While parked on the street, our 2000 Chevy S-10 was hit, breaking the driver side mirror, both glass and housing. Francisco handled the situation, contacting the dealership for an original replacement. When that was not available, he was able to locate an after market one which reduced our cost significantly, and he passed the savings to us. I was given a few choices by my insurance to bring my car to. I chose Fix Auto because the reviews were good, but I was also leery because I thought... what if those were fake reviews? I can honestly say, those were NOT fake reviews. I am SO extremely happy with the condition of my car and the customer service I received. Noe was in constant communication with me and my car was finished before the quoted date. The day after I picked up my car, I noticed my rear automatic door lock wasn't working. I called Noe and without hesitation, offered to correct it the next day. Totally unsatisfied with this bodyshop I took it there by the insurance for a inspection and an estimate they started with 4000 dollars damage I gave them the ok the total amount paid was 8000 for a minimum damage not only they didn't do a good job also painted part of my passenger window last my front license plate they didn't put it back and I got myself a ticket for it when I reached back to them they said we are looking it took a week for them to gave a call back saying not found and there's nothing they can do about it how unprofessional is that .. please don't let them work on your car there look for a better option this place is a fraud I don't understand how they have 5 starts I know I'm not the only one complaining up here . read more

So I came in for an appraisal to fix the driver-side headlight and bumper after a car accident. I was greeted with a warm welcome by the associates at the front desk. I have since been in contact with Boone over at Fix Auto and he made sure all of my concerns were addressed and maintained contact with me the entire time. I do work a full schedule so, it was difficult to find a time that worked for me to come in. However, Boone was willing to stay later for me on a Monday so I can make it in. I didn't even have the chance to park my car, they were waiting for me as I pulled up and directed me to the garage. They fixed all of my concerns within 20-30 minutes and I was out the door. I recently had a very disappointing experience with Fix Auto. I brought my car in for repairs, hoping for a quick and efficient service. However, my expectations were far from met. Firstly, the communication at Fix Auto was poorly. I was promised regular updates on the progress of my car, but it seemed like a constant game of chasing them for information. Whenever I called to inquire about the status of my vehicle, I was met with vague answers and excuses. It was frustrating and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the repairs took an unnecessarily long time. What was initially going to be started right away, my vehicle sat at the shop for 4 days and took around 2 days to get an estimate sent to the insurance and myself. By the time my car was ready it turned into weeks of waiting and chasing for information. The lack of urgency and disregard for my time was evident. I felt like my car was put on the back burner. Overall, my experience with Fix Auto was extremely disappointing. The poor communication, excessive delays, and shoddy repairs left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I cannot recommend this auto shop to anyone in need of reliable and efficient service. Even when I received my car after many delays, windshield fluids would not spray when I turned it on to clean my windshield. I took my car back to the shop and they mentioned that a fuse was not working. This really made me upset because of how long they took and they did not even check that the windshield wiper was working correctly. Makes me think if they tested and made sure everything else was working properly. read more

Yooo, these guys are amazing! Needed a new front end on my V6 Camaro (don't judge the 6 too hard, it's got an added Super Charger to make it a sleeper) and they totally hooked it up. Got me in in a timely fashion which I appreciated. I've got a front lip spoiler on the Camaro which needed to be replaced. Not only did they replace it but they upgraded it to a better one and bought me side skirts to go with it to replace my side skirts which were fine. Super chill right?! Sam, Ivan and Caleb are some stand up gents!!! Car came out clean! p.s. a medal piece from the Super Charger was bent. They called and asked if I wanted to replace it, which woulda been around $350 cause that after market piece isn't insured, or they offered to just bend it back and fix it. I had them bend it back. That's rare in the auto shop mechanic industry. I trust these guys and they have my stamp of approval. All good. Freedom!!! read more
