot selection. read more

I came in here to buy a pair of walking shoes. They've got a good system to get your name on a list so you can wait for a sales associate and get personal service. The woman that assisted me was very helpful, ran me through their measurement system and had a few pairs of shoes for me to try from Hoka, New Balance and a third which I can't remember. I went with the Hokas and have been very pleased with the comfort and support. The woman assisting me suggested that I might benefit from inserts but when I told her I wanted to try them first without to see how they feel, I didn't get any pressure or upsell, which was appreciated. I know a lot of more serious runners and athletes probably shop here but I didn't feel sidelined or talked down to. read more

They also measure all demensions of your feet in order to fit you with the proper shoes for your runs. I was able to find the perfect pair of running shoes that I LOVE LOVE LOVE. Best shoe buying experience I've ever had. We didn't realize we got there 10 minutes before closing, and they didn't turn us away. I had a prescription from my podiatrist for plantar fasciitis and they said this store would take care of me, and they 100% did. I told them my issue, and then they measured my feet and watched how I walked in my shoes. Then he brought me 3 pairs that he recommended given my needs, and we narrowed down to the best fit. The guy who helped us was so knowledgeable, caring, and relatable (thank you, Dan!). I couldn't have asked for a better experience. This is how show buying should be, and I will recommend them to all my friends moving forward. Thanks Fleet Feet! read more

I absolutely did not want to go to Fleet Feet... but now I forever will! I have worn the same running shoe/insole combo for 13 years, so when I wore my current pair out while training for a 13.1, my plan was to just re-order the same pair I have always worn. That is when I found out that shoe had been permanently discontinued. The idea of having to switch shoes after 13 years of wearing the same kind was extremely overwhelming. I was nervous to go to Fleet Feet because I was afraid they would not understand what I was looking for, or would try to sell me the most expensive shoes for no reason. A part of me wanted to just keep training in my worn down shoes, but my mom told me if I sucked it up and went, the new shoes could be her treat to me. So I begrudgingly went. Within 10 minutes of walking in, my apprehensions were immediately alleviated. After signing in on their whiteboard to work with one of their reps, I was browsing the store waiting for my name to be called, when suddenly Dan, one of the reps, commented on my shoes- "Hey, I used to wear those! Bummer they were discontinued." Immediate green flag. 3 minutes later, I was conveniently paired with Dan himself. He understood exactly what I wanted, but we did an updated foot scan anyway, just in case. He pulled three shoes for me and let me run around the block in each pair to really see how they felt. I did not love the first pair, but Dan listened intently to what I didn't like about them and changed his approach with the next two accordingly. The second pair felt nearly exactly the same as my old pair, so I almost bought them on the spot. But Dan wanted me to try one more pair- the On Cloudrunner 2s. He said while they wouldn't feel 100% like my old pair, they would feel pretty close and he was curious what I would think because I had made a quick comment in passing about how the first pair he pulled for me was hard on my knees. And wow- I am glad I gave them a chance because he was right- they were pretty close to my old pair but so much easier on my joints. I was surprised he picked that up from such a quick comment in passing. And even after that, I wanted to try a size down before committing, so he went back and grabbed a pair so I could compare. He was super patient throughout the whole process, listening to everything I said and not rushing me. I ended up going with the Cloudrunners- they were $150, which is exactly what they're listed for online, so my fears of Fleet Feet upselling were alleviated. Dan also fitted me for some new insoles which were $60, the same price as my old ones. The whole process took about 20 minutes, and I left feeling super excited to hit the road in my new shoes. Next time I need new running shoes, I will definitely be back! read more

For my running people - beginners, intermediates and experienced. You're welcome. This is my new go to running store. SO much better than Running Circle in Los Feliz. Alex took the time to size me properly. My feet are still a size 7 and I still run in a size 7& 1/2 to an 8. As opposed to the size 9 Running Circle sold me after they convinced me to buy them. Fleet Feet takes the time to invest in your running fit. They took the time to understand my running experience, goals and that fit is most important. They also confirmed through scientific evaluation that I still do not pronate at all and have an even foot strike. Thank you for your diligence, professionalism and knowledge base in helping me find two perfect pair of running shoes and appropriate running socks for my specific needs. I'll be back soon!
