Didn't even matter because he spent time with me troubleshooting, which he absolutely didn't need to do, and even offered to give me a ride the following morning if the issue was still there, which, again, wasn't his fault but he didn't care instead wanting to make sure I was taken care of regardless. It's rare these days to find someone who truly cares about the customer, especially when it's an issue unrelated to their work. I told him several times that I didn't want him to come in on his day off but he reassured me that he had to come in anyways. It should be noted that it was also a holiday. I've posted photos of my front bumper in an attempt to demonstrate their incredible technical skill. Paint protection film installation at this level of expertise becomes art. When it's installed correctly, it's virtually invisible. Of course you can't see the film in my photos because it was a perfect installation, but what you might not realize is that nearly all the plastic trim pieces on my bumper are also covered. Look at all the creases, curves and contours on my bumper! This install was no cake walk and many ClearBra techs wouldn't attempt this level of coverage. I've had film installed on all of my previous cars, and I'm simply blown away by their talent in comparison. Jake & Zach also installed a ClearBra on my daughter's Ford Bronco as well as a special coating to my husband's Jeep windshield to help reduce glare which has allowed him to drive at night again. Witnessing their magic is addictive. I have to find something else around my house for them to put ClearBra on. My lawnmower, maybe. . . I highly, highly recommend Flatirons Tint & ClearBra because Jake & Zach care more about your car than you do. I'm extremely fussy about my cars, and will never step foot into another ClearBra shop after I saw what they're capable of. Leo's schedule seemed to pack up fast, but most definetly because of the quality of work. It was about an hour drive to the shop, I'd for sure make the drive again. I will be taking my next car to his shop, it's a trustworthy business which is hard to come by these days. He was also very good about not touching the aftermarket parts I had on the car, nothing was damaged or scratched at all, and he still got the crevices around them. A few months after the buff job I got rear ended and needed the receipts for insurance, he was able to resend everything to me no problem within the same day I requested them. I wouldn't do go another business.
