Didn't even matter because he spent time with me troubleshooting, which he absolutely didn't need to do, and even offered to give me a ride the following morning if the issue was still there, which, again, wasn't his fault but he didn't care instead wanting to make sure I was taken care of regardless. It's rare these days to find someone who truly cares about the customer, especially when it's an issue unrelated to their work.
