This was a textbook master class in under promise/over deliver combined with best in class customer service! My adjuster, Joey was friendly yet professional. He took great pains to make sure I understood the process and thoroughly answered any and all questions I had. I was kept abreast of the entire repair process in a timely manner through text messages. The double cherry on top was, first, after getting a text message that my car was on schedule for the due date which was about a week and a couple days away, I received a text message the next day informing me my car was ready for pickup! Second was seeing my car at pickup. Frankly, the repair work and especially the paint job looked so good that it had me thinking I might need to get the rest of the car painted because their work looked like my car had just rolled off the showroom floor! I have absolutely nothing but the utmost respect and appreciation for this Caliber Collision location! Thank you to the entire tech crew, Joey, the employee they sent that picked me up to take me to pickup my car and the front desk person(I apologize for forgetting your name) she was so incredibly nice! I will definitely tell all of my clients about this place! read more

I had the best experience at Caliber Collision in Ontario. The front office staff was very professional and welcoming. I came in for an estimate, but when Mario looked at my car he said to give him a couple of minutes and took my car around the back. 10 minutes later he came back with my car and it looked amazing! He was able to buff out what I thought were scratches and my car looked like new. I was blown away! Everyone there was great and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely be back if I have any more car repair needs. Thank you all so much again! read more

I was recently involved in a low speed collision where another driver got into my lane. You can see the marks from the other cars damage along the side of my car. The Caliber Collision in Ontario was recommended by a friend and I'm so glad I went with them for repairs. The staff was very welcoming making sure I was taken care of. Jason welcomed me in and explained how the process is and how they are going to fix the damages. Angel came out with Jessica and they did a walk through with me making sure that I don't miss anything that was damaged. All through out the process I was given timely updates to reassure that they are working on my car and after a few days, my car was actually finished sooner than the estimated time they gave me when I brought it it! Amazing! Came to pick up my car yesterday and man, the quality of work they did is just amazing! It's like nothing happened at all! Thank you Jason, Angel and Jessica for taking care of me. This was my first time dealing with an accident and you guys made it so stress free! I will definitely be recommending your shop to my friends and family! read more

Came in for a scratch on my 2023 Infiniti, was greeted by the service advisor Mario who was more than helpful and informative. I appreciate his honesty in letting me know that m scratch was not deep enough to where it would need repair but rather was able to be corrected just by buffing it out. He took the car back & I waited no more than 10 minutes. He pulled it up and it looked as good as new! AMAZING service & really appreciate the honesty & not trying to sell me on something that is not needed. It is rare you find that in businesses today. I couldn't be happier with the results & service. Thank you to the team at Caliber but a very special thank you to Mario. I will be sure to refer my family and friends here for any of their automotive needs as I know from personal experience they will be well taken care of. Should I ever need this type of service again or anything car related I will definitely be back. read more

I can see why this place has extremely high ratings. The customer service was top notch! I called in the morning to get information about an estimate, and later in the day I walked in and the front counter employee remembered who I was. She was so sweet and had a technician help me right away. The technician, Angel, assisted me with a bumper issue I was having and he took my vehicle back, and within 15 minutes brought out my vehicle and the issue was fixed! I can't explain how much I appreciated these team members and definitely have a returning customer! I would recommend this shop to anyone needing work done. Customer Service at this location is amazing! Reached out to Caliber Collision at 200 S. Wineville Ave., Ontario, and was in contact with Jason Trinh, for some minor repair work. Jason was not only professional, kind, and caring, but his shop performed the work beautifully and superfast. Additionally, our vehicle was not only repaired sooner than anticipated, but we picked it up squeeky clean! A very nice additional non-expected service performed. Would definitely recommend this shop for anyone looking for a good, reliable, honest body repair shop. read more

Mario and his team did and amazing job cleaning up what Classic Collision won't do ! I highly recommend Mario and Caliber Collision.

I ran over an unknown metal object on the freeway and it damaged my bumper and the splash protector / shield underneath my car. The dealer said that there were some damages inside the car that required repair that costs almost a grand. And this does not cover the bumper and the splash shield. I decided to get a second opinion from Caliber Collisions and the quoted me way less and has not found any damages inside the vehicle at all. They were very honest and the price was reasonable. They fixed my vehicle in less than 4 days, which was faster than expected. They also removed some of the scratches from the car for free. I'm really glad i took my vehicle to them. I have saved hundreds of dollars for repair. Always get a second opinion versus the things the dealer would tell you. Shoutout to Derrick - he was the one who helped me through the process. He was very professional, honest, and delivers to his word. Thank you Derrick and Caliber Collisions! Cheers. read more

Although it was great work on the body, the left out the wheel caps, weren't replaced( they paid for them but I had to order them myself. Upon receiving the car , I happily took it home and on the way two engine lights pop up. Engine and anti skid light. These lights were never on and had no history of being on. These lights came up as having had history which means they were erased before which could only mean they were erased while in their possession. They claim these lights are not accident related even though these lights were never on before. Not a very good experience with the engine lights. The truck was returned within 3 weeks and the body work was great, with the exception of the engine lights of which can be disputed. read more

First of all I would of given a 0 rating. I want to say the service was very Poor by the Manager in Caliber. I had an appointment for my car to get an estimate. I was told by the manager (rudely) he was not going to do my estimate anytime soon and it would take a week or over a week just to be seen. He said he didn't have time to see my car. My car was just going in for minor scratches. I wasted my time, and gas just to be rejected coldly. Would I recommend any service at Caliber? Hell No!! Take your Service and money somewhere else where they will actually care about customer service. read more
