I had the best experience at Caliber Collision in Ontario. The front office staff was very professional and welcoming. I came in for an estimate, but when Mario looked at my car he said to give him a couple of minutes and took my car around the back. 10 minutes later he came back with my car and it looked amazing! He was able to buff out what I thought were scratches and my car looked like new. I was blown away! Everyone there was great and provided excellent customer service. I was recently involved in a low speed collision where another driver got into my lane. You can see the marks from the other cars damage along the side of my car. The Caliber Collision in Ontario was recommended by a friend and I'm so glad I went with them for repairs. The staff was very welcoming making sure I was taken care of. I called in the morning to get information about an estimate, and later in the day I walked in and the front counter employee remembered who I was. She was so sweet and had a technician help me right away. Came in for a scratch on my 2023 Infiniti, was greeted by the service advisor Mario who was more than helpful and informative. I appreciate his honesty in letting me know that m scratch was not deep enough to where it would need repair but rather was able to be corrected just by buffing it out. He took the car back & I waited no more than 10 minutes. He pulled it up and it looked as good as new! AMAZING service & really appreciate the honesty & not trying to sell me on something that is not needed. It is rare you find that in businesses today. I ran over an unknown metal object on the freeway and it damaged my bumper and the splash protector / shield underneath my car. The dealer said that there were some damages inside the car that required repair that costs almost a grand. And this does not cover the bumper and the splash shield. I decided to get a second opinion from Caliber Collisions and the quoted me way less and has not found any damages inside the vehicle at all. They were very honest and the price was reasonable. They fixed my vehicle in less than 4 days, which was faster than expected. They also removed some of the scratches from the car for free. I'm really glad i took my vehicle to them. I have saved hundreds of dollars for repair. Always get a second opinion versus the things the dealer would tell you. Shoutout to Derrick - he was the one who helped me through the process. Although it was great work on the body, the left out the wheel caps, weren't replaced( they paid for them but I had to order them myself. Upon receiving the car , I happily took it home and on the way two engine lights pop up. Engine and anti skid light. These lights were never on and had no history of being on. These lights came up as having had history which means they were erased before which could only mean they were erased while in their possession. They claim these lights are not accident related even though these lights were never on before. Not a very good experience with the engine lights. The truck was returned within 3 weeks and the body work was great, with the exception of the engine lights of which can be disputed. read more
