My wife and I purchased a brand new Mazda CX 70 from #mcdonaldmazdanorth and we took it to Chris at Flawless Detailing to have it ceramic coated. Unfortunately for us, Chris noticed there were many sever defects in the paint from the washing/prep performed by McDonald Mazda North. Chris tried to work with McDonald Mazda North to have them cover the cost of the paint corrections needed due to their neglect and McDonald Mazda North was unwilling to assist in any way other than offering to have their detail shop (who caused the defects and damage in the first place) repair the issues. @McDonaldMazdaNorth - you really screwed up and totally dropped the ball. Thankfully, Chris has the expertise to get the paint corrected and made the car look amazing, which is how it should have looked from the dealership. I would recommend that you hire Chris to inspect your new vehicle purchase before taking delivery from any dealership. Chris is a great guy and he really put in a lot of hours to correct the damage caused to the paint by McDonald Mazda North. If you're interested, we tried working with the general manager, James Hovey, after we stopped receiving responses from the Sales Manager Doug Gleason and never received a response from James Hovey. I would recommend going to Schomp Mazda or Sill-Terhar Mazda instead of any of the McDonal Mazda Group dealerships. Huge thanks go out to Chris for his efforts and his outstanding work. The vehicle now looks absolutely amazing. We have received many unsolicited compliments after Chris worked his magic. Listen, I've been looking for a reputable company to take care of my BMW for a while now. I didn't want a mobile detail as that just didn't seem to fit what I needed. I talked to a couple of places just to get price quotes and I always felt like the vibe was off. And then I happened to stumble across this company and decided to reach out. My experience with Chris (the owner) was phenomenal since day one. He is extremely responsive, professional and ethical. I wasn't sure what this experience would be like as I haven't had a car detail of this magnitude before. Backstory- my car has seen better days. After years of automatic carwashes, a severe act of vandalism that left shards of glass everywhere, and just not really maintaining this caliber of vehicle I was determined to either a) trade it in (as i was starting to resent my car) or b) opt for a high-end detail *so that I might love it again. I really didn't have a clue what this should cost outside of a few Google searches..so I needed to find someone who had integrity and would provide an honest price and recommend the required level of detail, and not try to up-sell something that I didn't need, etc. I dropped my car off yesterday and Chris is still working on the paint correction as I type this. He has sent pictures and videos throughout this entire process. I am so confident that this will be A+++++++ that I wanted to start my review early. Five stars all the way - Chris clearly enjoys detailing cars and has a passion for perfection. This is the guy you want on your car! First I brought him my dad's 18-year-old construction truck that was full of dog hair and dirt and he made it look like new, seriously! It seemed impossible. Then I brought him our Tesla that we had taken on 6 weeks worth worth of road trips -- covered in bugs, road striping paint (oops!), rock chips, and scratches from a broken side mirror (my fault too!). The inside was just as bad from 3 kids, drinks, food, etc... We asked Chris to detail, paint correct, and ceramic coat it and it looks better than new - seriously - it's SO SHINY... Tesla wishes their paint was this good. The inside is PERFECTION. The best part about all this is Chris' prices are amazing and his communication is off the charts - he'll update you regularly with texts, calls, and pictures. All of the other reviews are true. Flawless Detailing is actually just one guy, currently working out of his house in Thornton putting 110% into every job he does. Chris communicated well and did a beautiful job. He maintains the utmost professionalism at all times. When I dropped off my car he was able to take a look and recommend additional services to make it look really phenomenal. He wasn't pushy at all, clearly just had a lot of pride in his work and wanted me to love the results. I took him up on an offer for an additional shampoo package to get some stains out of the fabric upholstery and it was well worth it. My car looks and smells and shines like it's brand new. Oh, and it started raining half an hour before I was set to pick it up so he wiped it down and moved it inside for me to keep it nice. The whole experience was perfect and my car is immaculate. Chris was fantastic. I brought 2 work vans to him that had been used by heavy smokers (they'll be paying for the next detail now) and the vehicles were trashed. Cigarette butts everywhere, ash in every crease and crevice, food stains, sticky soda in the consoles, you name it. The smoke smell was so pungent that myself and several other employees weren't even capable of driving the vehicles, with the windows down, for more than a few minutes without becoming physically ill. Chris assured me this would all be remedied and the cars would look new again (which they w"are, they're not even 6 months old yet, but you'd think they were in the fleet a decade). I text Chris and told him about my Groupon and I wanted to set up an appointment. I was asked which package and after that no one responded to my text. Everyone gets busy so I tried again the next day and still no answer. I decided that if they can't respond they must not need my business and I cancelled my Groupon.
