BEWARE!!!!! I used to get my phone screens fixed here all the time. Until the last time..first, they returned my phone to me without my phone case that I brought it in with. When I asked for it, they didn't know where it was so he let me pick one for free since they misplaced mine. After using it, I realized pressing anywhere on the bottom of my phone would cause my iPhone to take me to my home screen. When I had taken it back to get fixed, THEY STOLE MY IPHONE BATTERY before returning my phone to me!! THEY SWAPPED THEM! My phone charge lasted no more than 30 minutes!!! When I had it checked out by Apple they asked if my charger had ever been replaced....I had to get an entirely new phone. Got my sons iPhone screen replaced here not even 30 days ago. This morning we noticed the new screen was lifting from the body of the phone. I stuck my nail under it a little to see what was going and the screen cracked a tiny bit. Since my receipt said it was warranties for a year I took it back to them. They said they couldn't warranty the lifting screen because it had a small crack in it. I told him it cracked BECAUSE the screen was lifting and he offered me 20% off the full price. I took it to a different screen repair place instead of giving these people more money and he told me that it was never installed correctly. They had broken clips and didn't install the adhesive. beware they offer no warranty. two days after I had them replace a cracked screen, the new screen crack while it sat over night on my desk. never dropped or mishandled. also when i got the phone back it was being held together by scotch tape and I was instructed to leave it on for 24 hours. Beware of what this place doesn't tell you. When they replace an Apple screen they disrupt the fingerprint technology and it will not be compatible with Apple components. Therefore it isn't eligible for Apple repair ever again. I had my iPhone 6 plus screen replaced here. It costs more than Apple but I needed the phone back quickly so I agreed. I was also initially happy with the service. A month later the screen broke again. I was offered a 10% discount, even though Apple could do it for about half the price. I went to Apple but found out that once an outside business removes the screen, they can't touch it - no matter what repair is required, or if you are willing to pay. The guy that "helped" me at Fix it All was rude and dismissive and smirked when I suggested he let people know this before they decide to use the service. If I could give less than one star I would. I have never written a negative review before but these people have totally wasted my time. I called and asked if they had a battery for my phone to be replaced and said yes I could bring it in anytime and they would always have a battery. I go in two weeks ago to have my battery replaced and they said they're out of the battery. But they said they would have one the next Saturday if I would return. I returned the next Saturday and again they told me they did not have the battery. I called today and asked them if they had the battery in and they said yes and I said okay well I'll come after work today after 5 and have it replaced. I go into the store at 5:15 and they say that no one's there to actually fix and replace my battery. So 3 times I've done my due diligence to make sure that I wasn't wasting a trip and each time they wasted my time. If you look at other reviews, which I have just today to be able to leave a review...now I know I should have read the reviews before trying this place. I have no intentions of taking my phone there because a lot of people have said that they've had problems with the repairs or the battery replacement. Beware of this place. This is the 1st review I have ever written about anywhere in my life. I feel compelled to write a review on this joke shop out of sheer anger. I went in today as I had shattered the screen on my Galaxy Travel Tab. Only a few areas of the touch screen were not working. The lady who was working said she could have this fixed in 20 mins. For 135 USD mind ... astronomical cost. I returned an hour later to find she had now broke the menu bottom completely and more areas of the touch screen were not working. I insisted that a new menu button be delivered from another store they had 3 hrs away. They refused. My phone was now in a worse condition than it was before i handed it in for repair. The lady would not even replace my screen given the fact the menu button was not now working. What happened next was comical and further emphasizes my point above A charming blonde lady also came in (2.5 hours into my wait) with an iPhone she had got repaired on the weekend. They had also messed up another area of her phone during repair. And then an older gentleman came in with his iPhone at the same time reporting the exact same problem. I kid you not !!! If I could give this place negative stars I would, awful experience, dropped a phone off to have the charge port changed, on Friday, sept 21, guy said should be able to get part and have it done today, ok, so I leave it with him to repair, I don't receive a call from them so I call Saturday to get a status on the phone, was told would be done now on Wednesday, ok, call Wednesday to have my number taken and no return call, call Friday and tell him I'm moving out of state and really needed the phone fixed or not, went in to pick it up Saturday morning and was told it was fixed, paid 70 dollars, got home phone was worse off, now in order to have a conversation on it, it had to be on speaker phone, now I've taken it to another repair shop to be told now he the phone wasn't fixed proper by this place at all, never again here, save yourself so much take it anywhere else but here, messed up my phone badly. read more

Yes I did get a good deal on my new glass after shattering it and my led screen. But they didn't evaluate the phone. The glue wasn't put on nicely and it shattered once again. So I went back and the put on a new one for $50 less.... Needless to say this screen didn't stick at all. It completely popped off to the point that I put a rubber band around it to keep it together. But I dropped my phone face up on to carpet 3 weeks after they repaired it and half of my screen just went black!!! Black. I went to go see if it was covered under the warranty they mentioned and they took a look at me phone and said they could not help me because there was a hairline crack that went around the home button. I didn't even see it!! How it got there I don't know. Anyways when I got there the guy was extremely rude bout everything and didn't even understand when I asked for a copy of the warranty. I dropped my phone, as a result I shattered my screen, broke my LED and my phone bent. My phone was not functional at all. I went to a few local repair shops, one of them being APPLE and they all clearly said my phone was done...completely unrepairable. Apple offered me a replacement but I wasn't very happy with the quote and most important Apple wasn't able to back up my phone since the fall it had taken ruined the entire screen touch. I decided to try this store out after being referred over my an AT&T employee and it was the best choice I made. He seemed pretty confident in repairing my phone, even after I mentioned Apple said it wasn't repairable and he also guaranteed a no charge if my phone wasn't working in the end. 20 minutes later, my phone was done. I was very happy with the service. I called ahead to make sure they were able to replace an iPad screen same day. He was very knowledgeable and helped with identifying the exact model I had to make sure they had the screen in stock. I brought it in. He did a quick check that the plasma screen wasn't broken underneath before repairing the broken glass. He let me know it would take at least 2-3 hrs. I was with my toddlers and live too far to drive back again that day, so I let him know I'd be waiting at the mall with them. He called me before 2 hours was even up, knowing I'm practically herding cats (they were touching everything in the store while we waited in line). Phone reception is spotty at Del Monte so when I received the missed call voicemail I started heading back to his shop. He was kind enough to call again a few min later to make sure I got the message. I paid exactly as much as he quoted $125 including tax. I had a terrific experience with Samer & FixItAll. I dropped my iPhone 6 plus on a concrete patio - I had a cover and a tempered glass screen protector. Well neither protected my phone - I realized my beloved SF Giant case does not cover enough of the corners of the phone to protect it. So I went to my cell phone store to replace the screen protector - when they took off the shattered one my screen too was shattered. So they filled me in on (3) options. (1) how to do the insurance thing - it would cost $200 and take a couple days (2) suggested going by Apple Store and set an appointment to have them replace the screen - again a couple of days but cheaper than the $200 (3) or go next door to Fix It All. I went in to the store and a nice guy named Samer was working. I asked him if he could fix and how much and how long. He told me the price which was cheaper than doing the insurance thing and it would take him 10-15 minutes. Needless to say due to my time constraints I chose option 3. He finished in minutes and gave me a deal on a new tempered glass screen cover, plus I bought a new cell phone cover - I walked out of the store in less than 30 minutes and my phone looked like new and is protected for future drops!! I am happy to know they guarantee their service should I need it. My phone is my lifeline to my work and I thank Samer for his great customer service. I will keep you all posted. read more

Had a great and surprising experience here... I have been having trouble with my iPhone's auxiliary port. After waiting over an HOUR AND A HALF for service at the Apple Store, I left. I happened to pass by this store on the way to my car. I went in, and less than five minutes later, my phone was fixed. (The port was just clogged with debris.)
