horrible business!!! their representativ'es mistake in giving wrong information cost me a new year's weekend plan!!!!! And after addressing this with the managers, they wont do anything, and i mentioned they deserve a bad revirew they just told me "you're not even our customer!!!!!" .... is that even a proper way to treat someone who walks into a business for service!!!! I called their shop on a wednesday and their representative told me that i can drop off my car next day since an estimate has already been done to my car weeks ago. i dropped off my car on a thursday and only then that they told me they wont repair it until monday, therefore i wont get a rental car that is covered by the insurance until monday. this ruined my weekend plan where hotels are already booked. they wont compensate for their employee's mistake....... and the managers were so rude and so as the staffs. make sure they explain eeevveeerrryyyything when dealing with this people.... and call the 1800 # instead of their direct office number so all calls are recorded, otherwise they will deny you had that conversation with their representative......better yet don't come here!!!! and reading other horror reviews here.... i wont take the risk having them "fix" my car...... who knows what they will ruin just to get back at me!!!!! thanks for ruining my new year with canceled trip that left me with unnecessary expenses!!!! bad business!!!!!!! read more

I got my car fixed after someone almost salvaged it from hitting it from behind. They gave a free rental car because they have enterprise onsite a seamless process. What a great places to get your car fixed. Their lobby is also very comfy and clean. Free beverages! read more

Horrible!!! Nightmare!! Don't believe 1yr warranty. I had an accident while I was driving my wife's car and my insurance company Geico recommended this shop and I had repaired the car from this shop last Jan. After I received the car, I realized that there're some problems, driving wheel is shaking a lot some times and very loose tension in power driving wheel so when I turned it, even if I move forward it didn't turn back to strait position, but the problem was not consistent, specially the shaking problem only happened at high speed(I found this later that it happened only when the speed is over 80mph), I needed a time to figure out the exact problem. At least I mentioned the problem when I got service satisfaction call from them. Since the car is my wife's car, I didn't pay attention too much after that but a month later, when I drove the car, I found that the problem was still existing and even worse and driving wheel was 30~40 degree misaligned. When my wife visited them to fix the problem, they showed her some of scratch on the wheel and said the problem was because the wheel was hit somewhere. Since I was out of town and my wife didn't know well about the car, she went to other and did the wheel alignment by her own cost. But still the shaking and driving wheel loose tension problem existed. Since I'm in other city and only came home weekend no chance to bring the car to them but it has 1 yr warranty and I thought it's not a big problem to bring the the later. Last weekend I drove the car from LA to San Diego and found the shaking problem was too severe and all my arms were shaking for a while after the driving. So I asked my wife to visit them today and explained the problem, but they even didn't want to look at the problem, and just brought camera and took picture for all scratches outside and said that those were the evidence that the problem was caused by other reason and requested to bring the car to other certified mechanics to diagnose if the problems are related to the original accident. if so, claim to Geico. Also said that it's past 5 months and more that 10K driven after the repair, they wouldn't do anything, even if they promise 1 yr warranty!!!!! At least they should look at the problem and check if the problem is their fault or not!! But they didn't!!!!! read more

Update: I went back because when I went to pick up my car, the radio wasn't work, so I took it back to get it fixed. The manager said it might have been a fuze that blew or something so she takes the car and when she gives it to me, the radio is still not working, my dashboard is all messed up, and the trunk light is on when the the trunk isn't even open. What the heck did they do to my car?!! I am so pissed and really want to take them to small claims! read more

O.K. Service.. Got into a car accident with minor damage, USAA suggested I take it to Fix Poway. I agreed, got my car in the same day with Ryan (who was great!!). They originally had my car for 4 days. I got it back (awfully fast, which made me suspicious), it was not cleaned properly, parts were still damaged from getting into the car accident. When I called to to let them know, they insisted I bring it back that day, I did just that. Had to leave my car there for another 3 days and get ANOTHER rental car. Went to pick up my car the 2nd time, parts were STILL DAMAGED!! My car was STILL not cleaned appropriately (AFTER BRINGING IT TO THEM 2 TIMES!). I called again (this is now the 3rd time. Made a appointment with the Production Manager. Arrived 20 minutes before said appointment. I Was asked to sit down and wait. I did just that.. For over an hour. Apparently he was hosting a meeting for all of his people.... and still booked an appointment with me?? Finally spoke to Ryan again, who took my car back and had the tech look at it, he then came to me and asked me if I wanted him to order parts or just snap them back into place. At this point, I really was just over all of it and did not want to get a rental car for the 3rd time, and be forced to come back again. I asked him to snap them back into place so I could leave. Prior to this event, I've never had a problem with Fix with any other cars I've owned. But after these series of having to jump through hoops. I can say, I don't think I will be back.. read more

But I was extremely, extremely happy with the way may car came out, can't even tell it was in a wreck. It's all about the owner. Gary is simply the best! Was treated perfectly....they did a perfect job matching paint and replacing the bumper.....the did it very fast...offered a ride to work......and cleaned my car inside and out...even did the rims and shampooed the floor mats!! They even said I could come by for a free wash again! Bumper is guaranteed for life. I could not ask for better! Best place ever! I'd give 6 stars if it was possible. Other shops are a bit short with you. I felt I was in good hands from the start, and they looked out for me. Great service, and a pleasure to work with. I called the Poway Honda, to find out who did their body work as I knew Honda does not do body work. I made my appointment and arrived on time. They were waiting for me and the service rep walked out to my car looked at the problem and asked if I had 30 minutes he would fix it right now. Wow , yes I said and he said have a seat in their lobby (the lobby was clean and comfortable and they had free wifi also), but there is more. A few minutes later he came into the lobby with a part, he offered to order a new one or just fix the one he had, I said just fix that one. A few minutes latter her returned with the keys and said it was all ready. When I asked what it would cost, I was informed it was no charge. That's right they fixed my car and did not charge me for anything and it's was done with a smile. It's service like that that calls for a review of excellence. This place was awesome! We had a slew of work done on our 2002 Saturn and the work completed was done in a very timely manner!

I will never go here again. Geico recommended this place and that was a mistake. I kept getting different information about when car would be ready. The automated feature was telling me days and weeks off from when it was actually done. If I didn't rush around to return car on a Friday night I would have been stuck with rental bill because they told insurance co it was done but not me! Then they take all of my cc info for deductible and forget to charge card. Yes, I guess my fault for not checking to make sure they charged it, but instead of calling me at anytime over the following 10 months, they just call Geico and say they are sending me to small claims court. I called and paid the deductible, but still pissed off at very poor customer service and to top it off the truck still doesn't work right after the repair!!! read more

I took my car to this place just based on its Yelp ratings. Gary was more than honest in evaluating what needed to be done, understanding my budget limits. He then called me a day earlier than my pick-up date to tell me not only was my car ready, but the final cost was going to be much less than the estimate. I picked this place for my auto body repair because they had good reviews and were certified in Jeep repairs - recommended by Jeep dealerships. First let me say Curtis is amazing. He is efficient and in constant communication with you, he really wants to make sure your happy. I also want to say that the receptionist was very helpful and knowledgeable too. However while the body work done to my car came out great what they did to the interior of my car in the process was disappointing to say the least. The inside hardtop of Jeep was covered in greasy fingerprints where they put it back together. The rubber grommets from by swing gate rear door were left off, and when they put my hard top back on they put a small crack in it and also put the spacers back incorrectly (place between the hard top and body) with the sharp edge protruding out so someone could cut themselves. In addition the little black caps for the hard top in the back are gone and I will have to purchase new ones. I have never taken the hardtop off of my car so I know this was not done by me. I was in such a hurry when I picked up my car I only paid attention to the body damage and not the interior - I now know better and am stuck fixing the issues myself. Great body work - but so are other places that do a thorough job. read more
