AMAZING. I would give 10 stars if I could. This is the best fried chicken sando I've had in a LONG time. I ordered The Magnet original and the piece of chicken was huge, juicy, and perfectly crispy and breaded all around. I liked the Magnet sauce and pickles, but putting it on Texas Toast is genius and really sends the sando into all-star territory! I also got a side of mac and cheese, which was a much bigger portion than I was expecting for only $3. It was also delicious. The cheese was really smooth and had strong flavor. The loaded ribbon-cut potatoes (basically chips) were also delicious. The portion is enormous and definitely for sharing. I wish there was a little more cheese sauce, but overall it was a great side. We were visiting from New Mexico in early August 2024 and discovered The Magnet Fried Chicken. Wow. We stopped by on 3 consecutive days and would have stopped on our 4th day but we were departing for Gettysburg. The chicken plates and sandwiches were so tender, moist, and delicious. We tried different meals each day, loved them all. The coleslaw was also delicious. I think it's the BEST chicken sandwiches we have ever had. The Mac salad was really small compared to other places. Mac and cheese was solid but best bought if eating there. Ribbon fries were fun outside a carnival and pretty good. Don't get them dresses up unless you're eating there. We also got 2 drinks, and the bill was $40. When I was in college, back when dinosaurs roamed the earth, my favorite sandwich was a chicken club. I had quite a few; you could say they made me the man I am today, literally. Amazing magnet sauce (think sweet and spicy mayo), crispy bacon (more on that later), a fat tomato slice, and lettuce on the freshest brioche bun I've ever had. Every detail of this seemingly straightforward sandwich was executed to the zenith of perfection. But wait, there's more! My lovely wife had the chicken breast (boneless) with waffles and she loved it very much. Real maple syrup, candied bacon that is going on my next chicken club fr fr (as the kids say), very decent little waffles. Even a ramekin of mixed fruit compote! Again, meticulous attention to detail and perfect execution. Jeff the chef was very kind and patiently listened to my lifetime history with chicken sandwiches with great attentiveness. The other staff were all friendly and obviously hard-working. Tips: Chicken sandwiches are a finger food, stock up on napkins. If candied bacon is available, get it. Finally, when you're done, you can ring their bell if you loved their sandwiches and other food. Ring it with more vigor than I did. Chef Jeff expects no less. read more

Spouse had the Smokey Chick, which had Smoked Gouda cheese, applewood smoked bacon, BBQ sauce, coleslaw... really good combo. It's counter service then they deliver to the table.
