This is the BEST pizza I've ever had! And I've been to New York. The price of the small is the same as MOD and I only go there for convenience. The sauce is to die for! We got half pepperoni and half famous. We also got the cheese raviolis, which I was not a fan of. The reason being, most fried raviolis have a batter and are than fried. These did not have any batter so they were rather hard. The ranch is homemade and it is delicious. I've lived in the area for four years, and I have never passed by because no one is in the parking lot. But this is our new go to spot!

Walked in around 12:30 pm on Saturday afternoon. We were greeted promptly but were the only customers in the place. Simple seating, very plain, New York pizza joint feel. We ordered the cheese bread and the two comments from my wife when they brought it out was, "That looks good AND that smells good". It was hot, had good flavor and the bread was cooked enough to have a toasty firmness but still be soft and gooey. Served with a side of dipping marinara, the contrast of the hot bread and cool marinara was delicious (4.5 stars). We ordered a medium stuffed crust pizza, half margarita pizza, half meat lovers. Took about 10 minutes to be served. It looked great but the two pizzas created a very different experience depending on what you ate. The margarita pizza had no marinara sauce that was visible or that you could taste. Diced tomatoes and basil with lots of cheese actually tasted bland and didn't pair well with the crust we ordered. The pizza dough was excellent but we can't recommend the margarita based on our experience (1.5 stars). The meat lovers produced an entirely different result. The flavor was great, it had marinara sauce and the meat toppings blended perfectly with the stuffed crust. Hot and fresh, this was a pizza worth ordering. The crust was delicious and based on our experience with the cheese bread we think they know how to make and cook a good pizza dough. (4.5 stars). I'd recommend this pizza place just not the margarita pizza. They have Italian dishes and calzones as well which we will try if we come again. Overall 3.5 stars but I Yelp doesn't let me do have star reviews so I gave it 3.

This place is small so it looks like they do more take out and delivery than anything. We tried the fried shrimp which wasn't bad tasting and they paired it with their in house marinara sauce. The shrimp were crispy and served up piping hot. Couldn't be mad at that. The medium pizza was a really good size for my wife and I. If I had to say anything that didn't let me give them a 5 it would be their can drink selection and that there's no sriracha. It wasn't a bad experience the staff was pleasant and it really looked like a family owned business/mom and pop shop. Like the owners actual younger adolescent children were working the register and the much older adults working the oven. The dough was fluffy and had a good crunch to it, the cheese was stringy, we didn't get to taste the sauce so much with the pizza which was a little bit of a let down but overall the pizza was good. It wasn't burnt, cooked perfectly, and it was filling. 8/10 would recommend.

My new favorite pizza place. We ordered a personal pizza with chicken, bacon, mushrooms, and spinach, mozzarella sticks, and chicken pasta, which included garlic bread. Everything was fresh and very flavorful. Absolutely delicious! The pizza was baked to perfection and it had generous portions of meat and vegetables. Nice, cozy atmosphere. Excellent movie in the background (The Mummy). The staff was very pleasant, courteous, and friendly. Definitely coming back!

Favorite pizza place ever! I order here frequently, both takeout and delivery. Service is fast and ordering online is easy. The pizza is fresh and so flavorful. I love the 10 inch personal pies. The lemon pepper wings are 1000% it! Very well deserved 5 stars.

We ordered through GrubHub for pickup, and it all went pretty smoothly. With a name like 'Famous Pizza', we had to try it at least once. Being gastronomically adventurous, we also went with the Gyro Meat Pizza. The pizzas can be made with a 4 different crust options - only the stuff crust option is extra cost. We went with the thick crust with one pizza and regular crust with the other. I guess the thick crust is the better option if you're hungry, but overall the regular crust seems better and less doughy. As for the taste overall, the pizzas are decent. We actually enjoyed the Gyro Meat Pizza more than the Famous Pizza. We would rate this place a 3.5, but let's round it up.

Sooo this was my first time here a few days ago......I will most certainly be back! The flavors of their sauce, cheese and pepperoni are in my opinion one of the best I've had around. I was initially going to knock a point off for the crust, but that was my doing by requesting it. So no harm done! The cheese bread were to die for! Garlicky, cheesy and buttery.....then the side marinara sauce gave it that one, two kick in the mouth piece! Next time I'm going for a thin crust because I know I won't be disappointed!

This has become my favorite little pizza joint! The pizza is delicious and their wings are the best! The place is small, so it's really made for pick up or delivery. If you get your food delivered, it's usually pretty fast. The wings that they serve are better than any traditional "wing only" resto. I usually order the same thing all the time, but I've also had their pizza rolls, salads, and parmasen fries and they are all good. read more

I ordered from here after having driven past it for the last year and wanting to try. Boy am I glad I did! I got pizza and the seafood pasta. The crust is that perfect chewy thin, great cheese (I am a Wisconsin cheese snob) and the pasta is a definite 2 thumbs up. First the good news. This pizza has excellent crust and omst of the pizzas are very good. A little disappointed with the "Caprese" pizza, their take on a Margherita pizza as the "fresh" mozzarella seemed like it was just regular mozzarella all melted up. Not a bad thing, but not like I expect. Sandwiches are good and staff is great. read more

Very impressed with service! I ordered the chicken pesto pasta which comes with penne pasta but I asked for angel hair in the comments section when ordering online. It taste amazing! I also ordered the pizza roll appetizer. It's okay. Wasn't hot when it was delivered but still edible. Strawberry cheesecake definitely not home made but still delicious. We ordered from here yesterday and today. Food was very good-excellent both days. Delivery was right on time yesterday (about 45 mins). Today it took about 75 mins and they forgot the breadsticks with our salad lunch meals but gave us extra drinks instead. The house salad with habanero ranch dressing was very fresh and tasty. The dressing was spicy and not heavy like some ranch dressings can be. Very good salad. Chicken parm and meatball subs were both delicious. Just chicken or meatball with good sauce and cheese on French bread. For 4.99 you get a 6" sub, side ( salad, chips, or fries), and a can of soda so it's a lot of food for the money. Kids loved the cheese pizza. If we're in this area again, we'd definitely order from this place again. read more

I won't order here again, I don't think it'll be worth it. $15 minimum on deliveries is not good. I am one person. I don't eat $15 worth of practically anything. This pizza wasn't worth the price in my opinion. I've got a degree in restaurant management, this pesto has gotta be under 10% food cost. This chicken reminds me (flavor wise) of the precooked/sliced Tyson chicken available at Kroger. The crust is an unfavorable texture and is very inconsistent thickness. Way too much cheese, and it took (almost) an entire hour to arrive. Delivery man was nice and didn't waste any time doing his job, love it when they're to-the-point, hello-goodbye kind of attitude at my door step. I haven't tried my rum cake, I hope it was worth the entire $5 I paid for it! read more

I didn't know what to expect. This is a place where you order at the counter, and they bring it out. The menu is very large. I had the lasagna, and it was very good. No alcoholic beverages are available. There is a TV on a Spanish-speaking channel. read more

We are still fairly new to Houston and we love ordering from Flamin Stone! It was our first meal in our new home and it's quickly become a family favorite. My parents came to visit and they enjoyed their pastas and fried mushrooms. My father in law got the chipotle bbq wings and they were delicious too. Nice little kick to them. Their prices are great. You don't spend a fortune. Also, their delivery guys are the kindest humans. We truly appreciate how friendly you all are. We definitely notice and that's why we will continue to get delivery from Flamin Stone. read more

I accidentally ordered through flaming stone on my Uber eats app once I realize that it was incorrect which was within one minute of the order I canceled it. Flaming stone still charged me for the meal stating they had already started the order within that moment. If that is the case then Uber eats should not have allowed me to cancel the order and they should've called me to let me know first. I am positive they cannot get all these items started right within the first minute of the order charging me the full amount is just rude and unacceptable read more

Pizza was really good , crust was crunchy and airy , the pepperoni was great and the cheese gooey . This was my wife and I first time here and although the place isn't much to look at the pizza was amazing. I'm a pizza freak and I'm definitely coming back maybe I'll visit this place a few times before I give a complete review because usually the first few times it's great than it changes and they start lacking in flavor and ingredients or they start to cut corners resulting in a less then stellar product but so far first impressions of the pizza is awsome. read more

This place is GREAT! Would never order from a chain again. The "Famous" pizza is amazing!!! My kids & I love the food & order about once a week from here on those crazy hectic nights. I love the variety of the items you can order too. Like salads when I'm eating lean but the kids are wanting pizza!!! The prices are fantastic for the quality you get! The staff is awesome! I'm really disappointed with my last order. We did order late at night but they should still make the food fresh and hot. When we received the food everything was cold. We had ordered pizza and the appetizer sampler and not a single item was hot, let alone warm. After ordering it only took 30 minutes to receive the food so I know it wasn't sitting in a car for long. We don't eat out often and we have ordered here a few times before. The last two times were both subpar. I don't think I will be eating here again unfortunately. I just don't want to take the chance with having cold half cooked food. read more

This was place was very good! We got the supreme pizza and Cajun hot wings. It was actually pretty hot and warm when we went in there but what do you expect lol it's a pizza place. I ordered meat sauce and spaghetti which had absolutely no flavor or spices in it. Bland as cardboard. My garlic bread was hard as a brick. I also ordered the footling pizza roll with pepperoni, Canadian bacon, bell peppers and onions, served with a side of marinara. It was okay considering. The dough was very chewy and the marinara sauce was cold and thick. read more

I was going to get. Some wings, which I've had in the past and are very good, but they raised the price to $18 for 12 pieces (6 whole wings) Not good. I ordered the gyro instead for $7.99. When I got home I discovered the gyro had ONE razor thin slice of gyro meat inside. I feel like I've been ripped off. I am done with this place. read more

I ordered a pizza for the 1st from here today. I chose to pick it up instead of waiting for delivery. It was hot and ready when I arrived, about 15-20 mins after I placed the order online. It was as ordered, thin crust supreme. It was very tasty, not greasy like some, and had a good amount of toppings. Per Yelp I was supposed to get a cookie for ordering online which I did not but I also forgot to mention it. I would definitely go back here for a quality pizza and may be try some other of their menu items. read more

Ordered through GrubHub, delivered to our hotel. Ordered two pizzas and tortellini. Wow! Great food. Tortellini with cream sauce was excellent. Pizza was very tasty as well. Delivery was prompt and food was still nice and hot. Would definitely order again. Hopefully next time we are Houston we can visit the restaurant. Thank you for the great food!!! read more

Ordered two pizzas for delivery last night. The price is good and delivery was on time, one star for each of those positives. The crust is not made from scratch and this is not brick oven pizza. Sauce was tasteless and pepperoni was cheap. There was no crispy browned cheese on top, just a barely melted mess. It's hard to find Sunday pizza delivery in our area, but Pizza Hut or papa John's are better options than this waste of calories and money. read more

The girl working there with the short shorts just seemed annoyed to have to do her job. Chairs were all put up on the tables 2 hours prior to close l, so I couldn't even eat inside. Pretty terrible pizza overall. Not worth the 1 mile walk. Do not recommend.

I looked over the avg size menu and found the specialty pizzas which are mostly your regular pizzas at any pizza place. They're not named anything fancy either. I settled on the meat lovers, hand tossed, which came recommended. The man at the register said this was one of the most popular ones. It comes to my table 15 mins later and it's piping hot. There is no shortage of cheese thankfully....which is my biggest complaint with many pizza places these days. It's also not shy on the amount of toppings too. While visually, it looks simar to many other meat lovers out there, it does taste better than your national chains. The bread is a little more soft and spongy I think. When it got a little cooler toward room temp, it wasn't all that great anymore. Overall, Bulldogs is decent, but i am still on the hunt for the best pizza in the woodlands.

Surprisingly, I really liked the cannoli filling, which says a lot because I usually don't care for cannolis. They often don't taste like much to me, but this one did. The inside of the place is very quaint and mom-and-pop, which I loved. Service was great. I ordered to go, was told 20-25 minutes, and the food was ready in about half that time. All in all, this is a solid pizza place for locals, and I'd absolutely come back to try more items on the menu. I want to try the original place and see if it's better. I mean, it should taste the same right? (Will update when I find this out).

The food is superb!! I have been buying Gyros and their varieties of Muffulettas for a couple of years, they can be addicting! Although i recently started to venture out in their menu and found the Chicken Tequila (AMAZING), Seafood Pasta and the Chicken Crema are items you need to look out for if you want to have a good meal size order. I often order delivery from them and their delivery wait can be up to an hour in which the food doesn't always taste as good. Only reason why I knocked a star off.
