Times have changed. Food is expensive and flaming buffet gives families the opportunity to eat out at a nice place again. Clean, cute atmosphere with grand chandeliers makes you feel like you're eating on a carnival cruise ship. Service was attentive and great. The food was great for what it was. You can't compare this to a high end sushi establishment but for $15 Lunch AYCE, home style Chinese food will do. I took advantage of chowing down on their more expensive items such as clams, mussels, snails and California roll sushi (the only style they have). We walked in and the hostess at the front was completely rude. She told us to check the food first to see if we liked it. We check the food and come back to say yes, we will eat and she demands we pay first. Sure, no problem. Then she tries to have us pay for three adults when it was only my husband and I eating and our child who is 2 years old. We then ask for three drinks and I walk over to sit down and she tells us we can't sit on that side because it's clean and we need to go to the other side where it was absolutely disgusting. We said nevermind and start to walk out and she starts to talk badly about us in her language. We did not even understand what her damn hostility towards us was about. We will not be returning. I normally don't like buffets because of germs being spread so easily or the food being not fresh, but I didn't experience that here. They offer hand sanitizer and disposable gloves so you can keep your hands clean! I also love that the glass covers the food so no one is breathing on it. The price is so good, you can't beat it and right now, is my #1 buffet spot! I also love how much different types of Asian food they have and it's fresh! I love the sushi, sashimi, and the Mongolian bbq option. It's hard to be healthy when going to a buffet with my man, but this makes it easy and we're both happy! Place is dirty. We sat there for over an hour waiting for some food items to come out. Case in point the chicken on a stick did not come out at all. They have a few sticks that were dry and resembled chicken jerky!!! Showed one of the hostesses the tray. A worker was wiping the sushi counter with a smelly towel and of course it stinks after wiping. She took the towel to replace various dishes. The towel smelled rotten. It was obvious they hadn't washed and dried it properly. I'm very concerned about the hygiene of the restaurant. read more

This is slightly above average for a Chinese buffet in the area when compared to the other better known ones. Based on all the 1* reviews about the food being bland, I expected to add salt or soy sauce or whatever sauces they had available, but I didn't even need to. It wasn't overly flavorful, but bland is a bit of an exaggeration. There was a good variety during lunch hours for different flavored chicken like orange, teriyaki, fried, buffalo?, and lots or stir fry vegetable options as well. In terms of seafood, I only noticed black bean sauce clams, shrimp, cold mussels, fake crab with cheese, and more shrimp. It is priced very well and if it was more expensive it might be difficult to justify going for the lunch items at least. For the American cuisine there were pizza, chicken nuggets, broccoli and cheese, and the other chicken flavors I previously mentioned. Service is cut and dry. They're hustling and bustling. We went at noon on Friday and was seated right away. An hour later, the restaurant was noticeably emptier. There were some different beverage flavors like horchata and pina colada that was nice to have. It's a nice restaurant, lots of staff continually keeping the food stocked and clean. I'll have to try again at dinner because those were the food items we were looking forward to enjoying more, but overall it's better good than bad. With the self serve individual ice cream cups and other dessert options, can definitely get our moneys worth on dessert alone. read more

I tried it because they sent an ad with 15% coupon home saying that they have KBBQ. They don't. They have uncooked beef ribs that you need to order the guy at the grill to cook for you. I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I came as soon as it opened for a lunch treat with some family and even for open they had all their food out and ready, and it looked VERY clean over all. As we were leaving it was already getting busy and food being replaced. The mussels are good, not spoiled like most China buffet places. The shrimp was plump, juicy, and delicious and the bread coating that it was fried in was very flavorful. The fried flounder was the star, and their Mongolian bbq section was clean and fresh for both meat and veggies. The ONE thing that I was EXTREMELY disappointed in, was the fact they had NO tuna or salmon. Their rolls all were made with imitation crab. Honestly half of why I went there was unlimited tuna and salmon rolls. And while I probably won't be back simply because the tuna/salmon is why I venture to places like these as well as the crawfish ( which is only for dinner) it is definitely worth the price, and has many many options of what to eat and its all fresh and tasty. read more

The food is so bland and lacked flavor. They are also understaffed with only one waiter for a huge section, so there was a long wait to get empty plates taken away and drink refills. They are slow to refill the food so there were a lot of empty trays at the buffet. The line for the mongolian grill is always long and moves ridiculously slow, which sucks cause that's a huge selling point of this buffet. I think I waited nearly half an hour for mediocre food. Don't believe those "1-star"reviews that complain of slippery floors, etc. Many restaurants have gone out of business during the last few Covid years. It takes a lot of risk and courage to open a restaurant, even more so with a Vegas-style buffet. I give 5 stars for having this buffet back that replaced the previous Top One buffet. Same location. They are very similar in terms of variety of food options, except with all new remodeled interior decor, which is a plus! There is plenty of different food options, more than enough for anyone to find things they like, or like to try: different dishes of chicken/wings, beef, fish/shrimp/seafood, sushi bar, salad bar, Asian soups, stir fries, fried plantains (one of my favorites), fruits, cakes, etc. For the current lunch price ($13.99/person for all-you-can-eat), it's very reasonable. Many restaurants charge much more than that just for "one" entree... In short, we have a Vegas-style buffet right here in Fullerton, without the Vegas prices, and without the 5 hours drive to Vegas! read more

We drove by and saw that this buffet was finally opened, so decided to try it out. It was surprisingly really great. Our usual go-to buffet in the area is Asia Buffet in Buena Park, but this might be our new go-to. While it has slightly less items than some other Chinese-style buffets, every item is very well-cooked and high quality. The meats and seafood used in the dishes are fresh and flavorful and you can tell by the taste that it's of a better quality than what's used in some other buffets. Dishes also rotate fast here, so nothing's really sitting out or empty for too long. The restaurant itself is very clean and the service was friendly and very attentive. Good qualities for a new restaurant and hopefully they'll stay that way. It seemed to be really popular as well because it was packed and a line was out the door, even during the mid-afternoon when we finished eating. We'd highly recommend giving this place a try and we're certain we'll be coming back in the future. read more
