We explained to her that, no, we had ordered a bigger plate in which that "extra" side we just received was simply his 3rd entree included in the bigger plate as it was already charged to us during our initial transaction. This employee told us "we should have told her" it was a bigger plate (that's her job to ask btw), even though we started our conversation with her explicitly stating exactly what we had to avoid any confusions-- simply one birthday reward entree and one bigger plate. They were holding the food at the counter and were insistent that we needed to pay $7.50 extra for what we had, mind you, already paid for. This was disturbing and we calmly tried to reason that even if we had been charged for a plate rather than a bigger plate, there was definitely NOT a $7.50 difference between those options. We motioned that the real price difference would be $2 as (at the base level), a plate costs $11.90 and a bigger plate would be $13.90 The other employee came back and continued trying to pressure us to pay the $7.50. When he finally listened to our logic, he lowered the upcharge to $2.20 as an eggroll in the system. We asked for a refund and they kept trying to dissuade us from refunding our order. We eventually got a refund and I lost my birthday reward on the app. Overall, very shady vibes in there. We will not be returning to this location.
