Roast beef club sandwich with fries
    Suzanne C.

Came for a quick late lunch with my husband after church on a Sunday. The bar was full but plenty of high tops open around the bar so we sat there. I had the Buffalo chicken wrap with Mac salad and he had a roast beef club which was HUGE. My wrap was ok - seems like they squirt the Buffalo sauce into the wrap blindly because it was drenched! Next time I'd probably get it plain with sauce on the side. Mac salad was delicious and my husbands club sandwich was also delicious (per him, I don't really care for roast beef!). They had some good beers on tap, all in all we would come back for lunch! Probably try dinner also!

everything is amazing from food to service i highly recommend coming here for dinner, partys any occasion nothing will disappoint

And this was my vegan fiance's only option
    Rod S.

Well I have to say the only reason we really go here is because I met my fiance there on our first date 4 years ago and every year we go back to the same spot where we sat. The problem is she's vegan and they absolutely have nothing on their menu unless it's custom made for her. I had their chicken French which wasn't bad small pieces of chicken but really $19? We're talking chicken here. LOL I do have to say their lobster bisque is good that I do enjoy. But the really interesting thing about this place and its namesake is the fact that every one of them are different and have completely different menus? That's never made sense to me if you go to McDonald's or if you go to Burger King or any chain restaurant you expect the same food, you go to Flaherty's it's all different.? Very strange. So if you happen to be in another area where there is one and you want to stop in for dinner because you like something that they have they don't have it. LOL I can say this that Honeoye Falls and Macedon have much better food by far. if you don't believe me about the menus Google Honeoye Falls menu and Google Macedon menu and you tell me that there's no difference. LOL it's astronomically different.. And come on guys get with that there are vegans and vegetarians in this world and people are just health conscious and want something a little more healthy. We travel a lot and have eaten at hundreds of restaurants.. in a good percentage of them do offer something vegan or vegetarian in today's world. Not to offer it seems a little antiquated. Maybe that's why your health costs are so high? Just a thought. Lol And don't scoff at vegan food because I got to tell you something I am truly a carnivore but I can tell you this, I have had vegan food that rivals so called real food. The Impossible Burger is a perfect example if it's done right I guarantee you will not be able to taste the difference or looks different than real meat. Want to test that theory go to the Griffon Gastropub in East Aurora.. just down from Vidler's department store. A very interesting place also.

Just got charged $22 for pitcher of Fat Tire. Yesterday paid $9 at Romigs. What a freaking rip off. Safe your money and go someplace else.

Mediocre food and rude staff! I just don't understand attitude issues in the service industry. Sad, this place was good at one time.

This is my experience take it or leave it…read more We have been wanting to try Sendu for a while now so I decided to get some takeout as I was passing through Webster. I ordered online from the parking lot and went in pretty soon after ordering so I wasnt expecting the food to be ready. I waited in line behind another couple who were waiting to be seated. The place was very busy and it seemed to be a bit understaffed. It took a good 2-3 minutes for the couple to be greeted and eventually seated. I waited another 2+ minutes until the bartender finally greeted me from across the bar. I told them I had a pickup and that I would wait at the bar. I sat at the bar for about 10 minutes before I interrupted the bartender to ask if I could get a drink while I waited. $36 for a double whistlepig on the rocks. Wasn't expecting that. The decor was nice. It really seemed like a nice place and it was packed. The staff was doing g then best they could, but overwhelmed and understaffed. Another 10 mintues went by while I watched TV and waited for my food. As I was finishing my drink about 35 minutes after ordering, the food was ready. We got the egg rolls, which were really deep fried spring rolls with sweet and sour sauce but one of the better things we ordered. Seared Pepper tuna was the best thing we tried. Spice with the citrus flavor of the panzu. Seattle, Osaka, and Manhattan sushi tacos. Innovative yes, flavorful not so much. The white sauce (not sure what dish it was for) saved the tacos for me. Manhattan was the best out of the three, but still nothing special. The Beef Bulgogi spring rolls were almost vegetarian, minus the one thin strip of unmarinated beef. Peanut sauce tasted like peanut butter, no other spices or flavors like a peanut sauce should. I was not impressed. We also got the "Thai Shrimp and Tropical fruit Ceviche" it was missing the pineapple and there was no where near the citrus needed to make a real Ceviche. Meaning they cut up cooked shrimp and put it in a bland fruit salad. Another one that I was not impressed by. Finally mango sticky rice. This wasn't bad and I don't mind Jassberry rice, but if you are going to call it sticky rice, you should have more than a drizzle of sweetened coconut milk in the rice and it needs more than a 1/4 mango. Total came to just under $75 not including tip or the $36 bourbon. Too many really good Sushi, Thai, and Korean resturants to waste my time trying mediocre "fusion". I wouldn't rule out giving them another try, but it won't be anytime soon :(

The pick up was for a plate and while it wasn't the best garbage style plate I've had, it wasn't bad at all. Didn't ruin the name. The dine in order was a burger and that was pretty darn good! The sweet potato fries were delicious too. I had the Rochester Snow cocktail and I drank it so fast I wished I could reverse time to savor it more. Things started off great. The servers are very welcoming! We got some water run over, I don't love that they don't have menus and that you have to use your phone. I understand the "convenience" but it's much more convenient to just have a menu. So, we ordered and the pretzel came pretty quick which we got as an appetizer. Four stars it was very yummy, honey mustard was good, queso was good, too much salt on the pretzel though, way too much salt lol, but it was good. Then there was a bit of a wait for our burgers, not forever but a little bit of a wait. The portions are interesting. The fries are shoe string which I personally think is the crappiest form of fry in existence so that's one strike. One of our fries was normal and one of them was bacon and cheese. It was okay but it's a fairly small portion of fries for a $20 dish. As for the burgers we got a plain burger with mozzarella cheese and we got a double burger with onion rings bacon and barbecue sauce on it. They were both good, buns were good, burgers were good, No real complaints but also not like wow I want this again. A bit pricey for what you're getting especially with the slow service.I would say the burgers are similar if a little smaller than Bill Gray's. Then we had a bit of a stumbling block. At this point it was about 5:40\ 5:30 and they were in full swing for dinner Rush on a Wednesday and very understaffed. After half an hour of waiting for our server to come back, I had to get up and go to the bar to order the milkshake. At one point someone came and cleared our dishes and asked us if we wanted more water to which we said yes and they never showed back up. That's definitely a very strong second strike. Bill came to $72 which seems utterly ridiculous for a couple of burgers and fries, a pretzel and a milkshake even if it's a very impressive milkshake. I don't think it was a $20 milkshake. It had an ice cream sandwich on it, two brownie bites and a cosmic brownie. Frosting along the rim with some little candies kind of pressed into the frosting. It looked great and it was good, I just don't think it was $20 good. $15 probably would have been fair. Even though it took them a while to get our order and to get us our milkshake and I had to go track someone down in order to order it they were pretty quick to take our money when it was time to pay the check. They also do one of those awkward things where they have a handheld credit card machine that they pop your card into and set it down while they stand there and watch you put in the tip which I never love. All in all was it interesting? Sure and she really enjoyed it and that's what it was about. I don't see us going back frequently. Small side note for the colder months it's a relatively small restaurant and the front door opens to the street so every time someone either comes in or goes out a freezing gust of air blows through the whole restaurant so come dressed for cold weather.
